It was an arranged appointment yet the person who I was to meet briefly shook hands and then never saw him again. They tried to convince me longbed tundras all have the 32 gal gas tanks which was a blatant lie. I own one and that's what I'm looking to change! First guy tried to sell me a truck for rediculous price wasting my time and not familiar with the options available. We will check our inventory they said...1/2 hr would pass and then I get yet another employee. Must have been passed around to half dozen by time I was done. And then his manager came and repeated the lie. He says well I'll go check the specs. Never saw him again. Finally the sales manager took over and dropped price another 10k below what the first sales guy claimed they couldn't go below. That finally got my interest because it's actually a really good deal. But then comes the next problem. After taking like 20 minutes for appraisal he shows me Kelly BB supposed valuation that's 1-6k less than the actual Kelly BB value and 6k less than Edmund's trading value. And of course kbb is often less than real market value too esp for trucks. I'm fine with them needing to make a profit I get that. Just don't lie to me. Just tell me they can pay market rate and apologize. Be kind - hmm that's Chehalis Toyota. Andy their sale tax is 1% less. I prefer buying local but sucks when they don't treat you right.

It seems they are willing to work with you to sell you a car, but after the fact they don't care about your needs. The other thing is, and this is partly on me, they never talked about the out the door price, only the payment. This is deceptive.

They did an excellent job inside and out. Every single nook and cranny was spotless. Stains that I thought would be impossible to get out were cleaned spotlessly. My wheels look brand new! It is amazing what a little kindness can do…read more The other day was a crazy day that I thought if anything could go wrong, it would go wrong and it did but the good people at this Auto Zone were there for every step of it to help. We bought a headlight from the west Olympia Auto Zone and tried to put it in but couldn't so we went back to the store and as I started to go in to see if someone could help, my daughter said she was cold and wanted to wait in the car. I tossed the keys back in. That was a mistake because a minute later, she changed her mind, manually locked the door and came in. We realize we are locked out, I started to call my lock out service and my phone died but Kindness#1: CLAY B was kind enough to go out to get his own personal charger for me to use. Unfortunately, the alarm for me to go to court for my son was going off as it tried to turn on over and again. That went on until Kindness#2: KRYSTAL R asked if she could help me look up the information for my lock out service and she did so very patiently and politely. The lock out service took so long, I ended up having to leave and when I came back, we waited again for the service and by the time he was done, I was soaked through and it was dark. I then headed back in to see if someone could help me and Kindness#3 CLAY came back out and when he started to take the bulb out, it turned on! He returned the bulb I bought. Since we had been out all day at this point I let my daughter spend the return amount on Slim Jim's, chips and a couple key chains for being a trooper through all this. We go out to the car and the light was out again! Kindness#4 CLAY returned into the cold rain to give it a try again. Shiver and freezing he couldn't get the bulb out so he asked Kindness#5 MARCO to give it a try. After much effort he was able to get the bulb out but it is broken. He goes back in and comes out with Kindness#6 such a wonderful gift! The bulb I had returned! MARCO installed it, it worked and we were able to get home safely with two working lights. West Olympia Auto Zone is wonderful, kind and helpful beyond anything I could have hoped for or imagined.
