As a 72 year old women, I often find myself in a total pickle over small problems. I had not one but three separate lights go out in my car. Aimee at Autozone came to my rescue. Aimee put in most of my lights bulbs with care and superb skill. Aimee was also super nice. Did I mention it was after dark. I got home only discover another back light out. While they did have the lawn mower battery I needed,that battery went dead and will no longer take a charge. I have had this battery for six months and used it all summer. This harrison ave olympia store simply will do nothing to make this right. This has lost them a customer for life and I will let everyone I know how they treat customers. read more

Best customer service will definitely buy here again! I purchased a battery a couple months ago that ended up being a "lemon battery". Since they have a 2 year warranty on the batteries Jim was easily able to get me a new one no problem! Tom even refunded my $190 mechanics bill. It is amazing what a little kindness can do. The other day was a crazy day that I thought if anything could go wrong, it would go wrong and it did but the good people at this Auto Zone were there for every step of it to help. We bought a headlight from the west Olympia Auto Zone and tried to put it in but couldn't so we went back to the store and as I started to go in to see if someone could help, my daughter said she was cold and wanted to wait in the car. I tossed the keys back in. That was a mistake because a minute later, she changed her mind, manually locked the door and came in. We realize we are locked out, I started to call my lock out service and my phone died but Kindness#1: CLAY B was kind enough to go out to get his own personal charger for me to use. Unfortunately, the alarm for me to go to court for my son was going off as it tried to turn on over and again. That went on until Kindness#2: KRYSTAL R asked if she could help me look up the information for my lock out service and she did so very patiently and politely. The lock out service took so long, I ended up having to leave and when I came back, we waited again for the service and by the time he was done, I was soaked through and it was dark. I then headed back in to see if someone could help me and Kindness#3 CLAY came back out and when he started to take the bulb out, it turned on! He returned the bulb I bought. Since we had been out all day at this point I let my daughter spend the return amount on Slim Jim's, chips and a couple key chains for being a trooper through all this. We go out to the car and the light was out again! Kindness#4 CLAY returned into the cold rain to give it a try again. Shiver and freezing he couldn't get the bulb out so he asked Kindness#5 MARCO to give it a try. After much effort he was able to get the bulb out but it is broken. He goes back in and comes out with Kindness#6 such a wonderful gift! The bulb I had returned! MARCO installed it, it worked and we were able to get home safely with two working lights. West Olympia Auto Zone is wonderful, kind and helpful beyond anything I could have hoped for or imagined. read more

The reason I am giving Autozone on Harrison just three stars is for their attempt to keep its employee's health safe. In compliance to the Coronavirus 6 foot rule, Autozone placed a tape 6 feet away from their counter in order to protect their employee's health as well as the public. An individual went into their store and went under the tape right up to the counter. The clerk very nicely asked the man to please stay behind the tape. The man's response was; "The hell I will." Autozone should have been more concerned with the well-being of it's employees rather than assisting a arrogant narcissistic walking petri dish. He should have been told to leave. The Justice Dept. has notified the Federal Prosecutors that anyone threatening or attempting to spread Coronavirus can be charged with terrorism. It may be a bit of a stretch in this situation. But the idiot's response was a clear disregard and lack of concern for the health and safety for AutoZone's employees and I would take this as a threat to my safety and health under these conditions we now all face. Take his picture next time he comes in, pin it up in the store under Coronavirus Terrorist. read more

My fiancee and I got in a car accident right outside the building. We asked for assistance from the employees-who were closing up for the night and they basically told us that it was near closing and there was nothing they could do. The man then sold us some zip ties for our bumper and kicked us out so that he and the other employee could go smoke. There was no way the zip ties would have helped us, as the bumper was completly off, but he insisted that was the best he could do. Them while we sat and tried to figure out what to do next the two employees sat in the parking lot smoking and didn't even say goodnight or wish us luck. We were both very sad and disappointed that the AUTO ZONE could do nothing for us. read more
