I arrived 40minutes before closing time and got attitude, dismissal, and even an eye roll from the gal at the desk, who wasted no time telling me they were almost closed, and didn't bother returning My greeting ("hi how are ya?") I signed my waiver and pulled out cash, trying to move quickly because obviously my presence had peeved her. Then, knowing I was short on time she turns her back to chat with her coworker about nothing relative to their job or the task at hand. So there I stand, money in hand, short on time, and two workers who wouldn't help process my entrance fee, after 5 minutes I walked out. I rather buy new parts than to walk into an establishment and be treated like I'm invisble, a nuisance, or not worth their time. I own five vehicles and I used to love this place. I got put on hold when I asked about the old quote, finely hanging up after waiting. Then I get 8 emails, some with the first quote, some with the second. Damn joke this place. First $3 charge to get in to look at junk parts. It's not a zoo it's a damn wrecking yard and I certainly don't pay Walmart to step in their store! Second my son just helped his friend pull a block from an engine that took a full 8hrs. My son only helped about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. They get up to pay for it and the dip (bleep) guy at the service counter tells him they only sell the engine. Wait what? Since when and where is your policy posted? He literally told my son that it's just their policy. My son said 'makes no sense!" So he asked for a boss or whomever in charge to see if they can make a deal after spending 8hrs on pulling this part and then his friend also took 2 hours off work just to do so. Are you there to make money or there to scam people and get them to pull the parts for you? No wonder you have an " F" rating on BBB with 405 complaints unresolved. I called and got a price on a specific part, paid to get in, went and pulled it, get up to the counter and the price was double what they told me beforehand. The price I was quoted matched their printed price on the wall. The price they wanted to charge was as much as a brand new part, I explained this and they would rather throw the part away than work with me on the price. I was given a price on the phone for a set of wheels and tires. They had two sets from the year and make of the vehicle I was looking for. I get there and I'm told after signing a waiver I can go into a small room and look for the wheels and tires that they had on display. Unfortunately they weren't there. After talking to what seemed to be the manager he said he would go into a small area where they had tires and wheels see if he could find a set. He did not find a set, so I suggested I could walk in there with him to locate the specific set I was looking for, but he declined because of liability issues. I explained I had signed the waiver but he again explained that I could crawl under cars and have a transmission fall on my face but I couldn't look at wheels and tires that were not stacked over 5 ft high. I said I've come 40 miles and I have the money in hand. He said we don't have time to look for them. This is classic over promise and under deliver. I loved this place when it was Pick-A-Part. You could enter, search for your car and part -- if you found it, you paid a reasonable price; if there was no car or part to fit what you were looking for, you were out your time but that was it. After it was bought by Pick-n-Pull, I went by once and was charged a fee just to enter, and they couldn't tell me whether they even have the model car I was looking for, much less if the part was on it. I paid the fee, walked all over just to come up empty, and left with no part and my wallet a little thinner. Haven't gone back since. If you like being screwed, this is the place. read more

I had the worst experience possible trying to sell these guys a car. They don't do the actual physical pick up of the vehicle but contract with towing companies to do it. The dispatcher at Genes Towing completely lied about leaving me a voicemail and was as rude a woman as I've ever spoken with. This is AFTER screwing up two weeks ago and not correctly scheduling me and not showing up at all. This is a bush league operation that isn't worth the frustration of dealing with. Can't recommend these guys. They charge a non-refundable fee if you want to look at tires, rims or anything else for that matter. I've paid them multiple times to look for a tires or parts and they didn't have them. They don't give refunds just store credits. Experienced not-so-great customer service from the lady on the phone call before we drove out, to the young man who helped us check out. They don't inventory their parts, so you have to pay the $2 admission fee to walk around a gravel lot and hope that the part you need is still there/in good shape. Didn't find the part I needed (would have been nice to know that the entire door was missing with the window piece I needed...) but I did find another small part I figured I could pick up cheap since I was already there. Except it wasn't cheap. I wish I would have said no when it rang up as $20. Looked it up on the drive home and I could have bought it brand new online for a couple dollars more, without the rust stains, the 30 minute drive, and the crappy customer service. The kicker: I just looked at their website and they only do store credit for returns. Lesson learned!!! My boyfriend grew up going here, but I see it's been sold since then. We just didn't tell you about the other money that we secretly stashed away from your prying eyes and little hands. We trying to save up for that XBOX Live Call of Duty season pass that cost $49.99! SIKE! Uh I mean a nice gift for you on Valentines Day! Depending on what your looking for, parts will go fast especially if the vehicle your trying to pull from is a car that has a high demand for parts (i.e. Honda Accords, Honda Civics, Toyota Camrys, Toyota Corollas, Ford F150s, etc). So if you see the donor car newly listed, better get down to the yard quickly. Pretty simple layout. You walk in, pay the $2 admission fee, walk to the row that the donor car is located, pull your own part with your own tools, walk back to the office, pay & go! Honestly, customer service wasn't a bad experience for me at this location. It was busy. It was raining outside. They were getting a lot of phone calls coming in and a lot of men were standing around waiting to get help. Prices are listed on their website but it does varies but it's definitely worth paying less than trying to buy brand new if you are okay with used parts. My part was a fan blower (the fan that blows for the A/C & heater) that was making some ticking sounds that probably didn't need to be replaced but the noise was a kinda low sound that was annoying to me. The dealership wanted $80 brand new. The part at this junk yard was $23.99 not including tax & admission fee. Good enough for me and the noise is no longer there. My problem solved! Cost me only $23.99 not including tax & admission fee... oh wait, I forgot the $20 that the GF took from me. New total... $43.99 not including tax & admission fee! Just playing, I don't have a GF. I do think that they should take notice that female customers are taking to Yelp to voice their negative experiences with frustration at this particular yard. Women are more independent & willing to do the work themselves and they should treat the female customers the same way regardless... but they'll still take the last of your dollars from your wallet tho. Tips: + $2 admission into the yard so better know what your looking for before entering the yard, if the part isn't there your outta $2, no big deal! + No minors under the age of 16 are allowed so don't be trying to bring the entire family with you + Search their online website for the latest inventory + Call ahead to double check + Some parts have a core deposit fee so if you bring back your old part the core deposit fee is refunded (i.e. car batteries, alternators) + Get down there early as possible because the part may or may not be there if the car has been sitting on the lot for some time Overall, friendly employees. Incredibly unhelpful, rude staff. I understand when computers are down, it's difficult to do business. But the lady wouldn't even inform me if the car matching mine had any front end damage. So we had to make a half an hour trip out just to check and see of it had a fan. They kept insisting that it MUST be something other than what I told them it was, and not in fact the one off year (which is what I have as a daily commuter). Overall, they were rude and uninformative. A bad cocktail for a good business. Addendum: There was one older gentleman who (after seeing that I wasn't lying about my own car) was willing to give us some tips about how to fix some of the underlying issues we were having. Prices Have gone up By 20-30% not so Parts friendly anymore, I was charged a (environmental Fee) I was told it was a state law By the counter girl who was playing Grab A** with another employee there. She could not tell me the R.C.W nor explain what the moneys is used for. I asked and left a note-asking for a manager to Call me and explain what it is. This place is f***ing terrible. When it was Pick-A-Part it rocked, I used to go here for everything and they were so helpful. I went in there twice in the last month just cause it's convenient. Their customer service is the WORST... I've worked retail and auto shops most my life and have never seen such poor customer service. Two weeks ago: walked in and the lady in charge with pink and black hair helped us (although I wouldn't say 'helped') she told us where to find the cars we wanted. We said we were looking for interior vents. She looked up light assembly and when we corrected her she was rude and acted like it was our fault. Okay what ever we'll just go in... BUT WAIT... now you have to pay an entry fee of $2. Okay, its not that much but it's still left a bad taste in my mouth. We didn't find what we wanted at all so we paid $4 to look at some crap. One week ago: we decided to get some bucket seats. We called and asked the price and she had said $41 on the phone. We get there and we asked the guy about the seats and he said that pathfinder isn't there anymore....WTF we were here last week and it was. He just looked at us like we were dumb and said "well its not now" then he did a little more looking when we pressed the issue...we even told him what row it was on...OH now he found it..thanks jerk! so we go and get what we want find a few other things we could use and go to pay. I looked at the list on the wall of price of parts and it says these seats are $34 (also says that online). The girl gives us a total of $127 for two bucket seats and a tail light assembly. I asked how much the seats were and she said $41 after tax. UMMM tax is less than 10% so I KNOW that there's not $7 in tax.... then she was like "Oh, there's environmental fee's too." I just can't believe this place is so rude and it's just terrible i hope they go out of business. i hate seeing people having to deal with their s*** just cause it's the only one around. Pick-A -Part is a local experience not just a wreck yard. I love heading over there during the weekend and pulling what I need off something and taking it home. Its great to just wander around too. They do a good job of organizing their stuff. All the cars are in rows up on rims. The parts are cheap. It's pretty busy during the weekend. Call ahead and see if they have the model range you're looking for, or just wander around. Grab an old tool box with the tools you think you need plus a few extras and head into the yard and hunt for your stuff. Its a great experience. I recently pulled a gas tank and fuel sender for my van. I have been going there for 15 years and they will continue being a great local yard long after Yelp is gone. read more

This lot is by far the cleanest lot and organize out of the Pick N Pull lots. I've been to. Found my part and was gone out in less then 15m. Customer Service was great. I was skeptical since they cannot tell you by phone if a particular part is still on the vehicle, only if the vehicle is still in the yard. Other Pick-n-Pull's in the Northwest I have called are the same. I took a chance and drove an hour to the site. I asked if before I pay $2 if a particular part was still on the vehicle. The person I spoke to had some knowledge of Mopar's and verified that indeed the parts were still on the vehicle (84 Ramcharger). Paid my 2 bucks went into the yard and pulled the parts I needed. Total cost was $14 which is inline with other P & P sites I have pulled parts from. You can generally anticipate what will be left on the vehicle by how long it has been in their yard. They use forklifts to move their cars. This damages many parts under the car including the drive shaft. It is pretty illogical to damage 25% of the car to move it easier. Bad business model in my opinion. They also charge for admission now; $2 per person. read more

This salvage yard use to be a good one , but now it's gone down, since it was sold. It now cost just to inter and prices have gone way up. They charge an environmental fees for everything. What has a mirror or fender have to with the environment. It's all about their pockets,this is a rip off place and I will try my darn est to not go there anymore I would rather drive a distance and may be spend a little more than give them the satisfaction of getting any of my money. I had to select a star, otherwise this place wouldn't even be getting one. This place is not honest. They tripled the price for the part, I checked the price online and everything. The guy charged me for the wrong part and he asked for a core. I did the repair and realized that I was overcharged. I called them first thing and spoke to the manager, I told him they overcharged me and asked for an "in store credit" price adjustment (not a return) cause I was bringing the core back. The manager confirm what the correct price should have been too. He told me, after I told him it's in the transmission already, he told me I'd have to bring back the one I bought for a price adjustment. Poor practice and poor service, for a simple price adjustment off their mistake. Again, I wasn't asking for a return, just wanted the price adjusted, either way they get my money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, first time and last time there. read more
