In this contact which I have attached screenshots below He has claimed that I was"touched by an uncle" and "use drugs daily" as well as being rude and saying other disgusting things, because he did not like my review. As a result those messages have been reported to yelp and to their corporate office. Further more he has left a 5 star review for himself and his store praising his work ethic. Please be aware this is not the kind of service a customer should receive alespecially after their car being damaged due to break in in their parking lot.

If the light was on and related to the work they did a month ago they would waive that analysis fee of $205. O'Reilly's free veriscan analysis indicated it was cylinder #1's timing and torque difference that was the problem. Thanks O'Reilly's for letting me know the engine light turning on is related to the work this dealership did a month ago. Foreknowledge it's all about cylinder #1 is useful before bringing it back to the dealership.
