In a world where people are often selfish and unkind this business is a gem. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I watched him talk to a couple of girls like they were stupid and then when I came to the counter to ask him to double check a headlight he gave me attitude and then I couldn't have seemingly inconvenienced him anymore. Definitely will not be coming back here and your manager should not have an attitude such as his. Maybe you guys should have a mystery shop woman go into that store so you can see first hand. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

This is the closest store for me. Employees are always courteous and very helpful in finding…read moreproducts and installing them for me. However, the store needs some upgrading. The lighting makes the place somewhat dark and on the blue and yellow side. I'd rather see more white light to "uplift" the place. The machine for specifying what windshield wipers I needed was still broken as it was when I was in earlier this year! That meant I had to stand in line to have a counter person find them. Then when I paid for them with a card, the machine was horribly slow for both my O'Reilly gift card and my debit card. The counter guy had to swipe my cards more than twice. That was frustrating for him and for me, and those waiting in line.

I lived close enough and since my car wasn't going anywhere without chains, I walked there. When I got there, there was one other customer in the store the employee came out and asked which of us was next. Being the polite person that I was, I let the other customer go first. When it was my turn, I found out that the chains that I had seen online for about $50 was now going to cost me $80!!! A little taken back I started asking questions. I found out that because they were almost out, the owner/manager had authorized the employees to raise the price when the inventory dropped to a certain level. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and found out that because I wanted to do that, the employee was authorized to raise the price AGAIN!!!!!!! TO $100 !!!!!! DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time because they said I was being a Difficult customer!! I was just asking QUESTIONS!!!! I called the company when I got home and found out that because the location is a FRANCHISE they get to pretty much do whatever they want to the prices. Next time I need something I will go to O'reilly!!

The customer service is always top-notch, and most representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. They're great at recommending parts and finding everything you need, whether you're doing it your own way or have specific concerns. They even provide small bags to store your parts. However, there are a few drawbacks. They don't always have the parts you need in stock, and you may have to visit a larger location like Tacoma or Frederickson if you can't find what you need here. The demand isn't high, so they don't stock as many items as other locations. Overall, I'm satisfied with this location. I just wish they had more stock, especially considering its location. The demand isn't high, so I understand, but it would be better if they had more options.
