I watched him talk to a couple of girls like they were stupid and then when I came to the counter to ask him to double check a headlight he gave me attitude and then I couldn't have seemingly inconvenienced him anymore. The machine for specifying what windshield wipers I needed was still broken as it was when I was in earlier this year! That meant I had to stand in line to have a counter person find them. Then when I paid for them with a card, the machine was horribly slow for both my O'Reilly gift card and my debit card. The counter guy had to swipe my cards more than twice. That was frustrating for him and for me, and those waiting in line.
