I called around to replace ashtray and found one auto wrecking yard that said an ashtray would be $50 (their minimum charge). Then I called Rollins. Their incredibly kind, friendly, helpful staff located an ashtray, confirmed color and held it for me. When I mentioned that it was due to theft the staff didn't charge me. In a world where people are often selfish and unkind this business is a gem. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Then when I paid for them with a card, the machine was horribly slow for both my O'Reilly gift card and my debit card. The counter guy had to swipe my cards more than twice. That was frustrating for him and for me, and those waiting in line.
