They had it at their Eugene store, but could have it shipped to me the next day, so I bought it, and the next day I called the Eugene store, and they did ship it out. I called around to replace ashtray and found one auto wrecking yard that said an ashtray would be $50 (their minimum charge). Then I called Rollins. Their incredibly kind, friendly, helpful staff located an ashtray, confirmed color and held it for me. When I mentioned that it was due to theft the staff didn't charge me. In a world where people are often selfish and unkind this business is a gem. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I watched him talk to a couple of girls like they were stupid and then when I came to the counter to ask him to double check a headlight he gave me attitude and then I couldn't have seemingly inconvenienced him anymore. The lighting makes the place somewhat dark and on the blue and yellow side. I'd rather see more white light to "uplift" the place. The machine for specifying what windshield wipers I needed was still broken as it was when I was in earlier this year! That meant I had to stand in line to have a counter person find them. Then when I paid for them with a card, the machine was horribly slow for both my O'Reilly gift card and my debit card. The counter guy had to swipe my cards more than twice. That was frustrating for him and for me, and those waiting in line.

I asked for help to reattach it, he again said they don't sell that brand and didn't know how. I have used the O'Reilly on Trosper for 18 years and they have always been beyond helpful and courteous. I just moved to Hawks Prairie and this was my first and last time in this O'Reilly's. Avoid O'Reilly's on Martin way, they obviously don't understand customer service.

I found out that because they were almost out, the owner/manager had authorized the employees to raise the price when the inventory dropped to a certain level. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and found out that because I wanted to do that, the employee was authorized to raise the price AGAIN!!!!!!! TO $100 !!!!!! DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time because they said I was being a Difficult customer!! I was just asking QUESTIONS!!!!
