    AVOID. If they insist you pay over phone, HANG UP. YOU LOSE MONEY IF YOU DO A RETURN. They lie about part quality so you will buy, then try to return it, and will proceed to subject you to their bs return policy because it makes them tons of money. Their return policy reads as such: "No trades, all returns subject to a restocking fee of $45 or 35%, whichever is more". Oh, and by the way, they don't accept returns on: ANYTHING electrical ECUs Body parts (yes, headlights, bumpers, fenders, anything on the outside of the car) Special order parts (whatever they claim is special order but they're just lying about whether they have it or not) Tires (apparently you can exchange or store credit is available, but their other policy says no trades so that could be a lie) So basically they accept returns on nothing of low value because the know they're selling junk, and the stuff they do accept returns on will make them $100+ that you will pay them to take their trash back. There is also a minimum part fee of $35. There is also an "environmental invoice fee" of $10. It says $5 on one sign, but $10 on the other. Whatever price you see online is not that price. If you return anything, you will lose a minimum of $20. But probably more. Have you figured out why they try to make you pay over the phone yet? If not, I'll explain. They will tell you they have an engine for $800 and if you ask if it's in good condition they'll say it's in great condition. If you say you want to buy it they'll say you have to pay over the phone, you can always get a return! So you do. Then you show up and find out it's a POS and you don't want it. But since you already paid for it before you saw it, you will now have to pay 35%, i.e. $285 to show up there and find out you were lied to and walk away with no part. And that's provided they even have the part because they will tell you they have the part when they don't and you'll show up and they will be absolutely unapologetic about it. If they have it, their customer service is garbage and they will make you wait an hour to get the part once you arrive, no matter how small it is. In the hopes that you will leave, or ask for a refund. Oh and by the way there's no way to get a refund unless you are there in person and you are the cardholder. That's what the part of the sign says that they conveniently have cut off. Oh, and there's a sign on the wall that says if you give a good Google review you get 10% off. The only way to get good service from these guys is to go in there and the FIRST thing you need to say is, "Hey, how do I get that discount?" Then they will bend over backwards giving you good service. If you go in there and ask about the review discount after they've begun to treat you like crap, well, service may or may not improve but, at least you'll get 10% off I guess. Please look at all the pictures I have taken as evidence of their absolute scumminess and reevaluate if you feel like playing mind games with these... anyways.

    when ever I need a part for any project I Just Call JOSH at All west coast. he is very knowledgeable about cars and the price is always the BEST. Refund policy is Fair. Great job Hay Boss, Give Josh a raise!!!

Do not make the mistake I did of sending prospective buyers to go look at the car - I have NEVER had anyone swear at me over the phone like the owner did with that transgression! He lied to my buyer that the car had already been sold, then drove it into the garage and closed the door so no one could get it or see what he was doing to it. He then called me back to say that I owed $895 for towing and storage. When I finally was able to retrieve my car (without the extortion), the engine - which had been running perfectly - was running extremely poorly. The next shop discovered that oil had been drained from the engine and revved up, so the heads were damaged; wires to the MAP sensor had been cut; and the wrong computer was installed to the engine. In the opinion of the subsequent shop mechanics, my car had definitely been tampered with. Not only will I NEVER take another vehicle to this shop, but I am offering this review as fair warning to any of you who might be considering it.

I went there and paid for a part and the 3 day shipping. I checked with my mechanic on the 7th to see what the status was. He called the store and was told that there was a delay and it would arrive on the 12th. 8 days after I ordered. I decided i was not thrilled with this and called the store myself. And I was told that the part had not even been ordered until just moments before When my mechanic called to check on it!!!!! So they took my $$$. Didn't order - LIED to my mechanic and said "delay". Not that they messed up and didn't order!!!!! Likely because he uses them all the time. I was totally furious and left a message for the manager to call me today (Mon Jan 9th). Well when I left the message the employee said "If the manager does not call you back during normal hours Monday, call him)!!!! I was pissed and said what do you mean if he doesn't call me back???? That would be bad business practice ! My mechanic called again and got approval for me to get my money for part & shipping. I went in today (Mon Jan 9th at 1:45pm). And guess what? No manager had called me yet!!!!!! But there was a invoice taped to a register and confirmed who I was and eventually I got my refund. I told the employee at the desk that the fact that the Manager - Matt had not called me and I was upset. He then told me that the employee that took the message likely didn't want to get into trouble himself and probably did not give the message to the manager !!!!!! Well then, why was my invoice taped to a register? And why was the manager not called to speak to me???!!!!! I promise not to ever give this store a dime of my money again and to complain on every media source and tell every friend or acquaintance I know if they even think of using this store! Horrible horrible customer service. I don't even want to give them the 1 star rating

It was an item they don't keep stocked, so he ordered it for pick up the next day. I ended up going in on Saturday to pick it up for him. At the counter I asked for the part and the employee went to retrieve it. After several minutes he returned and said he couldn't find it, could it be under another name. I initially gave him our last name as my husband was told it would under that, well they put in under his first name. Not a big deal, at least it was found. When my husband came home from work and saw the part he said it wasn't what he ordered. The employee that ordered it had shown him the correct part out of their parts book. Somehow after he left they ordered a different bushing. So, he goes back in the next morning, I went and waited in the car, it took him 15 minutes inside. The employee that was manning the counter couldn't find the right part in the books and finally asked if he'd like to wait for 20 mins. when Andy would be in as he knows how to find the parts better than him. Really! You have an employee at the counter who can't do the job. We decided not to wait, my husband gave him all the information and left it for Andy to find and order. Please train your employees or don't have them helping customers who come in to spend their money at your business. Oh and you might want to rent a power washer and spray off all the dirt and moss on your long concrete wall in the parking lot, it looks like nobody cares, well just seems like that after our experience.
