My experience was great! Started with a small project for two forklifts and morphed into them taking care of my entire fleet. Mobile fleet service is so much more cost effective then the downtime it used to take me to run all over town, drop of truck here, drop of there. Wanted to charge almost $900 for topping off coolant (which was already done) and tightened a fan (30 minutes of work) for an excavator and couldn't fix the issue or mention the thermostat would be out, ROBBERY at best and Scammers at least, DO NOT call them for service as they will only screw you on pricing and not help out unless it's a minor issue, they come across as professionals but only steal from people, unreasonable pricing and all the people leaving bad reviews are correct, I wish I could leave a negative star review read more

Dramatically overcharge and don't support their work. They charge by the hour, plus by the mile, plus double the price of parts. If you supply the parts, they significantly increase their per hour to make up for it. Came out and replaced a battery terminal, charged $700. When they installed a part that was faulty, they came out to replace it, then charged for the whole process again. read more

My business has a very old forklift that needed an oil change and a fuel hose replaced. Even though this is our only piece of equipment, we were treated like we were one of their biggest accounts. Very rapid response via email. Email exchanges for scheduling was easy and they scheduled an appointment that worked for me. The tech on site was very knowledgeable and personable. Recently called them to look at my forklift which was having fuel issues. Mechanic showed up in a reasonable time. Unfortunately that was the end of the good service. Mechanic evaluated, blew out lines and said it was running fine. Before he left I told my operator to go drive it to make sure it was working properly which is when it started acting up again. The mechanic stayed longer to continue working on it. At the end of the day, he said that he'd have to take apart my engine, it would be down for two weeks and would probably cost 3k to 6k in parts plus labor depending on the issue. We rented another forklift ($500/day) to get ready for that, luckily I have an employee that's mechanically inclined that took a look at it, spent about an hr. cleaning up the manual pump, no cost for parts, and it's been running fine ever since. Just got their bill for $700 for them doing zero to fix the issue and included the time was the time we spent fixing the mechanics truck that wouldn't start. I asked if they could cut me a a little bit of a break considering everything...and the response was a hard no. Apparently they have enough work that they don't care about us never calling them again. Part 2: Be careful of parts also. We're on your 3rd radiator hose in 2 months. It looks like one of the places they get parts from may have faulty parts. The have swapped them out each time for free - so that's good at least. read more

These guys are crooks!! We left our rig there for Maintenance and oil changes before a long ride home to CT. We bought it in WA and we live on the east coast. They said they replaced batteries in my RV and they charged us for them. It ran great to their shop. We chose them because it has a CAT diesel in it and they were qualified to work on them. We asked them to take a look at the steering and they said it needed a new steering box which they replaced. To save money, we used RedHead steering, not their part. I don't think they like that too much. Then they told us the steering pump was bad. So again to save money we had it sent out to a reputable local pump rebuilder. They said that it leaked still after they installed it again. So three times it was sent out and came back and leaked! They charged us for three installs. And we still didn't have a resolution to this. Finally we jointly decided to get it out of their shop because we had paid them already THOUSANDS for basic maintenance checking the generator doing the steering box and we had had enough, and they claimed they couldn't fix it. They told us that they would do us a favor and bring it to another RV mechanic. They told us they started driving it there, and it broke down and needed to be towed the rest of the way. We found out later that it was never driven it never started never ran and they just had it towed from their facility to the other RV mechanic. That was from the tow truck drivers mouth and the new mechanic. So I don't know what they did, if they sabotaged it, but the new mechanic just told us that the reason it wouldn't start or drive was because two of the supposedly new batteries, were stone cold dead, and old junk and couldn't be charged! So now we have to buy two more new batteries at the cost of over $300 each. He is just beginning to investigate it now. These people have lied to us and taken advantage of us, I believe because we were from the other side of the country and we couldn't stop in and check on it. It was there a very long time and they told us originally that was OK and we could pick it up when we came back to the West Coast. And we didn't need it anyway, it was already winter. I do not at all believe that steering pump can come back three times and be faulty. We did not want to pay their outrageous prices for their parts, therefore we sourced them ourselves and I really don't think they liked that. I know they switched the batteries out before they towed it. We asked them if they could kindly just make it run so we could get it out of there and move it to another place but they failed to even do that. They lied to us about it running and them having to tow it. We would gladly have use their parts if they were in line with what we were able to buy them for and considering that the CAT facility is right nearby, they were able to get parts very easily, and it should at least be the same as what we were getting them for. Not thousands more! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this encounter. And we will be taking action against them. read more

Disappointed. We've used many mechanics and really wish we could find someone that is honest and doesn't take every opportunity to gouge you. I find it ABSURD to pay nearly $3,000 for a brake job on a truck. I complained and they did adjust the invoice BUT my forklift that they fixed is in worse shape then when they started working on it. Called this place 4:13 and wouldn't you know it they couldn't get a mechanic out there until after 5pm. Ok. Time and a half after 5pm plus 3 hour minimum. Done it under 2 hours. Highway robbery at its finest. I needed a hose and some antifreeze. $30/gallon for the antifreeze which I can buy from the truckstop at $12.95/gallon. I had clamps but they had to use theirs at $2.08 each. A hose and antifreeze job just parts should of cost under $200........total bill $935.39 read more

I am a manager at a high volume catering company at the Seattle International Airport with a fleet of nearly 30 trucks. We have been plagued with substandard vendors that do quick fixes and don't tend to our fleet with any sense of urgency or care.
