Thi (pronounced tee) is the owner and chef, who always welcomes us with warmth and smiles. I give him commendation for remembering us, since we hadn't seen him for about two years. It's beautiful how they've brought natural elements inside the restaurant, yet still appearingly has a more formal flare. The central focus upon entry is a lovely elongated wooden table with a tree. The Crab Rangoons were a huge highlight--they stayed perfectly crispy even through delivery, which is rare. Everything tasted amazing and fresh.
