Have patience during the booking process while he finds a quality driver, let Henry work his magic, and he'll get it done. Once I got connected with a carrier, my car made it across the country in under a week from Maryland to California with no issues. I'm a meticulous person and I made a largish purchase for a car so I even checked the carrier that he found for me, and they had sufficient miles logged and insurance on file, all of which gave me an extra peace of mind. He accomplished all of this while giving me a reasonable/competitive deal. I'm recommending him to my friend who might also be buying a car across the country in the bear future

It had been 8 years since my last shipment so I had lost the contact to the last provider, and went with this due to Yelp reviews and being local. What a mistake. Comms were very poor. Deposit was three times what I had previously paid on deposit but the driver portion was the same.

The pickup timing was complicated due to the dealership's internal procedures and a five‑day wait for a cashier's check to clear. Despite that challenge, ABC Auto Shipping moved with impressive speed--within just a couple of hours of the vehicle's release, they had secured a high‑quality covered transport carrier that exceeded my expectations. Communication was outstanding. Every question--whether by text or phone--was answered within minutes, day or night. That level of responsiveness gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the expedited timeline and the premium nature of the shipment. My Corvette arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised. ABC Auto Shipping earned every bit of a five‑star rating through their professionalism, speed, and commitment to customer service.

A day before my car was supposed to be shipped the company emailed me with no advance warning saying it was going to be $500 more. With one day left I didn't have time to find a new company. The car was supposed to come in a week. Three days after my car was taken I got a call from the driver saying he was going to be there tomorrow. I was still in California and wasn't flying out for another two days. The driver got angry with me even though I was told the car wasn't supposed to arrive for an additional 4 days. With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.

They were more expensive than the lowest quote I received by about $100, but they were very responsive, were semi-local to my area, and believed they could get my marginally operational vehicle from Las Vegas to LA within about two days of my booking.
