I find my items, because of the easy-to-read lists at the head of each aisle! There are only 150,000 items in this store, thank God it's organized! I was in and out in about ten minutes...not bad at all!!

I approached the first associate I saw and mentioned the workshop. They were not aware of the event. After a couple of radio calls we were directed to the garden center. We were handed a bag and told to sit down and jump right in. It is not instructor led. The project was building a lawnmower. The contraption was to be made with precut wood, coordinating nails and a hammer. The image leading project was not easy to understand because there was no way to guarantee the pieces aligned. I asked one of the associates for help and was told they did not know how to do the project and it was one of their harder projects. The average age of the attendees was maybe 6. After only one parent finishing the project within the hour I was there. I left like others with an unimpressive unattractive unfinished lawnmower. A thought came to me to just finish it at home. I asked for wood glue, and a Red Vest bc my daughter to place her badge on it, and if I could purchase the hammer. This an added to an additional 40 mins to an hour of just frustration. I would not recommend anyone to go to this workshop unless you want to participate yourself.

The employee treated us like we were trying to steal it. He leaned on it the whole time and got in my personal space when he finally did let me hold it. He treated us like we were going to steal it because we couldn't afford it. Also he didn't believe me when I asked about a military discount. If it hadn't been so close to Christmas and had of had time I would have went somewhere else. I will never go back there unless I just don't have a choice. It made me feel humiliated. Heck I even worked for a Home Depot in clay when I was younger so... nostalgia, but nah no more. I wish I remember the employees name but unfortunately I don't. And the employee who "helped" me couldn't even tell me about it or answer my questions too.

I just wanted to look up cabinet so I could know how much they cost, and the person was incapable. She was the kitchen designer and the manager came over and she was even worse. I don't understand it. It's like you can't get information and then when I finally told them they were going to give me some information email it to me so it'll be later in the day and the information wasn't for anything I asked for it was unbelievable

In July, I went to Home Depot to see about getting countertops and new cabinets for my kitchen. I…read morejust got them finished last week. It was a horrible experience, my first time there the kitchen designer told me the cabinets I picked out were horrible and tacky we went with someone else another designer. Their design designers are only available a couple of days a week so if you have a question, you have to wait the following week till they come back that was very inconvenient. The manager would not offer any assistance after you paid for the cabinets it seems like once you paid for for everything, they basically didn't help you much anymore after that they sent the vent and installer noticed that I called them up and they said it would take a week to get it. I went to Home Depot that night and pick it up because it was right there. They wouldn't allow the installer to come back and put it in. I had to wait for another person there small Appliance person to come out that took a couple of weeks. The installer of cabinets did a great job. Are there an independent contractor separate from Home Depot. Countertops took a while, gave me two dates and canceled each time stay at home person that would've been fine, but I took off work each time so I was a lot of time. The project took months shouldn't have taken that long. My countertops were delivered in eight days, but it took me two months to get them installed. That's on Home Depot. Communication was poor service was terrible. The manager was downright rude so if you don't mind waiting, I'm taking forever. Use Home Depot.
