We went to Farmers Market outside ! It was awesome and then the people inside were as nice as could be.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Managers seem lost and either not trained or unwilling to help in the easiest of questions.

Janeese, is a wonderful employee. She is very polite and knowledgeable. Most employees will only help for a second or two and then say they have to go. Being 67 with physical disabilities usually means I need a bit more assistance. She never rushes me and in my opinion is invaluable. I've been coming to Rural King because of her. I would not recommend shopping here. They judged my looks. Accused me of stealing and trespassed me for a year. It was my first time there!!

Very impressed with Rural King! First time visited and plenty of parking, easy to access, good selection of inventory, and friendly staff. I looked all over the place to find Rub's Swamp Boy's BBQ Sauce and was fortunate to find some at Rural King! This BBQ Sauce is delicious and the best BBQ Sauce I've ever had! It is tasty, balanced salty, sweet, and has a light smoky finish. I love it on chicken and pork!! read more

Rural king..... hmmm How to describe Rural king, they have everything you don't need at a really good price? No really, if you want to buy jeans, hats, boots, guns, ammo, fertilizer, car batteries, oil, cups- mugs- coolers, and a chicken! You can do that here. They have cow, horse, dog, cat, even hamster food here too. The List goes on and on. This is the Sams of hardware/ feed and seed. You can buy a tractor also. Just sayin. Just in case? All in all the people are friendly and they have a bunch of stuff. Just like Sams, every time I go in there I buy things I don't need or really want. It's compulsive. I am sure I will be back for something they seem to have all the somethings here. read more

We visited this store today, My wife is handicapped. There was a dodge truck with trailer parked in multiple handicapped spots. We called the stores customer care a woman asked us to hold, she came back and rudely tried to explain he was loading a trailer. These are handicapped spots Rural King not loading zones. 316.1955 Enforcement of parking requirements for persons who have disabilities.-- (1) It is unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park a vehicle within, or to obstruct, any such specially designated and marked parking space provided in accordance with s. 553.5041, unless the vehicle displays a disabled parking permit issued under s. 316.1958 or s. 320.0848 or a license plate issued under s. 320.084, s. 320.0842, s. 320.0843, or s. 320.0845, and the vehicle is transporting the person to whom the displayed permit is issued. The violation may not be dismissed for failure of the marking on the parking space to comply with s. 553.5041 if the space is in general compliance and is clearly distinguishable as a designated accessible parking space for people who have disabilities. Only a warning may be issued for unlawfully parking in a space designated for persons with disabilities if there is no above-grade sign as provided in s. 553.5041. (a) Whenever a law enforcement officer, a parking enforcement specialist, or the owner or lessee of the space finds a vehicle in violation of this subsection, that officer, owner, or lessor shall have the vehicle in violation removed to any lawful parking space or facility or require the operator or other person in charge of the vehicle immediately to remove the unauthorized vehicle from the parking space. Whenever any vehicle is removed under this section to a storage lot, garage, or other safe parking space, the cost of the removal and parking constitutes a lien against the vehicle. (b) The officer or specialist shall charge the operator or other person in charge of the vehicle in violation with a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as provided in s. 316.008(4) or s. 318.18(6). The owner of a leased vehicle is not responsible for a violation of this section if the vehicle is registered in the name of the lessee. (c) All convictions for violations of this section must be reported to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles by the clerk of the court. (d) A law enforcement officer or a parking enforcement specialist has the right to demand to be shown the person's disabled parking permit and driver license or state identification card when investigating the possibility of a violation of this section. If such a request is refused, the person in charge of the vehicle may be charged with resisting an officer without violence, as provided in s. 843.02. (2) It is unlawful for any person to obstruct the path of travel to an accessible parking space, curb cut, or access aisle by standing or parking a vehicle within any such designated area. The violator is subject to the same penalties as are imposed for illegally parking in a space that is designated as an accessible parking space for persons who have disabilities. (3) Any person who is chauffeuring a person who has a disability is allowed, without need for a disabled parking permit or a special license plate, to stand temporarily in any such parking space, for the purpose of loading or unloading the person who has a disability. A penalty may not be imposed upon the driver for such temporary standing. (4)(a) A vehicle that is transporting a person who has a disability and that has been granted a permit under s. 320.0848(1)(a) may be parked for a maximum of 30 minutes in any parking space reserved for persons who have disabilities. (b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a), a theme park or an entertainment complex as defined in s. 509.013(9) which provides parking in designated areas for persons who have disabilities may allow any vehicle that is transporting a person who has a disability to remain parked in a space reserved for persons who have disabilities throughout the period the theme park is open to the public for that day. Great store, I bought my new RK-37 from tracie and I love my new tractor, tracie was courteous and friendly 100%. She helped me through loan process and got me a great finance rate, it was so nice to hear her voice the next day that I was approved for tractor, and she followed up with everything, even remembered my name when I call, Im proud to be a member of the rural king RK tractor family, and I love my new tractor. I like coming here and buying all the supplies I need, I also bought a box blade and a few extras, friendly professional people. A+++++++++++++. I will in future buy my next tractor here also. Overpriced, it's too bad because they do have some decent stuff. I saw one item 25 percent over retail and after that I was looking at everything skeptically. Fix yer prices because we have other options, we can find the same cheap Chinese goods elsewhere for cheaper!! read more

I was at RK today, and was surprised at the run down appearance of the store. I've been there several times in the last few months, and it never looked this bad. It was as if looters had been inside overnight. Stuff was scattered all over, inventory was down, and there was one register open with at least 6 people in line. I don't know if the store is closing down or what, but today it reflected a total lack of pride on the part of management and employees. If this is the new normal for RK, count me as an ex-customer. read more

Went to get a chicken coop that was in the flier as an "Everyday Price". No such chicken coop to be found. Was sent to service desk to order by the man in the area of the chicken coop. Got to the service desk and was told that they can't do special orders! Either get your flier right or train your staff people. read more

Absolute shit for service. I have shopped this location since its opening and it has gone downhill ever since. I came here today to purchase a water tank and some 4x4 posts and a few things for the farm from inside. At time of purchase, the lady called for a loader around back to load me out. Drove around back and sat for ten minutes, called the store and said I was waiting for a loader, was told they would be right out. 15 minutes later ,,had to walk into the maintenance shop and have them call for a loader, still noone. Sent my son inside the store to talk to another lady to ask where the loader is. 10 minutes later a man walks out and says, I never got a call.... WTF. 39 MINUTES WAITING IN THE BACK AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES OF ASKING FOR A LOADER. UNSAT! Never again, and the damn store wasn't even busy. read more

Rural Kings website needs to be completely redone. If you do a search for a item you get nothing but products that are out of stock or your store doesn't even carry that product at all. I did a search for Black Kow Manure and I get cowboy boots as a result. Do a search for Composted Manure and you get a product they don't even stock 200 miles from your location. What is worse is that products they do carry in the stores are not even on Rural Kings Website, which is not a good way to do business. I know they carry Black Kow but need to check if they have it in stock, this is just one product example good luck finding what your looking for online to pick up at your local store cause either it is out of stock or they don't carry that product at your location. 1 star for your outdated and horrible website! read more

This place has everything a farmer could ever need! The only thing is that the employees are scarce towards the back of the store. They don't have employees with designated sections taking care of the backside of the store. However, when you do contact them, they are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Its also nice to grab some free popcorn whilst browsing. Just don't drop any in with the baby chicks and ducklings . read more

This place has the worst service. If you order site store it's like trying to pull teeth to get anybody to help you. Whenever the order does come in nobody can seem to locate it and whenever they can locate it nobody can seem to get outside to be able to help open whatever freaking nook or cranny it's in to be able to get it in your vehicle I'm so sick and tired of this place I will never shop here again read more

It's a great store overall. Similar to a tractor supply in my opinion. Except bigger and a little better quality stuff in some areas. I like the place. Fair prices too. I have been upset with them to see things in the Store Flyers I get in the mail. To my disapointment you get to the store and they don't carry it in that store. They can't order it for that price either. It's very frustrating. For this reason I give it 3 STARS...Fix this issue and I will gladly give it 5 STARS read more

Lots of farm supplies & a variety of other merchandise at GREAT savings: so many pet supplies, boats & boating merchandise, camping gear & tents, lawn & garden utilities, tools, fencing, toys, items for a bathroom, beds & bedroom items, electrical supplies, batteries, hunting goods & firearms (the latter complete w/ a counter & staff members), clothing for the entire family, laundry & pool supplies, packaged foods & beverages, an entire aisle or two of jeans & boots, patio furniture & lots of recliners for inside, hay (yes, bales of hay!), holiday merchandise, etc. Prices appeared very good! There's also a courtesy counter that offers free hot coffee & popcorn. What is not to like about this large store that occupies the former Sam's Club! The aisles are wide & carts are available (along w/ larger haulers). There's even a veterinarian on site for your pets-- exams for cats & dogs are just $20! (To assure no waiting, call & schedule an appointment w/ Country Kritters.) The only downer I found was the lack of registers open (2-3 while I was there & one register took just debit & credit). The cashiers were friendly (enough). There's a garden area outside (& attached), but stock was limited probably due to the season & weather. And in the front parking lot there's an area of merchandise for sale. (See pic.) I've been told small animals (such as baby chicks) are for sale near the back of the store, but I somehow missed them:( I did find one unisex bathroom on site (near the vet clinic), but I may have missed others. (My batting average sux today.) For animal lovers tired of the overpriced items at large pet stores, this is an especially great store. You can't beat Rural King on pet supplies! read more
