There isn't a large store front sign so it's easy to drive by. But there is a lot of parking available. I placed my order online, which was very easy. The online order form is powered by Toast. I believe this is a take-out only establishment for now. I'm upset that I didn't take pictures of the food, but that's how good (and hungry I was). I got the pakora, samosas, garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken (bone-in) biryani, and mango lassi! The pakora was really good; it was seasoned well and crispy, and the portion size was generous. The veggie samosas were also fantastic! The pastry was flaky and the inside was delicious. It wasn't very spicy. The garlic naan was good, although I wish there was a little more garlic flavor. Other than that, the bread was fluffy and a great vehicle for my butter chicken. Speaking of, the butter chicken was fantastic! Very flavorful, and the chicken was tender. Furthermore, I was impressed by the chicken biryani! The chicken was falling off the bone, but not overcooked. The rice itself was very aromatic and was nice and fluffy. Lastly, while I enjoyed the Mango Lassi, compared to some others I've had in the past, it is a little thicker and paler. I wish there was a bit more mango flavor coming through, but it was nice and refreshing to drink! Overall, I enjoyed this place, and I'd order again!

I can't believe it took this long for downtown Dallas to get a spot like Currysmatic. I've been…read morecraving real Indian food, flavorful, balanced, the kind you usually have to drive out to Irving or Frisco for, and finally, it's here in the Design District. The first time I tried it, I knew it wasn't a fluke. By the third visit, it was clear: this place is the real deal. The malai murgh? Easily the best I've ever had anywhere. The butter chicken curry? Absolute perfection. Every sauce I've tried has been packed with flavor, and the cumin rice ties it all together beautifully. Portions hit that sweet spot, not too much, not too little. I actually served this to a group of mostly South Asian friends, and everyone walked away impressed (which says a lot). The food also holds up amazingly well when reheated, even 3-4 days later, though honestly, it usually doesn't last that long because it's too good not to finish. Don't skip the drinks either. The mango lassi and sitafal shakes are spot on, creamy, flavorful, not overly sweet. They taste just right, even if you're not usually into dessert drinks. And here's the kicker: the prices are super reasonable for Dallas proper, especially considering the quality. For takeout Indian food in this city, Currysmatic has set a new standard.

A dive into DoorDash on an evening I was exhausted and not interested in leaving the hotel lead me to Curry Me Out's ghost kitchen and all things considered I was quite content with my overall experience. Having ordered a couple of times I've tried some different entrees and types of naan but my must have every single time I order Indian (from anywhere) is Samosas and I am happy to report they are good from Curry Me Out. Fluffy, hot, fresh, and stuffed I make sure they're a part of every order. So far as the naan, it's probably the weakest thing they offer here. Having ordered both the garlic naan and the paneer naan and both times they were serviceable but nothing to go out of your way for. Both entrees were great, trying both the Palak and Korma Paneer. And each order has been packaged perfectly. Like it's really where Curry Me Out shines: no leaks, well organized, and food arriving fresh, hot, and correct. Again, I would not go out of my way for Curry Me Out but at the end of a long workweek when I am exhausted and just not in the mood to go out for dinner while in town on business, Curry Me Out is a reliable option that has had consistent quality.

When your item(s) are ready they will bring them over to you. Whilst they have an pretty expansive menu, I find myself going to the same thing time and time again: Palak Paneer, Naan (of some kind), and samosas. The wait time is typically rather short and the food comes out H O T! Like numerous times I've burned my tongue diving in so patience will take you far in overall enjoyment of your meal and overall I've had consistency on quality and serving portions I've received. Now when it comes to service, don't expect much-no frills, short interaction with minimal service. This is not a complaint, just an observation to help temper your expectations. The overall flavor profile is extremely weak, and the quality is consistently poor. The Pani Puri was acceptable, and the Malai Kofta was actually good. However, the rice that accompanied the kofta was almost inedible,it was super greasy, awful to even take a few spoonfuls of, and pretty nasty. I had to throw it away. Ordered Chicken 555 & Kaju Chicken Fry on two different occasions. These dishes were not bad initially. The problem occurs as soon as they start to cool. A thick, oily layer forms over everything. Reheating the food is pointless, as the heat simply turns the appetizers into an overly greasy and oily mess. Seems like they cook their food with Dalda (a cheaper alternative to ghee). My most recent order (Egg puff, Chicken Green Mirchi, Chicken Lollipops, Green Mirchi Pulao). This was the final disappointment. After only 10 minutes on the counter, the food had cooled. When I reheated the lollipops, the chicken was incredibly chewy and completely lacked proper seasoning, specifically salt. The Chicken Green Mirchi was simply tossed with raw, sliced chilies, and the overpowering smell of rawness from the dish reeked so badly I noticed it on the drive home. I have tried green chili pulavs and biryanis from other restaurants. The Green Mirchi Pulao was a complete failure. It was topped with a thick layer of beans, corn, capsicum, and green chilies that was so unappetizing I had to throw it away. The dish was so underprepared that I literally had to cook it in my own kitchen to make it edible. Surprisingly none of the dishes I ordered had salt. I have heavy tolerance to take spice and heat but this was of Very poor quality!!! Out of everything I ordered, egg puff was found fresh, warm & tasty!
