They are surprisingly easy to prepare and come with a small cup of sauce that ended up being plenty enough for all the dumplings (and I usually drench all my food in sauce). Usually I can find a way to ruin even the easiest of dishes with my lack of cooking skills, but these ended up tasting incredible even when cooked by my novice self. Just make sure you keep them very cold because otherwise the texture will change.
