We went here for the first time and we thought it was amazing! We loved everything we ate, our service was wonderful, and we loved the vibe of the place. 10/10.

We had visited when the restaurant first opened and tried the buffet, but were disappointed at that time since there were very few vegetarian options. This time, we ordered from the à la carte menu, and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Naram Dil Kofta, Paneer Tikka Masala, Peeli Daal, Garlic Naan, and Roti. Everything was flavorful, well-balanced, and just the right level of spice so even the kids could enjoy it. The only letdown was the dessert. We tried the Shahi Tukda and Gulab Jamun, and both were a bit too sweet for our taste. Service staff was friendly. And the ambiance is simple and elegant.

Order lunch takeout today to be delivered. I saw a comment that said the lunch portion is really small. I am a big eater and I have enough leftover for another lunch tomorrow. The take out lunch came with dal (which was a suprise not listed as coming with it), veg samosa with two chutneys, I chose chicken saagwala, rice and a huge butter naan! Oh and a galub jamon (sp?) The dal was a nice surprise it was good but could have used a little something (but not sure what was missing). The samosa was Delicious. It had great flavor and a little kick which was nice. The chicken and rice were great. I ordered medium will do hot next time to me it had no kick. Still great flavor though. I was not expecting the naan to be so huge. Of course the sweet at the end is the perfect way to end the meal. Can't wait to dine in sometime soon.

Food was absolutely delicious here! We arrived for lunch and hoping to order off of the lunch menu, but there is none unless you are doing takeout. You can do a buffet if you'd like, but if not, you have to order à la carte. It's absolutely beautiful inside and the staff is pretty helpful when you need to modify spice. The restaurant seemed pretty clean and the restrooms as well. I'll definitely be back here to try other things! Here's a tip, also they do serve dosa on Sunday for the buffet.

I've eaten at Indian Pavilion several times now, for weekend buffet and their executive to go lunch and it's always been fabulous. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. For example, my friend can't eat nuts and was sad that the pineapple pudding on the buffet had pistachios. The server checked in the back and then brought out several that didn't have nuts on top for her. The offerings on the buffet are great with a good variety with a chutney bar, appetizers, entrees and fruit and pudding for dessert. I will say they are not spicy which was fine for me but one of my friends wanted more heat. On weekends, there is a live dosa bar where a server will make a fresh dosa rice crepe for you with filling and with coconut chutney on the side. You also get butter naan on the side for the buffet and we paid extra to get the garlic naan. Definitely do this! The naan was dotted with lots of fresh garlic and it was delicious. Since the restaurant also does a buffet for lunch during the week (with a few less entrees and no dosa bar) they also do a take out lunch for office workers. I've picked this up a few times and it is amazing! You get dal soup, a samosa, naan, rice, a small portion of your chosen entree and the dessert of the day, all packed up in a bag with utensils. Even though the entree was small, if you eat everything, to me, it was all the perfect size.

Dropped in on a whim to this Indian buffet. Arrived less than an hour before lunch time was over, so I can't judge too hard on the freshness of the selections as they were no longer putting up fresh batches. That being said, I made a large plate with samples of all the things I was interested in and most of it hit. The buffet includes fresh naan, when offered the garlic upgrade for only a dollar I had to go for it. Naturally, it was worth it. $20 out the door before tip for the buffet was totally worth it. Will certainly be back, next time earlier.

Came here on a Saturday at about 1:30 PM. We were sat promptly, although the restaurant was fairly busy. I knew we were coming for the buffet, but when we sat down, we were not offered any type of menu or drink option so I did have to ask about pricing and other drink options which they do have a full bar, soda, pops, and unsweet iced tea. The menus come on a little smart device so you'll just have to tap your way through to find what you would like. The server will ask you about your naan bread order which if you want garlic naan, it will be one dollar additional however, the butter naan is free and included with your meal. Once you sit down, you're able to then go up to the buffet, which has a very large and diverse option of different type of Indian foods. It was nice to try different types of foods that I've never been able to try before allowing me to open my pallet to other flavors. The butter chicken was one of my favorites. Finally, the service was fairly attentive being on top of refilling, my ice tea and they were also helpful in asking questions if you weren't sure what certain foods were. One other area of feedback is they did run out of plates which once we told them they promptly replaced

I went with my parenting yesterday. We were greeted immediately and sat inside a booth near the entrance. Tablets were given for the menus. For drink, I choice the mango lassi (5 dollars), which is rich and creamy. It was a perfect mango flavor without being too sweet. The vegetable pakora (about 9 dollars) was fried very nicely, providing the proper crisp. It was very good with the onion and mint chutneys added. My mom had the eggplant chettinadu (about 18 dollars), while I did the chicken (21 dollars). Both were medium spiced, but I requested the chicken to be a bit spicier. The eggplant was alright, but I they didn't remove the stems. The chicken was much better with tender boneless chicken in a coconut cream sauce. There was a chilli pepper or two to bring the heat and flavor. My dad's lamb korma (24 dollars) was a bit undercooked, so they fixed it. A couple minutes later, it was much better with tender lamb and the nutty flavor from the korma. For dessert, my mom wanted to try the Shashi Tukra for dessert (10 dollars), which almost looked like a cross between bread pudding and baklava. It was a bit hard to cut, but still light and enjoyable which I believe was mango sauce. It was nicely decorated with rose petals too. A unique and enjoyable dessert. The service was professional and helpful. Our server was nice to offer to cook the lamb more after stating it was a bit undercooked. Containers were provided when we asked to take some leftovers home, but I wish they helped pack as well. The atmosphere was more upscale with a nice bar and outdoor seating as well. There dining area was spacious and the music seemed to be relaxing Indian new age. Being from the same owners of Saffron and Mynt, I knew the quality will be good. Indian Pavilion is a great addition to introduce the Winter Garden residents to Indian cuisine. It isn't cheap though. Most of the chicken entrees were 21 dollars and lamb plates were about 24. However, being a bit more upscale atmosphere, I guess that will justify it. They do have lunch buffet as well, which we will try next time. We agree that Indian Pavilion is a nice addition in the Winter Garden area.

Lunchtime Buffett was really great. The price was right and selection perfect. Lamb would have made it better. The fresh naan was sensational.

Spent part of the day in Winter Garden doing some camper shopping before stopping at the Indian Pavillion for lunch. It is set inside a former Tijuana Flats restaurant in the Publix plaza on West Colonial/SR 535 in Winter Garden. The interior is modern and sleek. The buffet ($18 weekdays/$22 weekends) was huge and plentiful. It had all the usual Indian staples like biryani, tandoori chicken, pakoras, etc. as well as specialties like goat curry and gobi Manchurian. The servers were mostly male, professionally attired and very attentive to keeping the dining area clean and the buffet well stocked. If you are ever in Winter Garden and craving something exotic, give the Indian Pavillion a try!

The restaurant was empty, out there was another Indian couple eating, so I thought that's a good sign. We visited for a late lunch on a Friday. I asked about the lunch specials which they have from 12 to 3, I think it's only weekdays but not for sure. The deal gives you so much variety and it's only $13! It comes with a main dish, two apps, soup and a dessert. Pani puri to start with the green shots, the dahi puri comes with a yogurt sauce. Samosa was perfect and I ordered the Chilli chicken with fried rice. It was soooo good, I ordered it medium but it was pretty spicy. I really loved the flavor, so unique. My husband ordered the chana masala, which was also very good. I loved the sweet ending with 1 gulab jamun, covered in the typical honey sauce. The bhaji was fried with mostly onion and potatoes, and pretty good with the mint chutney provided. The soup was more flavorful, with either tofu or paneer and the broth having both Indian and Chinese spices. I went with the butter chicken for my main plate, and request hot level spice. My mom ordered the misal pav, while my dad took the green curry with paneer. My butter chicken was good, but there was no heat noticeable. While I tasted some spices, there was no fuel to any fire. The chicken was a bit in the tougher side, but still enjoyable because I believe it had tandoori flavor. My mom's misal pav had more heat, and was good with the lentils. After adding onions and other toppings, it brought the Indian street food flavor. We took rice instead of the bun. My dad's green curry was also good, but on the sweeter side. The paneer as the requested protein was consistent in the texture. For dessert, we took two orders of ras malai, which was homemade. It was definitely a legit dessert with the ricotta cheese balls in the milky sauce with Indian spices on top. Just delicious! After finishing the food, we all agreed that it was quite enjoyable. The service was attentive and it was table service, but there were some things we had to do ourselves. A large bottle of water was provided, and we have to fill our cups ourselves. We also had to move our used plates and items to the side of the table, the made the space quite cramped. We also packed the foods ourselves to take home. However, our server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very casual, with various movie posters on the tables, and the music playing classic Indian movie songs. The dining area is small, but it was pretty quiet with not many people when we were there. Mirchi is located in a strip mall in Colonial and Dillard Street intersection, and parking was not difficult. Mirchi reminds me of a smaller version of Bombay Street Kitchen, with just a smaller dining area and more limited selection. I wish they still had South Indian options like dosa, but they stopped about two months ago. Still, for street food, it was quite enjoyable, and the prices were reasonable. We paid about 85 dollars after tips. Just expect casual, no frills atmosphere. If you are looking for a more upscale experience, their sister restaurant, Cilantro is a couple miles away in downtown Winter Garden. With the good Indian food at reasonable prices, we will come back, and also give Cilantro a try as well. Overall: B

We also had some onion nan, which was pretty fluffy, and soft after putting it on the korma. The lassi was on the thicker side, but still very enjoyable as the the yogurt texture made the drink more authentic. The ras malai for dessert is always my favorite, and this was no exception as it was 4 ricotta cheese balls in a milky sauce that had a hint of rose flavor. All food and drinks were very satisfying. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations. My wife chose the buffet, assuming everything would be freshly prepared at opening time. To our surprise, every single item on the buffet line was cold -- from the rice and chicken dishes to the biryani and palak paneer. If a restaurant opens at 11:30, the food should be hot and ready to serve. Cold curries and rice immediately take away from both texture and flavor, and in this case, the dishes tasted flat and lacked the depth of spices you expect from Indian cuisine. Based on this visit, I would recommend skipping the buffet and ordering from the regular menu instead. Buffet selections often feel like the more economical options, and here they were devoid of the bold flavors that make Indian food so memorable. I ordered the chicken biryani from the à la carte menu. It was noticeably better -- aromatic and more flavorful than the buffet items. However, it still missed an important element. Traditionally, biryani is prepared by marinating the chicken and cooking it together with the rice so the spices infuse the meat and every bite is cohesive. In this case, while the rice carried some fragrance, the chicken itself was not well marinated and tasted bland on its own. It felt more assembled than thoughtfully cooked together. Another important point is pricing. The dishes are on the expensive side, and at those prices, the flavors and overall quality should be excellent. When you're paying premium prices, you expect depth of seasoning, proper preparation, and attention to detail -- not cold buffet trays or under-marinated meat. Service was the bright spot of the visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. Overall, not a terrible experience, but certainly disappointing. With better attention to temperature, flavor development, and consistency, this place could justify its pricing -- but on this visit, it fell short.

The the goat was tender and flavorful from being with the bones. The cashew chicken was good, but also had bones. The chicken tikka was boneless and the chicken was soft. The sauces were flavorful and medium spiced. The tandoori chicken was cooked nicely, but you did need a knife and fork to cut it. For the vegetarian dishes, the okra and potato were both enjoyable. The paneer dish was a bit too sweet for me, and the vegetable biryani seemed to have golden raisins, which I didn't enjoy. For dessert, I just took the fruit custard, which was mostly just fruit in a mango milk/sauce. It was still delicious! We all agreed that the food was great here for the buffet! The service is good, but can be busy. While our plates got cleared for the first rounds, it did pile up during the second round and dessert. It didn't get cleared until we left. The cheese naan is unlike any paneer naan we have tried before--almost like a cheesy quesadilla. They didn't have Aloo Choley listed, but when we asked, the kitchen put together a version with chickpeas and potatoes that turned out delicious. We ordered the Dal Maharani, and while our waitress asked about spice level, it felt like she made the decision for us. We enjoy spice, but even the first bite was hotter than we expected, and we barely ate any of it despite it being otherwise flavorful. Toward the end, our waitress asked us to leave a review... and then stood there waiting. When my husband said we were still chatting, she kept circling back to check, which felt pretty pushy. Later, when we requested to-go boxes, she said "there is no rush" and then disappeared. We had to ask again. Overall, the food is good and the staff is mostly friendly, but the unexpectedly fiery dal and the slightly overzealous service kept this from being a 5-star experience.

It's what helps support local families, and build peoples dreams. Has someone who lives on the west side of town? I go to Winter Garden frequently and was craving a Boba drink so I stopped at Sweetland. The first thing that always catches my eyes how beautiful the actual space is it is a bit of a third space because they have a table and games and a place to really enjoy time with friends a date or family. I love how bright and colorful everything is. That leads to the highlight of the review, which is the owner who made my drink. Even upon first arriving, you're welcome with a warm greeting and you can tell that there's love for the business. I got a Boba smoothie drink and even though one of the ingredients was missing I was able to go back and get it all figured out no problem or fuss and again it was just a positive experience The owner even went above and beyond to include an extra ingredient for me, which unfortunately did make my drink a little bit too sweet for me. If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the perfect spot for you Dig in!

All the desserts looked amazing. Tried a few like the lemon mouse with apple filling, coconut mouse with pineapple filling, and the mango mouse. They were all so delicious! My favorite being the lemon mouse! Also had a mixed fruit tea and it was a bit on the sweeter side but still good!
