Found this on AllTrails and decided to visit. There are few different colored trails (red, yellow, blue) that you can choose to follow. Check AllTrails for maps.
There are a few steep parts and some stair sections so I wouldn't call it an "easy / gentle" walk but it is not hard and def kid and dog friendly. You do get to see a few small waterfalls along the walk and can continue on farther on a trail that is cleared and mapped on AllTrails - but not one of the colored paths. That extension takes you farther up to falls #1 and #2.
There is a stream crossing but you could turn around at that point if you wanted. They are some well placed large flat rocks to make it easier to cross, but if the water was high it would be tricky.
Nice place with the bonus of walking along Indian Kill and watching the water flow. read more
