This restaurant has been mine and my husband's go-to for a while now. Every time we have been, the food has been AMAZING, the customer service is always top-tier and the ambiance is very pleasant. This restaurant will always be our favorite!

India Express in Conyers is an absolute gem, and I am so glad it is here. From the moment I walked in, the space felt welcoming and calm. The kind of place where you can actually sit, breathe, and enjoy your meal instead of rushing through it. The décor is simple but thoughtful, and you can tell pride was put into creating an experience, not just serving food. The food itself was outstanding. The vegetable samosas were perfectly crisp on the outside with a flavorful, well-seasoned filling that tasted truly homemade. Not greasy, not heavy, just right. The biryani was rich, aromatic, and beautifully layered with spices, vegetables, and rice cooked to perfection. Every bite felt intentional and comforting. The naan deserves special mention. Warm, soft, and clearly homemade, it was the kind of bread you keep reaching for even when you are already full. It paired beautifully with everything on the table. And the mango lassi was simply delicious. Smooth, refreshing, lightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. It was the ideal complement to the meal and honestly could have been a dessert all on its own. India Express brings authentic flavor, warmth, and care to Conyers, and you can taste the love in every dish. If you are looking for real Indian food made with heart, this place is absolutely worth your visit. I will definitely be back. 10/10 Highly recommended.

Don't let the strip mall fool you...this is exceptional food! Naan thin and delicious, Korma beautifully seasoned, and Lamb Kabobs were so tasty, and perfectly cooked rice. We are planning our next trip here.

Butter chicken, garlic Nan, and chicken biryani

The food was delicious! Very authentic Indian cuisine, the Nan was amazing and fresh. Our service was very good even during a busy lunch rush they brought us our food fresh. The restaurant has to go ordering as well as seating for in restaurant dining. While on the pricy side you do get a very large portion including the entrees and the rice. I had the butter chicken with rice and garlic nan.

The customer service was very slow. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived but the person at the front desk completely ignored us for about 5 minutes slowly walking back and forth to the kitchen and then placing mango lassi in the fridge. Finally she came to greet us (she seemed a bit bothered and wasn't the friendliest person), bring waters and take our order. We ordered papadam (we thought it will be brought out first as an appetizer as usually) few dishes to share and drinks. We had to wait long time (at least 15-20 minutes), then I asked if it's possible to get our drinks before the food comes, as it seemed like they forgot about them (it's just a glass of wine!) Finally the food came almost at the same time with drinks, and then we got papadam later. Papadam comes plain - no sauces on the side, as in most other Indian restaurants. Just a note, to take that in mind. Maybe have to order separate. But... Food was very flavourful! We did not like the chicken kebab - it was just looking odd and tasted weird. We were also told it's all white meat but it was definitely a mix. We asked about it, but the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said should be white meat and left. She was very much in "uninterested, I don't care" mood. We thought she went to kitchen to ask and will come back but she didn't. Chana Masala was WAY too salty but flavourful. Butter Chicken was the only dish I really liked. It was very flavourful and I liked the cinnamon touch in it (also Chana Masala had that nice cinnamon touch, if it wasn't for that salt!). So Butter Chicken was amazing, I would highly recommend it. Also, beware there is no air conditioning in this restaurant. It was 93F outside so we definitely wished for some air conditioner.

I had never heard of mashed potato stuffed Naan. And boy oh boy was I delighted when I bit into it and it was curried flavor as well! The exit leading to this restaurant can get quite busy, especially during rush hour. The GPS will have you turn into an exit only lane, but the best entrance will be through the Krystal fast food entrance. While this place has tables and chairs, they do not provide table service. They only do take away orders and self-service dining. There is a sign near the register that states this. Menu is great, provides enough dishes for everyone to enjoy - vegetarian or meat or fish. I got butter chicken, palak paneer, rice, garlic naan, and cheese naan to go. I ordered a mango lassi to drink while waiting. All the food I got was delicious, and they understood the assignment when I asked for mild spice. With tip I paid about 60 bucks for all of it. There is enough parking for about 10 cars in front, more on the side. Staff is friendly, but there really isn't much interaction other than when you order.

I had the chicken curry meal and some samosas. Did you truly get Indian food if you didn't eat some samosas? The two guys working behind the counter were extremely friendly and very accommodating. I have a lactose intolerance and they helped guide me to some options on the menu. The chicken curry was delicious. The chicken was very tender, the sauce was extremely flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The naan was good. It was a little bit chewy for my liking, but it was still really good. I enjoyed the samosas. They had that nice bit of spice and kick. Overall, the restaurant is minimal on the inside. They serving to go containers which I think is very smart. They have a few drink options in the soda machine. A drink came with my meal and they told me just to pick a canned drink out of the cooler. However, they just opened and none of this affected the quality of the food and how enjoyable it was. There was enough for leftovers that we're just as good warmed up the next day. I still can't believe I got quality Indian food here in Bremen Georgia.

Looking at the menu there are a lot of options including some unique fusions as well. I decided to place a to-go order for the Chicken Sagg Malai Kofta And The Delhi Chicken Tikkamasala Pasta I also ordered a cheese nann and Laccha Paratha with the veggie samosa. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff. The restaurant was clean yet empty (maybe that should have been the first sign) I received my order and was excited to go home and eat with my family when I arrived home and opened the sagg I was a bit disappointed at how separate everything looked . Sagg is always my go to and while the flavors slightly may vary from location to location what I received looked more like a spinach legume where everything seamed separated as I took a taste I was hit with harsh flavors of raw ginger and spices that seemed to separate in my mouth rather than the warm blend of flavors that I'm used to . I could barely get past two bites and decided to try my sisters malai Kofta another favorite that I've had before from 4 different Indian restaurants. I was completely blown away that it tasted like a thick unseasoned hollandaise sauce almost like a puréed egg yoke with grainy falafel balls . Not the smooth Paneer Kofta with potato that I'm familiar with, the tikka masala pasta was tooo sweet chicken texture was off along with the mushy pasta it was probably the dish that was eaten the most of the three . The nann was great and the somosas were alright but sadly most of everything was tossed in the trash . Maybe there's too many ingredients on the menu to properly execute the dishes accordingly or maybe the chef isn't tasting the dishes that they're making either way as someone who's very versed in Indian cuisine and the versatility of different dishes based on the regions of India . These were simply not edible or good . Please go back to the drawing board and work on these recipes.

I'm not on a keto diet or anything at all, but I sometimes choose lower carb options depending on my mood or how I'm feeling. So, when we checked out the menu and I saw they have a keto bowl, I wanted to give it a try. With the keto bowl, you have the option of chicken or paneer, and I always order the chicken since the bowl includes saag paneer. I only gave them less than five stars because my bowl hasn't been consistent. At times, I've gotten very little of the saag paneer where it was noticeably less than other times. They've forgotten to add the sliced almonds with my bowl a couple of times, and they add such a nice texture to the meal. And I know it sounds crazy, but I sometimes wish the saag paneer had less paneer. I would even love just the spinach on its own! On different occasions, my husband has tried the chicken sandwich, the chicken tikka masala burrito, the butter chicken burrito, and the peri peri fries. He's enjoyed everything he's had. Their rewards program is pretty good too! Each time we stop by, service is fast and the employees are friendly. This has become one of our go-to options every so often when we want something quick and flavorful.

Open in East Rome since fall 2024, we ordered from the take-home paper menu because it describes each course in detail. We had: Butter chicken. We started here based on local social media recommendations. This isn't something Paula Deen would whip up with her traditional "stick of butter." States the menu: "Chicken cooked with herbs and spices in a butter sauce." It looks something you'd put on spaghetti rather than the generous bowl of rice. Our take: It will be our go-to at this spot; good and filling. Chicken kurma (chicken, spices, coconut and herbs) was our friend's main course. Again, with a mound of rice. He shared it and all items that evening. Our take: Also good with more zip than the butter chicken. Mix vegetable korma (a floured gravy made with parboiled vegetables). This was our side if you will (no fries). A tangy broth that was very tasty, especially when dipping the naan we ordered. The meal is served at your table but a note that indoor seating is tight. The utensils and napkins are self-serve and you're asked to clear your place when done. There's covered outdoor seating with wind guards. And we were surprised by the steady flow of carry-out customers. Entrees mostly are from $10 to $20 with many in the $13 range. Appetizers and desserts vary. Cards accepted.
