One word: Yuuuuummmmm!! Indi chocolate has an extensive menu where everyone can find something they like. Their pastry collection also looked delicious! I ordered these Mocha and added on the toasted marshmallow and it was amazing! When the marshmallow was mixed into the hot mocha, it sweetened it perfectly and was just about the best mocha I've had ever. This will be a mandatory stop when I am in Seattle!

Yum! Enjoyed such a delicious sipping chocolate just as most of the market was starting to close! The staff member suggested this and I'm so glad I went with her recommendation! A small and rich treat! I also enjoyed seeing the space and a peak into the kitchen

We came to Indi Chocolate with a serious sweet tooth and left fully satisfied. We ordered a vanilla s'more, two sipping chocolates, and a sea salt chocolate chip cookie. The cookie and s'more were both delicious--gooey, flavorful, and hit the spot. The sipping chocolate, though, wasn't quite my thing. It's not your typical hot chocolate--it's more like drinking melted ganache. Super thick and intensely sweet... so sweet it actually made my teeth hurt. Thankfully, it's only served in a small 4 oz cup, which is really all you need. Any more than that and you'd be flirting with diabetes. One cool bonus: you can see right into the chocolate factory through big glass windows, which gives the place an authentic, behind-the-scenes feel. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Pike Place and need a rich, chocolatey treat.

The owners are very nice and will answer all your chocolate related questions. The hot chocolate is quite nice, a tad expensive but it's a one time sorta thing so I splurged! They also have homemade marshmallows and I do think it is worth paying the extra money for a toasted marshmallow since they come in fun flavors too!!

The staff is very nice and helpful. I had lots of questions about coffee and they were so patient with answering them. I ended up getting the mole coffee which is nice and not too sweet. I totally recommend if you want some drinks!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is also fast. Got my hot Drinking chocolate in no time plus a toasted marshmallow! The Drinking chocolate is sooo good. Just the right of sweetness, richness and consistency. The toasted marshmallow melts right into the drink, giving it a hint of smokeyness. Indi is definitely a spot to go to whenever I visit Seattle.

This was a staple daily stop on our trip. I cant decide which was better, the cookies or the cocoa, but i can tell you there no debate on whether you should get a cookie and cocoa is always the answer!

5 Stars - Exceptional Service & Delicious Coffee! I had the pleasure of visiting Indi Chocolate at Pike Place Market, and let me tell you, it was hands down the best experience of our trip! Parker, the barista, made me the most amazing iced mocha I've ever had. The coffee was perfectly balanced, smooth, and refreshing--absolutely top-notch! The cream puffs, (not pictured because we ate them to fast) were a little bite of heaven. But beyond the coffee, it was Parker's customer service that really stood out. Not only was the drink perfect, but Parker was the most friendly and welcoming service professional we encountered all day at the market. It's rare to see someone so passionate and attentive in their work, and it made our visit even more special. Huge shoutout to Parker and their boss Erin for running such an excellent spot in the heart of Seattle! If you're at Pike Place Market, make sure to stop by and get an iced mocha from Parker--you won't regret it!

    Chocolate Indi Chip Cookie

We got a sipping chocolate, a hot chocolate, and a chocolate chip cookie. The sipping chocolate was small but mighty. It was extremely rich and incredible. Any more and it would be too much. The hot chocolate has ruined my expectations for what hot chocolate should be like and dry mix no longer satisfies me the same. It was extremely filling without being rich enough to make me sick to my stomach. The chocolate chip cookie is amazing! We got ours fresh out of the oven and dear lord it was incredible. The cocoa nibs on top are a nice touch and very unique. It was in the top 5 cookies we've had! (It was so good we actually bought a second one to go).

Outstanding sipping chocolate and toasted vanilla marshmallow! Everyone on staff was pleasant and inviting. We would definitely go back.

Get their mocha!! It's basically delicious chocolate milk with a hint of espresso. Very delicious iced, walking around the waterfront in the sun. The smells, the chocolate, everything is so good!

Drinking chocolate, one with chai marshmallow
    Diana C.

Some very tasty hot chocolate! They only had a few of the marshmallow flavors so I tried the chai. It was good but perhaps a bit too charred or something? There were some hard bits on it that I picked out. But honestly I'd come back for the hot chocolate for sure and would still try another marshmallow option. Friendly staff who were very helpful despite seeming understaffed.

Lots to choose from... Teas, cocoas, chocolates, etc....

We loved the Xocolatl; it is 100% Mexican cacao blended in water that looks like a warm chocolate soup, and comes with a chili, vanilla syrup, cinnamon and pepper that you can put in yourself depending on how much you want. It was very interesting, bitter, spicy, and complex, not sweet at all! It also made the perfect dipping sauce for the churros, which were deliciously crunchy with generous cinnamon and sugar. We shared an iced mint flavored Mexican hot chocolate as well, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. This little hot chocolate cafe is well worth the street parking! They mostly do Mexican-style hot chocolates, made with all natural ingredients. The menu has a large variety of drinks to choose from. I'll admit, the prices are kinda high but for the unique product you're getting, I can understand. Also, I will warn you, many of the drinks have ground-up ingredients mixed in, so you might be chewing a bit on them as you drink, but I think that adds to the authenticity. It's part of the experience. I discovered Rey Amargo a couple years ago when I was walking around Cap Hill and they were offering samples on the sidewalk. It was the cardamom hot chocolate... at first taste, I knew I'd never forget this drink, and had to return to this place. The Spicy Mexican Mocha is another of my favorites. Smooth, a little smoky, a spicy background, and just enough coffee. If you ever stop at the café, the beverages are served in simple yet classy tall mugs. It's nice to just sit and sip while I stare out the window and let my mind escape.
