We have now brought our two chihuahua mix pups here 4 times and have had a wonderful experience each time! While my dogs are nervous by nature, they always look happy and relaxed when I pick them up! They do a beautiful job with both of our dogs. One is long-haired and the other is short-haired and they always listen to exactly what we want done! So grateful to find such a great place---close by and very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend this great place! read more

UPDATE 1/26/22: My husband went to speak to the owner after some unfortunate events & she was very apologetic & realized the severity of the situation which may not have been understood when we called when getting home. We do understand accidents happen we were only concerned for our pet & that the cuts he had seemed too severe for nobody to see. Regardless, we do appreciate business owners and people that are able to fix something even if it's after the problem happened. The owner said she would pay for any vet bill that arises for our dog which we greatly appreciate. Our baby is and was our main concern. Took my 2 dogs here today 1/25/22. I already didn't want to come here but my husband made the appointments & my Shih Tzu & Pomeranian really needed grooming & after they were able to give us an appt bc they had a cancelation- not sure why, and either places called where not available for weeks or they were $$$. We picked them up & my Shih Tzu had 2 cut paws which we didn't see until driving 1 of which is very deep and bad on his pad. He can't put pressure on it, it's hard to cover & will prob need an antibiotics to heal. The place said they had no idea they didn't see any cuts & that their was no blood in the kennel - impossible bc in a 6 min car ride I had to hold it with a tissue & still got blood all over my coat. I thought I was going to like this place UNTIL I realized they injured my pet, then failed to say anything WHICH IS MY BIGGEST FEAR WITH GROOMING. Please be careful read more

I'm usually very skeptical about bringing my dog to new places to be groomed but I decided to try this place and the groomer did an amazing job! My dog came back very happy. Prices for grooming are very affordable and I was able to get her in on the same day that I called. Both lady's were very nice and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Don't ever use these groomers! The place was so dirty & unsanitary for one. I brought my 2 dogs in to get groomed, 5 weeks after their initial grooming, a Cockapoo & a Cavapoo. They buzzed my Cavapoos ears off.. they were a little matted but not that bad. She said she could get it out. I said I would pay any extra charges. If she couldn't I should of been notified. And there acting different. Never again will I return with any of my pets. read more

Second time. The first time was fine the second time was outrageous. I gave them a whole story on how my dog has seizures but don't worry I'll be home just call me.. well he had a seizure and they called and my phone was off and they called again and my phone was still off. I saw the ringer so called them back and they told me what happened and it's okay to pick him up. I did tell them that he does get seizures and they handled it absolutely positively fantastically. This is the worst groomer ! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!! They do not know how to actually groom a dog , they constantly say they '"had to shave the dog" because they don't have the skills to groom . Gave this business too many chances . DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!! read more

Amazing! Friendly! Fabulous! On a whim, and based upon the Yelp reviews, I called to get a quote for a LAST MINUTE groom for my stinky dirty German Shepherd and Frenchie. Luckily, someone canceled and they were so accommodating to do both! Having just moved from Florida, I was on the prowl for a new groomer. Can I tell you, I found one!! My monsters came out sparkling squeaky clean. Zsa Zsa and Bubba smell like a MILLION BUCKS and both of their coats are soo SOFT!! Thank you guys Sooo much!! Zsa Zsa and Bubba both had smiles on their faces when we left! Job WELL DONE!! Looking forward to our monthly visits.. See you guys soon!!! read more

Dirty, gross, smelly. They use cheap smelling perfume stuff. They shaved my poodles hair so short you could see her skin. They didn't fluff her hair, and she had pee stains on her white fur still. Her butt wasn't shaved correctly and was still all hairy. Then when I was paying, the groomer came over with scissors and started trimming whatever hair the dog had left! The cut was super uneven all over, she had poof of hair left in random places. The mural on the wall of the deranged looking dog pushing a shopping cart was funny, also there was like 5 things for sale in the store, it almost looks like a front for some other kind of business read more

I will never go back to Incredible Petables again. I brought my 10 month old puppy to the store for grooming letting them know that I wanted to keep his coat long. Just a slight trim was all he needed. One of their workers called me up about 1/2 hour after I dropped him off to let me know that he was all matted & they would have to cut his hair short to get rid of the matting. I was in disbelief since I know that his coat was completely smooth & soft, with no matting whatsoever. I am very familiar with matting because one of my other dogs would get matted constantly. I questioned her & she insisted that he was matted & needed to cut him shorter than I wanted it. Well, I hesitantly took her word for it & told her to keep his coat as long as possible. When I picked him up he was completed shaved leaving only about 1/4" to 1/2" of hair. I was absolutely devastated. He had a beautiful wavy coat that was so soft & smooth & now it was gone. There was no way he was matted as she claimed. In retrospect, when she called me to tell me he was matted & had to cut him shorted than I wanted, I should have said no & just picked him up without them doing anything & taken him to a more experienced groomer. This my first time trying this place. I have always gone to Petsmart for grooming & they have always done a great job without any problems. Incredible Petables was closer to me, so I thought I'd give them a try. That was a big mistake because now I have to wait about a year to get his coat back to where it was. He's only a puppy, 10 months old, who is taken care of everyday with brushing, & now his coat is much, much shorter than it was when we first got him at 8 weeks old. He is also one of those dogs that doesn't shed at all. Unfortunately, I will never go back to Incredible Petables again do to their horrible job they did, in addition to them being unprofessional & inexperienced in grooming dogs & puppies. This is probably one of the best own and ran pet stores in all of New York! The owner is so sweet and so knowledgeable. She just is happy to answer any and all questions regarding my babies. My dogs haircuts always come out so perfect and exactly what I want! Any time I ask for a different cut, that too gets done exactly as described. My animals are never stressed after leaving and always given water if they are thirsty. I would recommend anyone who loves their pet to incredible petables! Thanks for being so amazing, Rosemarie!
