The groomer has a ton of experience with Shih Tzus and was so patient with my Charlotte (who can be a royal pain in the butt). I was texted by the company on 5/11 if I wanted to book an appointment and I responded yes. No answer. Flash forward to this week trying to follow up with text messages, calls with voicemails, and even Instagram messages ( which are left on read with no response). Still nothing. When I try to book an appointment online it restricts me from booking, but my friends are able to when they create accounts. I don't know what happened to deserve this kind of treatment and if something did happen a conversation would have sufficed. I even double-checked beforehand to confirm the cost, and everything was set and scheduled. The night before the appointment, we followed their instructions and adjusted our cat's feeding schedule. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.
