Toni graciously allowed me to stay, watch my dog, all while sitting online through my zoom class and repeating Italian words while my dog was groomed, and assured that both him and the groomer were happy and well for our visit. We've used other boarding facilities out of state, but this was the first time leaving our girls in NY. We needed somewhere we could have peace of mind, and they exceeded our expectations! The Farmingdale location is gorgeous. It's spacious, beautifully laid out, and so clean that you can't detect a dog smell. In order to make a reservation though, they did have to schedule a two-hour temperament evaluation prior to their stay. Once that was completed, we were able to continue on with finalizing our reservation. They offered two suite options, the Comfort and Imperial. Jacquelyn was a pleasure to work with. She was kindhearted, friendly, and really supportive in organizing their stay. She was the primary staff member who assisted us with check-ups, updates, occasional pictures, and check-out. Initially, our dogs may have been reserved, but afterwards, they were definitely excited to be there. My husband & I could tell they had a great time. Not only were they happy but the exit bath pampered them even further. Yeah, they were spoiled and will continue to be spoiled! We plan on bringing them here for our future vacation needs. She even took us in early and allowed my fur son to walk around and get familiar with the space before starting--something I truly appreciated. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and also gave helpful suggestions based on her expertise. You can tell she really cares about both the pets and their owners. Her shop smells amazing and is extremely clean, which is so important to me. I also loved that there were no cages--only play pens--creating a calm, safe, and welcoming environment. Her crew truly feels like family. Everyone there was so loving, gentle, and attentive. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. I'm new to the neighborhood and always get nervous leaving my fur baby anywhere, but Ms. Lori completely put me at ease. I also love that she doesn't have dogs sitting around for hours waiting--everything feels intentional and well-managed. And the results... AMAZING! My fur baby looked absolutely perfect. She was very sweet and all of her staff was as well. Chip immediately took to her so that made me feel extremely comfortable. He's always so nervous getting groomed, but this time, I didn't feel like we had to worry. We didn't give her a whole lot of context about how we wanted him to be groomed and she NAILED it! Wow! She was lighting speed, he was literally done in about 45 minutes (which is terrific bc this little guy gets anxious typically, but I don't feel like he would be there!). We have had our dog for 9 years and he's been groomed by a variety of places. He has NEVER walked out of a place smelling so clean and fresh EVER!
