The decor is special and unique , the servers are professional and this is close to a 4.5/5 than a 4/5 The place is a bar with food and we got two of their cocktails which were pretty good - the samba (capirinia style ) was not bad (3.6/5) but the santa -Anna was much better (4.2/5) For food we tried the following : 1) burrata - very generous ball of burrata but the strawberries are just not a great companion . I did miss the classic tomato's (3.5/5) 2) potato omelette w truffles - this is their most famous dish and indeed it was excellent . The truffle does add a lot to our (4.1/5) 3) oxtail lasagna - a very good dish - the meat was cooked to perfection . If you are in Madrid, DO NOT get sucked into the tourist trap that I think this restaurant is. While the ambiance is cool & I liked that they offered a tasting menu, the food itself wasn't anything great (the desserts were particularly bad & came out as if they had been sitting out all night before getting to our table). Service was awful (our server literally left during our tasting menu & I guess didn't tell anyone to take over our table because we just stopped getting dishes at one point). The vibe is super tacky (the waitress stands next to your table & sings karaoke to you & they bring in club promoters to bother you at your table with invites to events). This place was amazing. Our group of four was seated early without a reservation, but I can see how this place gets crowded quickly! Service was quick, we were missing one member of our group and our server came a few times to check in on us while we had cocktails. The drinks here are over the top and delicious with interesting themed mugs. There's everything from Barbie to the Kraken. Food portions are small, but everything we had was delicious and well plated. Everything was really fun and we had a great time connecting with other guests each time a plate came out. Let's start with the attitude received at the door. When we arrived for our reservation it was completely empty. She chose to seat us directly next to the bathroom. I said we don't want to sit here next to the bathroom she replied by this isn't the bathroom it's a closet and walked away. One minute later a woman walks out of said closet and it is indeed the bathroom (perhaps she meant water closet). We ask someone else to be moved and they again fought us saying tables were reserved but we have a reservation and it's empty. Eventually moved to a new table. This place is more about the way it looks and the funky plates and glassware to appear hip for social media than the quality of the food or service. How fun is this place?!? I am so glad I found this place on yelp. We were not hungry when we came in but needed a place to sit before heading to the airport. I cannot begin to say enough great things about InClan Brutal! While we did not have any food, it sure did look, and smell wonderful! We went for a pure liquid diet, and were not disappointed! We were glad we came here while it was dark out, because it really set the mood inside, with the ceiling covered in roses, and the exotic drinks, shiny tables, and beautiful art on the walls. My husband and I had been to their partner bar, and had too many sugary drinks, so he requested something not sweet, and the server sure delivered! His giant, smoking dino egg arrived, much to the pleasure of the curious onlookers! I went for two drinks off the main menu, and he went for one, plus a simple martini, which he said was probably the worst he had ever had, so word to the wise, stick with the menu! The menu drinks were of course show stoppers, but they were huge, and not just all ice, I mean, actually huge! The drink vesicles were of course the stars of the show, and made the experience that much more fun! We had a reservation here first, followed by one at their sister bar. When we arrived, we were told that they were having some technical issues, and that their sister bar could accommodate us, and we could come back later. I explained to them that their sister bar, had already moved my reservation because they said that THEY had an issue too! Well, the hostess, Elena took it upon herself to walk us all the way to their other bar, and made sure we were taken care of, and that InClan would receive us when we came back. My friends came here because they found it on Instagram. I've never seen such Alice in Wonderland meets Harry Potter meets every fantasy book / movie franchise in a modern night club looking space. It somehow also tied in very well together. They had roses all over the ceiling, mirrors everywhere, a wall of fake books on the outside and a very niche menu where they serve everything in interesting items. Definitely a aesthetics experience. I thought this place would all be looks, but the food was VERY good. We got the tuna bites in a box, wonderful large and filling sangria for a good price. We were recommended this place because apparently their paella is really good and the place is always busy, so we made a reservation. Once we arrived at 8, the place was pretty empty, but when we left around 9:30, it was actually super crowded! So I recommend either being there early or making a reservation if you're planning to be there a little later. We ordered the squid ink and seafood paellas, and they were delicious--definitely one of the better paella places. The squid ink was unique and tasted really good, so you have to try this one! It was only €15 per person, and we had four so it was perfect ordering two different paellas. The interior is super cute and modern. It's a cute place for small groups or dates. The service was very good, and they were always attentive. When we finished our meal, one of the servers--probably the manager--gave us free shots in a test tube! Super nice of them. I love you InClan, but I need to be Brutally honest with you. Don't take large parties if you can't handle them. This place is popular so make a reso if you can. We didn't and had to wait maybe 15minutes at 7:30 on a Tuesday so not bad - we started with drinks at the bar. Once we had a table, it took some time to get menus etc which was ok - again, we knew there were some large tables. When food arrived correctly, it was pretty good. That would cover the "bacon clotheslines" and "brutal bao" courses. We ordered croquetas that never appeared, except on the bill. Sad face. We also ordered two different paellas - one seafood, one seafood/chicken. They arrived as the same thing. We returned one and we were told the other was another table's - ok. They replacement was the same as the other two - god bless them, they tried to find chicken in one and failed. I'm no seafood eater so my dinner was 1/2 of a bao. I'm really not trying to find fault here because clearly the staff cares about delivering a good experience. Our waiter was the nicest guy but was totally tied up with other large tables. They did bring us liqueurs at the end as an apology but honestly, I would have really enjoyed something to eat. Correcting the croquetas issue would have taken a million years so we paid and I grabbed a €1 bocadillo on the way home. The rest of my team would probably award 4-5 stars because they liked the all seafood paella. I left hungry so to be Brutal, InClan y'all need to step it up. read more

We ordered drinks, I got the funky monkey I believe (lavender cream infused alcoholic beverage) and what blew me away was the presentation for every drink.
