Black Pepper Beef

Tried Inchin's for the first time this week. It was really more of a 3 for the food and 5 for the service so it'll work out to a 4 star review. We started with the MoMo dumplings. Solid offering. Plenty of different sauces to season to taste. We started with the American Salt and Pepper corn. That was my favorite dish of the meal - a tasty and fun offering. Nice to have something a little different and this one delivered. Spicy and savory. Loved it. We also ordered the yellow curry with chicken. It was good - flavorful and filling. Next up was the Singapore noodles. They were ok but somewhat lacking in "pop" vs. what you might get in a dedicated Chinese restaurant. The last item was the Black Pepper beef. Good but a little bland as well. If I come back I'll definitely order the Salt and Pepper Corn again and explore more of the Indian inspired dishes. I get the feeling that they are stronger in that department vs. the Chinese influenced offerings. The waitstaff was very good - kudos for taking care of us.

Inchin's Bamboo Garden in Bothell, WA.. It is a 4 star of 5.. We have been to inchins in NJ, and this one was way better. Quantity was awesome.. one dish can be had by 2 atleast. Our favourite is always the Lat Mai Paneer. Spicy and so so good. Lotus Root Chips was super duper good... surprised and we just loved it. Veg manchow soup was ok.. made it more spicy by adding some pepper and spicy sauce. Chilli crisp friend rice was lit good at all. No flavor , no taste ! Avoid that please . Spice garlic rice and veg manchurian was a super duper combo.. Service was superb.. very quick. value for money. Ambience was too good .. overall super good and loved it.. parking was a bit cramped but overall loved it..

Sambal Lamb

Inchin's Bamboo Garden shines in service and hospitality. The staff was extremely attentive where our drinks were always full, and dishes flowed smoothly from appetizers to entrees to dessert. The American Salt & Pepper Corn stood out: a fun, flavorful twist on corn kernels infused with Chinese flavors. The Sambal Lamb was tender and well cooked, though on the salty side and very similar in flavor to the Chicken 65 appetizer. For our party of 20, the restaurant generously treated us to several Lava Cakes with ice cream on the house, which was a much-appreciated gesture. Strong service, mild flavors, and great generosity.

Chicken Hot & Sour

The food is incredible here! I have been twice now and the hot and sour soup is the best I have had as well as the chill garlic chicken noodles which are spicy but sooo good! I have eaten there once and had great service and have ordered to go which included the chicken chili wings which were delightful. Not sure why the reviews aren't better ..It's priced the same as other restaurants that specialize in Asian fusion in the area. I am a huge fan when working from Canyon Park!

First time dining here, I have always had take out. We ordered some different dishes and it seemed like the only dishes we enjoyed were the Indian dishes. The other dishes were just not great. The side of white rice came stale crunchy as well. Our server was not really attentive and she was pretty slow. It was not a busy night so I am a little disappointed with the service. The place in the resturant was nice and clean, but the bathrooms where a whole other story. Just say, it can use a deep clean and walls had some um....crusty items stuck on it for a bit there as well. We got the gift cards from Costco to save a bit, and hope they can improve on cleanliness of bathroom and train the servers a bit more. I would recommend to here for the Indian food only and take out.

While nothing was too bad about bamboo garden, not much stood out either. We went with the veggie samosa and garlic chili pasta which was recommended to us. The samosas were pretty big and had good texture and pretty decent filling with a good bbq like sauce. The garlic pasta wasn't quite as good though. The portion was great but I found myself wishing it had more vegetables for a textural improvement. If it had twice or three times as much vegetables it would have been pretty good. The sauce was decent but didn't stick out much either. The service was great with a staff member bringing water or checking on us constantly. Additionally the atmosphere was pretty great with pretty amazing paintings and good lighting. Overall the food was pretty middle of the road and didn't stand out but wasn't bad either.

The most authentic indo chinese food in the area! Highly recommend their dumpling platter. Chilli paneer and gobi Manchurian are pretty good too, hakka noodles could have been more saucy. Overall great service and decent ambience.

Worst Chinese food ever ... bland food with too much sauce. We tried 5-6 items but nothing was good. We won't be coming back.

Not ready on time. Over priced, small portions, tasted sour. Even fortune cookies were stale. Disappointed.

Future us will be grateful and skip the parking circus. The place leans Americanized Chinese with a lounge-y setup that somehow still requires moving tables just to sit down. Layout's a little awkward, and the staff was... memorable in a slightly odd way. We went in skeptical. Then the food showed up and shut us up. Crab fried rice (looked plain, tasted great, portion on the modest side), xiaolongbao, beef tongue, red oil wontons (the sauce had a sneaky peanut-butter note and was better than average), and the abalone farmer's pork (a little oily, but that's kind of the point and it was excellent). Everything landed. Solid new find. Flag football season just started, so we'll be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend.

We ordered a variety of dishes including the chicken chow mein, crab fried rice, chicken wings,…read moregreen beans, and tea smoked duck. Everything was tasty and flavorful. The mini wings with salted egg yolk were especially good, and I would definitely order those again! The only dish not pictured was the steamed whole sea bass, which I found underwhelming. It was butterflied and served open, so no need to worry about deboning. Unfortunately, the fish was thin and overcooked, and not quite what I was hoping for. There weren't any condiments on the table, so I asked for some chili oil or hot sauce to give the dishes a little extra oomph, but it never arrived. Service was just okay. We had to follow up on a few requests, which was a little disappointing. The restaurant is located in downtown Bothell, with convenient parking in the building. Overall, we enjoyed most of the food, especially those salted egg yolk wings!

Their tap list rotates frequently, but they have a large selection which means there's usually something for everyone. My one wish is that you could sample before committing. My go-to order is a bacon grilled cheese, but I remove the smoky aioli & ask for a side of serrano pepper jelly to dip it in instead. But everything on their menu is good, including their specials which change maybe every few months or so. Most recently we came in last night around ~7:20p w/ a group of 9 & were quickly seated at the big picnic table. Despite closing at 9p, the server let us order a monster cookie right as the kitchen was closing & let us stay a bit longer to finish our drinks/meals while they were closing up, letting us know we didn't need to rush. It was appreciated & even with a big group toward end of the evening, drinks & food all came out fast.

Quality/Quantity - Surprised that you do NOT offer samples of your draft beer?!?! And your bartender did NOT do a good job describing the beer options. Actually, he just did not do a good job at all. Typically we get the best service when sitting on the bar?!?! The beers were not ice cold either. Got the Habanero Wings - OMG so spicy and hot. This is rare. And I like/love spicy foods. But I struggled finishing this. My wife also did not want to eat it. Typically this would lead me to drink even more, but I was not 100% happy with the two random beeer choices I made... Happy Hour Mondays to Fridays from 3pm-6pm. Ambiance - A decent size location. Indoor and outdoor seating. The patio seating is now heated. And limited to 90 minutes. Fairly busy, well not when we got here. Again, lots of day drinking on this trip. Open 7 days a week from 11:30am to 9pm or 10pm. A huge parking lot in the rear, but not enough spaces to accommodate all the businesses here. Service - The bartender did NOT seem engaged. I think he was working both the bar and sales floor...? The guy next to me had a different bartender/server and they messed up on his order. I watched the interaction and was not impressed by the service. They ended up replacing his sandwich, but they did NOT say a word and just left and came back a few minutes later with a new sandwich. They did let him keep the wrong sandwich (and fries), but he did not take it. He did eat the first fries while waiting for the second sandwich. No reservations, first come first serve. Price - $27 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2017.

Kind of a heap of strip malls for a couple blocks in every direction (and the same thing happens again a mile north, with even more shopping). Inside, though, you settle into a quiet, welcoming, immaculate setting. The hostess today was wonderfully friendly and focused; she was pulling double duty as a busser and server between lunch and dinner rushes. She sat me right away. The floors are polished concrete, which can be a bit slick with wet shoes, but looks nice and is perfectly clean. Nice dark wood walls and furniture, with black curtains hanging here and there to separate spaces, absorb noise, and settle the vibe. There are a few cooked options, including teriyaki and roasted/grilled finfish. Lots of nice options for the kids. The drinks list spends more time on beer and wine than it does on sake, but the sake I got was lovely. They put in a small decanter with room for ice cubes, nicely separated from the sake so it gets cold without getting watered down. Dig it! It's like a tiny bong your grandma would have thought was pretty. Seaweed salad Gorgeous presentation with extra lettuce building up the plate so it's ready for prime time. Cheap and easy way to make a very-common appetizer seem like it has some panache to it. Miso soup A bit more tart than I'm used to, possibly from the wide-leaf seaweed they added. I gobbled up every drop for sure. Sashimi I got the 12-piece and they really timed it to when I was done with soup and salad. Beautifully presented with cukes, shredded daikon, little cucumber cups for ginger and wasabi, and other vegetable flourishes around the plate. Just spectacular visually. The fish itself was wonderfully soft and buttery. Next time I think I'll say no superwhite; that's one of the very few things I avoid at sushi places, but it was tasty this one time and it's certainly something lots of people love, so it makes sense to include it if you don't say anything. Overall there's not a single other thing I'd change about this place, except maybe to move it closer to my house.

Looking back at the reviews, it loos like maybe management changed? Just a complete drop off on reviews, but still coasting at above 4 from a huge base of old reviews. Very disappointing.
