After describing the problem to Becky, she suggested I bring it in for diagnostics. Got a call the next day from Eytan who said that probably due to a firmware update on the internal Wi-Fi adapter, it was no longer compatible to my wireless router. He disabled the adapter and inserted a USB wi-fi adapter and voila! Back in business. Quick and reasonable. These folks are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. What else do you need?

After a lot of testing by them we decided to re-platform to a larger HAF case for cooling purposes. They also tuned the heat settings since my AMD Ryzen was/is the problem.
