Noting the "over two thousand dollar" beds just inside the door, we continued looking at the outer beds on the left, and boy are we glad we did. The helpful employee Jay un-intrusively asked if we knew what kind of bed would be best for us by our sleep patterns/habits. Being a side sleeper I'd never thought of that before. Jay pointed out three beds and recommended we lay on each and get a feel for the level of firmness. I certainly feel I could probably sleep on anything and didn't know if I'd find them too different from one another however the firm was way springier than the medium and the soft was too soft. Kinda felt like goldilocks or something. Having printed out beds from their website, adding the details and descriptions online helped better relate to the proposed differences to the beds we looked at. Note that at least one bed was $649 online but marked over $700 in-store - Jay said it was because he didn't get the updated sign. After much contemplating we chose one. I contacted INBED ORGANICS after many months researching latex mattresses. I live in Ontario and visited stores who carry them. I also researched extensively on line. I had many conversations with vendors as I tried to educate myself on this product. It was not until I spoke to Jem, owner of INBED ORGANICS- on the phone from her Vancouver store, when finally knew THIS was what I had been searching for. I asked multiple questions. After patiently answering each one, she invited me to call again if I had more. I did. A few more times. Finally I took the chance- and ordered an organic latex mattresses from a different province without seeing or testing it. From the first night I slept on my latex mattress, my sleep Improved immediately. There was zero odour. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable and supported me beautifully. I was so thrilled with my purchase, it promoted me to order - without hesitation or worry - four pillows, a sheet set, duvet cover and an ultra soft topper - just to cap my amazing sleep experience! The latex shredded pillows are incredible. There is no odour. The pillows fluff up like a down pillow would. The loft keeps all night as i sleep. The percale organic cotton fitted sheet is deeper in the corners so I never have to struggle to fit my sheet over my mattress. The only word I can use to describe the quality of these sheets is -- hugely luxurious. As I lay in bed, I still repeat to myself, "wow, these sheets feel 'so' good"! The duvet cover is made from the same Organic cotton. Unbleached. A very appealing cream colour. It washes and dries beautifully. Unlike my old one which wrinkled terribly. My ultra soft topper, has made my sleep' even' better! I'm in my sixties and at times have sore joints. This extra softness wraps gently around my them. I was looking for quality in product and materials. I can honestly say I found it with this company. Many others advertise or even describe in person what they offer. I gave them always - the benefit of doubt. Each time, I was disappointed. I even went as far as to bring to my home, samples of their latex. The colour of the latex- smell - cleanliness and density of the latex - were hugely, hugely disappointing. I was ready to give up my search and buy a regular, formaldehyde, gas emissions type of mattress. In addition, the quality of fabric materials I saw were far from the quality I wanted. I truly wanted genuinely certified organic cotton. Some advertise this, obvious now to me, there is differing levels to quality. I can truthfully say I am a super happy customer! If you are like me, and want superior quality in all levels - and an extraordinary sleeping experience...INBED ORGANICS is the place to find this! read more

I would strongly recommend this type of organic latex foam mattress for a deep, relaxing, supportive and undisturbed sleep for the next 20 years (maybe even beyond!) and the customer service that inBed Organics provides is absolutely stellar. The delivery service was also very fast, friendly and professional and the bed was set up in no time. I myself had been recommended by a very satisfied friend who had bought two mattresses from inBed Organics in the past. Having tried out those mattresses on a few sleepovers, I was determined one day that I would own one too- because I would wake up pain-free. My circle are people with physical jobs, so a supportive comfortable mattress that rejuvenates you (and never stops) is what we craved! My partner and I received excellent care during our appointment, choosing the preferred firmness for each side of our kingsize bed and our preferred style of mattress casing. The quilted fabric is not only beautiful, but ethically-sourced and supersoft. We placed our order and waited a few months, during which time we shopped around for a posturepedic bed frame. We knew a great night's sleep would be worth the wait- and indeed were very excited when the mattresses arrived! Since sleeping on it for about 18 months I couldn't be happier with how my life has changed. I am a very happy well-rested customer and highly recommend this company for anyone struggling with back pain. Thank you Jen, at inBed Organics for your kind support. read more

This review covers both the products and the service of inBed Organics in Vancouver. I do not work for the company, but I am a customer. First, the product is really top quality. I researched mattresses extensively (check out The Mattress Underground website) before deciding on a latex one. This ultimately brought me to inBed Organics and their really good latex mattresses of different densities for a softer or firmer sleep experience. The owner - Jem - is very knowledgeable and works closely with you to ensure you get the mattress you want. Ask her any question about what she sells and, if she doesn't know the answer (which is rare) she'll find out for you. You can spend plenty of time in the shop lying on mattresses of different densities until you find the one which suits you best. In terms of service, Jem will also deliver your mattress and set it up for you on your bed, which is really, really helpful. What's more, you can swap your mattress for a different one if the first is not quite right in terms of firmness. In fact, Jem says you can swap several times until you get the mattress that is exactly right for you. The company's stated goal is "to make sure you sleep well" and inBed Organics really delivers on this promise. My experience with inBed Organics is that they are truly dedicated to making their customers happy and well-rested with both an outstanding product and exceptional service. read more

I have been using my organic latex 6inch bottom layer and 2inch topper mattress for 2-3 weeks now, and I'm so glad I did, because it's been an investment in my health and in the quality of my sleep. I went looking for a new mattress because I'd wake up with tension and aches in my shoulders, neck and arms from my old mattresses. I never knew there was a science to sleeping until I started doing research into mattresses. And I learned two key things: how you sleep makes a difference (I'm a side sleeper) and non-organic latex mattresses actually give off fumes, which partly explains why I regularly had a stuffed nose when sleeping! Long story short, I went to inbedorganics and tried their mattresses! It was a great customer experience; Jem took her time to answer my questions and explain the science of mattresses. Her honesty and transparency were refreshing, and, unlike other places I've been, she wasn't making a sales pitch! My sleep has changed in a noticeable way: i no longer or rarely wake up with muscle aches, my sleeps feel more complete, and I actually look forward to going to bed now. Also, the mattress is very comfortable and I like that I can change the topper anytime to make it softer if I need to! This has been one of my best investments--and to think the mattress will last 15+ years :) read more

Had a wonderful experience with inBed Organics. The people were helpful and helped me make a decision on my personalized mattress and pillows. They were really nice and the owner is great to deal with. I am so happy with my new mattress and pillows!! They are extremely comfortable and have helped my allergies immensely. I love the fact that it is natural and does not use harmful chemicals, yet still has the wool case which acts as a natural flame retardant. I am having such a better sleep and my mattress has even helped with any back pain, which I didn't even realize was being affected by my old mattress. It was also amazing that they offered to switch out the density of the pillows or mattress in case I tried it out and found I wanted a softer mattress, but I didn't even need to do this. The only thing that I would keep in mind is that all of the items, even many pillows are customizable which means that the mattresses and some pillows aren't ready to grab and go so you have to wait a little, but its worth it. Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect bed! I will definitely be returning read more

inBed Organics was the first and only store we went to when looking for a mattress because of the excellent reviews and our experience was exactly like those of the reviewers. Gem is extremely knowledgeable and explained all the different options which complicated the decision as to what would be best for us. She assured us that if we didn't find the combination of layers comfortable, she would change them. This proved to be necessary and she had to come twice to the house to change a layer. Talk about good customer support. She was always gracious and clearly wanted us to have the best sleep possible. We are extremely happy with our final choices and look forward to never having to buy another mattress. We also decided to get one of her pillows made with buckwheat and wool. This sounds odd but it conforms to your head and neck and gives excellent support. read more

I highly recommend this beautiful gem of a business. Two weeks ago, I purchased a latex mattress and I could not be more pleased with it or with the service received. Owner Jennifer and staff Priyanka are very knowledgeable and took their time listening to concerns and answering my questions about the non-toxic bedding options they offer. In the end, they recommended a combination of mattress and topper that works perfectly for me and fits within my budget. My back is well supported and I've been sleeping extremely well. Lastly, communication was great along the way. Jennifer responded to my texts quickly and my mattress was delivered on the exact day I needed it, at the end of a floor reno that went a couple days beyond the original estimate. My first experience was many years ago and I saw them at the home show in Vancouver. When I was visiting their site there and comparing them to the competitors I could see a huge difference in their mattresses. What struck me was not only the comfort of the beds, but the purity of the product. They have absolutely no offgassing whatsoever, unlike traditional plasma beds. They are scent free right out of the packing. There is a very wide range of choices when buying a mattress from them. I was able to pinpoint one that I was interested in and ended up cancelling my purchase with the neighbouring company at the home show and ordered one from Sleep Mart instead. They were extremely competitive with their pricing. They delivered the mattress flawlessly, and installed everything to my satisfaction. After sleeping on the mattress for a short while I decided I actually would prefer to have a softer mattress. There was no problem with this and they came and took away the other mattress and replaced it with a softer mattress. I'm embarrassed to say I still wanted a softer mattress after sleeping on it, so they chose one for me that they felt would really suit my body needs. They again came and replaced my mattress no charge, and did not increase the price. Needless to say I was extremely happy with the last mattress, all the mattresses were fantastic but I have a hip that needed something different than what I normally would've gone for and this did not present a problem with the company whatsoever. The mattresses are unbelievably comfortable and you don't have any motion from the rest of the bed when your partner is moving around you can't even tell. I also bought the same mattress for my son as a wedding gift as they were absolutely in love with it. Many of my friends have also bought their mattresses since I have because of the comfort level of the beds they are just so so comfortable and have such a wide range of options to meet the demands of every sleeper.

We bought Sleep Mart's top-of-the-line Plasmabed Dreambed Grand in September 2022 for approximately…read more$12,500. It was an excellent mattress until it developed major permanent indentations after about three years. I started a warranty claim in January 2026 after the Broadway store instructed me to email photos to Todd Jameson. I did. I received no response. After repeated follow-ups and store visits, Sleep Mart finally took our mattress in August and returned it about a week later. They told us they had reused our original Dreambed Grand outer cover and put a new mattress/core inside it. My wife and I both knew immediately that something was wrong. The replacement was noticeably lighter, flexed completely differently when lifted, and felt nothing like the Dreambed Grand we had slept on for almost four years. It felt substantially cheaper. I went to the Broadway store and lay on the Dreambed Grand on display. It immediately felt like the mattress we remembered. Hunter at the Broadway store told me that their floor model was an older Dreambed Grand and that the mattress delivered to us was a newly reformulated version with different materials and colours. He said the floor model no longer represented what a customer buying a Dreambed Grand today would receive. I then went to Sleep Mart's other store and spoke with Todd Jameson, who identified himself as Regional Sales Manager. I approached him as a prospective purchaser and specifically asked whether the Dreambed Grand on his floor was the current model, whether a new model was coming, and whether that was the mattress I would receive if I bought one that day. Todd told me very clearly that it was the current model, there was no new replacement model coming, and that this was exactly what I would receive. I recorded both conversations. I also inspected the mattresses internally. The Dreambed Grand at both stores had the same three-layer construction with a substantially thicker upper gel/comfort layer. The core Sleep Mart delivered inside our old Dreambed Grand cover has only two visible layers, a much thinner upper layer, is noticeably lighter, and flexes differently. I repeatedly asked Sleep Mart in writing to identify exactly what core they put inside our Dreambed Grand cover, provide its model/product designation, and provide documentation showing that it was either a Dreambed Grand or an equal-or-higher-quality substitute. They have not answered those questions. Todd instead relied in writing on a clause in Plasmabed's warranty allowing substitution when identical materials are unavailable. What his email omitted is that the warranty says substituted materials must be of equal or higher quality. Todd also claimed Sleep Mart measured only 0.5 inches of sag in our original mattress and therefore did not actually have to warranty it. That is extremely difficult to reconcile with the photographs I sent them in January, which visibly show a depression of 1.5 inches, well beyond their warranty threshold. I asked Sleep Mart to provide the photographs, measurements or inspection documentation supporting their 0.5-inch claim. Nothing has been provided. This is not a complaint that a new mattress "feels slightly different." We owned and handled a Dreambed Grand for almost four years. Both of us immediately knew the replacement was radically different, and the current Dreambed Grands in both of Sleep Mart's stores are visibly and physically different from what was delivered to us. After approximately seven months dealing with this warranty claim, contradictory explanations from two stores, and Sleep Mart's continued refusal to identify the replacement core, I no longer have confidence in their warranty process. I formally demanded a full refund. Sleep Mart did not agree to it by the deadline provided. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Protection BC concerning the alleged deceptive warranty substitution and have submitted a Notice of Filing against Sleep Mart in the Provincial Court of British Columbia. I will update this review with the final outcome.

We appreciate Joshua's knowledge, patience, and professionalism and feel very lucky to have Joshua help us pick a mattress that best fits our needs. We will need another mattress sometime soon and will surely ask him to help us again. I highly recommend Joshua at the Sleep Country Kitsilano store.

Great service, great pricing, great selection…read more Irina is an amazing consultant who had great knowledge about the products. The sofas are all customizable to foam firmness and fabric choices. It's best to go in store, to test out and to see the variety of fabrics. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new couch!

A store that specializes in selling Canadian-made furniture. You can choose the fabric from their…read morepanel, and you can customize however you like for a fee. They also sell non-Canadian made furniture as well but without customizations. There is no pressure to buy in the store and Irina is super knowledgeable and helpful. You're allowed to sit on all the couches for as long as you want. We went in wanting a Canadian-made couch but none of the ones we sat on we liked. We decided to go with a non-Canadian made sofa called "Kendra." However, when we received it, the tag said Ashley Furniture. We looked up the couch and it turns out it is indeed Ashley's "Kennewick" sofa which sells for $300 less than Pallucci. That is when we found out Pallucci sells other furniture stores' couches with increased pricing and a name change. That was very deceiving and disappointing. What is even worse is that Pallucci only gives a 1 year warranty on the couches that are not Canadian made. However, Ashley furniture (where the couch is from) gives a 3 year warranty. Pallucci has all their deliveries go through Marble Moving. I am not sure what kind of information Pallucci has given but Marble had the wrong couch and the wrong delivery date in their system. They also rarely take calls so we spent several days calling them just to clarify things. However, the movers themselves were nice and careful. If you are wanting Canadian-made then you may want to give this store a try. Otherwise, please do a reverse google image search on all of their couches. Chances are you can find it elsewhere for cheaper. On the plus side, there is free parking in the back. ---Aug 20 2023 Edit-- The owner is very nice and wanted to make amends for what happened. I was refunded the difference between Pallucci's price and Ashley's price. He told me that although they don't hide that they sell other furniture stores' furniture, and they will only tell you where it is from if you ask. He only buys the ones that he knows are good quality. He clarified that they will do price matching on items that are still in stock in the other furniture's website. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the Owner has admitted the misunderstanding and wanted to correct it. I think an improvement is to be more open about where the furniture is from. Having it in the price tag of the product would be good. I had really assumed that Pallucci was selling Pallucci-made Furniture and I think many people also think as I do - even when I look at used furniture on Craiglist/Marketplace, people write "couch from Pallucci".
