I don't know if I caught this place on an off day or if the positive reviews are all suspect or what, but my god. I have never had such a bad haircut. My highlights aren't much better, but the very obvious difference in length from one side of my hair to the other makes me die a little inside every time I pass a mirror. And, the funny thing is that I didn't even make an appointment for a haircut. I went in to have my highlights, which were botched elsewhere, redone. But I got talked into a haircut on top of it because the stylist thought there was too much of a shelf to my layers. So, I rolled with it. And not only did he cut off entirely too much length, but he left one side of my hair about two inches shorter than the other. The toner mess was another issue. I left with not just lopsided hair but a massive gray streak from where he left the toner on too long. And I paid $300 for the privilege of this. Never again. Saw Justin for a pretty basic choppy long bob. It looked good after heat styling with a blow dry and loose curl - but the styling seems to have hidden that the left side is longer than the right by nearly an inch and that the right side still needed quite a bit of weight taken out of a chunk near the shoulder. I'll live with it because I have no desire to go get my hair cut again any time soon, but quite the disappointment for a $95 cut including tip. Additionally, there are no COVID protocols in place. I kept my mask on, but the stylists didn't wear them and there were no windows or doors open for ventilation. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. read more

I'm not the type to brag on reviews however this has upset me so much I felt obliged to share an experience, given the owner of this salon has done NOTHING to make my horrible experience right. A couple of weeks ago, I received info that there was a stylist who could gladly come in on her day off to help me get my ombré done. Excited, knowing I don't live in Houston and was leaving to Miami that weekend, I drove to her so she could help with my hair. Pictures were shown to her, PRIOR to my hair being colored and she agreed on what it would take to get my hair to that tone. (Pictures of my disaster below, next to a picture of where I wanted my hair to be). As you can see, absolutely DIFFERENT and in no way a professional ombré color. I expect a colorist to be honest, and from the beginning let me know if my hair won't get to that stage so we could TOGETHER find a more realistic option. Never was this done. I left completely displeased crying because messing with someone's hair is the worst possible thing. Upset, I called the owner, Brandon, HOPING he could make it right knowing I wouldn't be in town to get this disaster fixed. HE AGREED ON PAYING $75 for my partial color, which totaled to $240. Money thrown in the trash. I've been patient as my refund never came in, calling him daily to try and get an answer to where finally he decides to call back saying basically "sorry, can't do anything for you". I can't believe this treatment and want to share this to help put light on the lack of care displayed here towards DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. Shame on this salon for leading on your customer lying about a possible solution. read more

Found a new hair care home! In the loop is yes first of all in loop..yay..for us who hate to race the loop this is first of all super convenient. Second, my colorist Micheal gave me the best warm spring to my color. As well as talking me into getting a cut that I really wanted but was very nervous about. I trust him so much that I even used a new cutter. She was so calm while I held my breath to take 6 inches off and I absolutely love Her creation. The owner was even so kind to move my cAr because I parked illegally. And by the way parking is so easy!!! Conclusion: 5 stars and more and I am already looking forward to going back instead of dreading it! Side note: pricing is so fair and worthwhile! read more
