She listened carefully & deeply with what I presented to her, to what I was saying *behind my words* to connect with what would benefit me most in session. I felt very safe as she then softly held my head in her hands during the experience in a supportive way, which enabled me to let go further into the deeper states of my consciousnesses. She fully honored my journey by really taking her time helping me to visualize the journey and places I wished to explore and open up within myself.. I felt and saw things I never experienced before in Hypnosis which ended with a full blown "cosmic explosion" of information from my higher self beyond expectations. Rest assured, that is NOT what hypnotherapy is like AT ALL! LOL! Sandra is truly one of the most beautiful, caring people I have ever met! From our first email, text and even first session, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, where you can be candid, laugh, cry and just be yourself which allows you (and Sandra) to hone in on what you'd like out of your session. My first and second sessions were AMAZING! :) I felt calm, safe and optimistic that with Sandras guidance and wisdom I would reach the barriers in my subconscious that were preventing me from being my best self and Sandra did not disappoint!! I was guided to not only the barriers, but Sandra gave me the confidence to remove them and create a clear path to my best self! I left both sessions feeling light, happy and confident. It's a feeling that is so deeply embedded in me that I feel like I'm walking on air! Sandra couldn't have chosen a better name for her practice because my sessions were truly Transformational!

After our sessions, I noticed that I was starting to process trauma that had been too painful/buried to do so consciously through other therapy methods. I'm starting to adopt healthier behavioral patterns, moving with more fluidity, and am slowly regaining my agency and my voice.I highly recommend Sandra, especially if you're dealing with trauma that feels too deep to reach with regular talk therapy. - Sophi D
