If you are looking for a therapist who doesn't just talk about healing but actually helps your brain and body rewire itself, look no further. Working with Mey has been a transformative experience. She understands that's therapy is not magic. It is hard work. Some days I leave feeling lighter/clearer; other days I leave feeling as though I've spent three rounds at war with my past.
