I spent over three years searching for a therapist, not realizing what I truly needed was a more spiritual approach to healing. A close friend recommended Holomua, and I recently had my first session with Britt. She is the real deal--intuitive, grounded, and deeply supportive. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking Reiki, life coaching, or simply a more soulful path to personal growth. What stood out most was how natural and comfortable it felt--like talking story with a long-time friend or family member. Britt holds space with such compassion and clarity, and she equips you with tools and "homework" to help you uncover your own answers. I left the session feeling seen, empowered, and aligned. read more

In an email one year ago she briefly mentioned that her husband has crazy work hours and said it wouldn't be fair to take on new clients. Then I kind of forgot about this. I reached back a year later to fix a session. She didn't mention it again on the phone or explicit stated there is a high chance that she might have to cancel last minute to prepare me. She fixed a date then cancelled the day before and then I fixed another date a month later then she cancelled again the day before. This gave me feelings of being dismissed, not valued, not taken seriously, not considered important. All the things I am trying to get help with from a reiki practioner and life coach. I also had to have my husband take care of my child to do this with her. I also had to take time off work to be there during work hours. These things matter to me too. I didn't think this was a professional thing to do. And more importantly she never said I might have to cancel due to my husband's work hours or made that very clear. I don't recommend this service because of last minute cancellations. read more

I've had a beautiful and transformative experience with Holomua Healing Arts in Alameda, founded by Britt Yap. Over the past year, I've received several services including the 2-Hour Life Coaching + Reiki session, Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner Certification class, Distance "Sunrise Reiki," and most recently the Spiritual Life Coaching Certification class. I'm also looking forward to joining the Virtual Mana Healing sessions now that they're back -- it feels powerful to heal in a safe, like-minded community. From the very first consultation, Britt made me feel safe, heard, and completely at ease (plus, her office has great vibes). She asks thoughtful, intuitive questions that gently get to the root of what you're moving through while honoring both practical and spiritual perspectives. The clarity I received from that first Life Coaching + Reiki session alone was more impactful than any support I've received through insurance-based services. The Reiki portion, though brief, created energetic shifts I could feel clearing throughout the entire week. If I could describe my journey since March 2025 in one word, it would be Clarity -- I feel more connected to myself, my intuition, and my path than I have in years. I felt called to continue exploring the power of energy healing and enrolled in the Reiki 1 & 2 Certification class to support my nervous system and explore this healing work more seriously. Britt is intentional about vetting her students, which creates a safe, supportive learning environment. I even repeated the training six months later (offered at a generous discount) to deepen my practice, and to my pleasant surprise, ended up receiving even more healing myself. Learning alongside like-minded people has been incredibly uplifting, and the sense of community has been a gift in itself. The Spiritual Life Coaching Certification class further supported my personal growth -- building confidence, asking better questions, holding space without projection, and strengthening how I show up for others. I gained practical tools for navigating anxiety, overthinking, and to help build self-trust that I continue to use in daily life and now in my Reiki sessions. I'm also grateful for Britt's distance offering, "Sunrise Reiki," which has become an affordable yet essential form of energetic self-care. The intuitive messages she shares afterward are always insightful and affirming. Living in the Bay Area, I truly appreciate her pricing -- the value far exceeds the cost. Britt has a heart of gold. Her generosity, integrity, and devotion to this work are felt in every offering. Supporting a local, family-owned healing business that pours so much back into the community feels meaningful, especially knowing her mission extends into her nonprofit, High Vibrational Child, which supports healing and empowerment for the next generation. Since beginning this journey, receiving Reiki, becoming attuned, and consistently practicing energetic / spiritual hygiene -- I feel more aligned in my life and relationships. I had bookmarked Holomua Healing Arts years ago in 2019 and finally booked in 2025 (after watching several of Britt's interviews on YouTube to see if she felt like a good fit), it truly feels like divine timing. Even the friendships formed through these trainings have restored my hope in finding safe, heart-centered community again. If you're interested in Reiki or a more spiritually centered form of Life Coaching, I highly recommend reaching out to Britt for a consultation. read more

I love Brittany so so much. She is such a warm person, I don't even know where to start. 1. Warm hugs 2. I felt amazing after getting an atunement (spelling?) 3. Her class where I was able to be a certified Reiki Practitioner was very welcoming and I was able to meet and connect with people. This helped me as I am trying to build a community of people around me who practice and are interested in crystals, reiki, alternative methods of healing, etc. 4. She also just is super helpful in general. Since she makes and sells jewelry (which is gorgeous!) she was kind enough to fix some bracelets I had bought elsewhere. (And blessed them to ensure their energy was vibin'!) naturally I gave her some money but she's just so talented also. Britt also does career or at least life counseling as I understand it and boy could I use some.... Anyhow, go see Britt!!!!!! read more

To be honest, I took the reiki 1/2 class because I wanted to learn how one could heal their own body. I've read about it and seen videos, but I was a major skeptic. At the point of taking the class, i suffered from severe allergies and asthma that landed me in the hospital almost monthly. To say i was desperate for change, healing, and clarity was a major understatement. However after taking Britts Reiki courses (as well as her Doterra Oil courses), I am a total believer. I am now using energy work on myself as well as natural solutions to thrive and not just exist in life. I am so much more healthier, happier, and sleeping so much better! The best part about reiki is no distance, time or space is a reason to not feel your best! You can have a remote reiki session or give one and everyone benefits! So awesome! My partner was initially practicing Reiki by herself, but now we are both able to offer services together to help others truly live their best lives by tapping into their own bodies and minds to heal. This has led to us helping larger groups tap in and feel their very best! Everyone should become certified healers! We need more healers, NOW! Britt is truly so genuine and is so knowledgeable in what she does. You feel her ALOHA through every session you have and her constant pursuit to help people, the natural way, has really opened my eyes to all the things that are possible. She's super easy to talk to and if you like someone who's not gonna beat around the bush and tell you how it is, she's your girl! I appreciate the brutal honesty, especially when I need to hear it. I also had the privilege of doing a Past Life Regression or PLR and it was super eye opening! It helped me learn more about who I am as a person, who I was as a person, and all the things that time me in to this lifetime, including the not so nice life lessons. I highly encourage anyone to also do a PLR with Britt if you are curious or looking for clarity in life. You will not regret it! read more

Brit is amazing, intuitive and calming - everything I was looking for and beyond in a healing session. There were questions I had that I didn't know I had. Directions she steered me to thinking on that were unrelated to what I perceived were my current "issues", helping to loosen gunk in my system and in my thinking that needed to be purged or addressed. During the healing session, she noted areas we had not previously discussed where I literally spent a year at Kaiser trying to get to root cause to no avail. She is magical - she absolutely senses your body's blocks and was even able to pull through some communications she received during the healing from my family across the veil. It took me a year of considering before booking this session - don't wait. If you have been thinking of getting reiki or healing or just finding seem peace and solace, book Brit. You will thank yourself later. read more

I took Reiki 1 and 2 with Britt, and they were life changing experiences. They took my spiritual practices and connection to energy to a new level. The attunements opened up something in me, spiritually. Britt is a GREAT teacher!! I highly recommend learning from Britt if given the opportunity! I also had a reiki session with Britt. I could feel Reiki moving through me throughout the session. I felt at one point work was being done on my solar plexus which Britt confirmed after she had did a big cleanse here. After my session I felt more balanced, energised, and in flow with my mind and body. read more

Aloha mai, Suppose you are reading this because you want to know about my experiences working with Britt. Trust that some higher power guided you to Britt's website, Yelp, or YouTube channel for a reason. Flow with it. Healing is an ever-constant process that we all go through, whether conscious or not. If you can heal yourself, the world will be blessed. Britt taught me that to be a supportive mom and partner self-Reiki, healing myself is good for me and my family. And it has been a fantastic addition to our daily lives. I was introduced to Reiki by another teacher earlier, but I always felt I was missing something until 2023 when I reached out to Britt on her website. My life and my family's life changed in the best way. Britt was sent to me, us, or I was sent to her by my guides. She deepened my understanding of Reiki and taught me much more about the practice and discipline. From our first meeting, we instantly connected, and I knew in my gut that we were meant to work together. She is empathetic and supportive and radiates so much Aloha. She genuinely wants to help you and your family. Even after the Reiki class, she checks in with me. I am grateful for her. You will be thankful, too, when you take the first step and contact her. Mahalo nui, thank you for letting me share some of my experiences working with Britt. Whatever you choose to do is the best thing for you. Have a blessed day! read more

I met Britt in 2022 when I decided to take my first Reiki class and let me just say it was a game changer! Personally, Reiki has helped me find peace, tranquility and clarity in my life and I can't thank Britt enough for all her mentoring and encouragement! Britt helped me prioritize my self care and empowered me to move forward living life on my terms. I highly recommend booking a session with Britt and see where it takes you. Bitt has been my teacher and mentor for just about 4 years now. I started by taking her Reiki 1&2 course in 2020 and have since taken all available courses within Holomua Healing Arts. Everything I have learned from Britt has shaped my life today, from starting my own healing business, to how I understand energy, myself and my reltionships. Britt's energy is infectious in the best way possible. She creates a space where you can feel safe and confident to challenge yourself and gain a deeper understanding of your life and the world we live in. The community she has created through Holomua is a testament to the type of person she is. I have met so many amazing, heart centered people while learning and working with Britt. Britt is also extremely skilled and knowledgeable with all things plant and rock medicine related. I have made so many healthy changes in my day to day life, and have gained understanding on how to use medicine from the earth, so as not to rely on pharmaceuticals. All of the holistic tools I have learned from Britt have made a huge impact on not only my own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, but that of my family and friends as well. Anyone looking to better themselves and gain a deep understanding of healing, can benefit from her teachings. read more

Review for Reiki 1&2 class Taking this class is one of the BEST decisions I've made so far. I had very little knowledge of reiki and didn't really know what I planned to do with it. Didn't know what to expect. Never in my life did I see reiki being in my path, but here I am, and I'm SO HAPPY I took it!!! Britt is so knowledgeable and what I especially appreciate about her is that she brings a unique perspective to things and is real, honest and authentic in her teaching. It's fun learning from her. I really questioned how I would do sitting on zoom for 4 hours at a time. My max prior to that had been 2 1/2 hours and that was for things that I wanted to be at and still, I had a hard time making it all the way through. For the reiki class though, I didn't want it to end at all! Easiest 4 hours ever! I finished class 2 weeks ago and I continue to be surprised by how deeply I've been impacted and how much I've changed since. It's made me a better mom, for sure! And that is a TOTALLY unexpected outcome that I'm most grateful for. I now have this incredible tool for my family and also to use in my own business and to impact my own community. I truly believe that what I learned w/ Britt is so incredible, powerful, valuable and accessible that it should be taught in schools. What I'm trying to say is that you don't need to want to have a reiki business one day for this to be meaningful and worthwhile. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone! But don't take my word for it....take the class and discover it's awesomeness for yourself! :) read more

Holomua Healing Arts - Our reiki exam on zoom - Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy Near Me - Alameda, California

I would've never thought that I would try life coaching or Reiki, Britt totally changed my mind towards a better way to go about my life in a healthy and healing path. She allowed me to speak truthfully and honestly with the no judgment. Britt helped me come to big conclusions about my life which I will be forever grateful for. The Reiki, where do I begin, I'm the type of a person who thinks that meditation is funny, something I never took seriously until now. She really brought my mind to a new level, I've never felt soo relaxed but yet feeling all the imbalance in my life had started to align in the positive way it should be. After the Reiki session, I felt clearer in my mind and heart. Weird right? I'm so Thankful for Britt to help me during these crazy times because I know I needed it! Thank you Britt! read more

Britt was the first life coach and reiki practitioner I went to that saw me for who I was and what I was struggling with deep inside and had the capability to hold space for it all. I'd had of therapy and still, one 2 hour session with her follow by energy healing did more for my healing journey than anything I'd had thus far. I went on to take her classes of Reiki 1&2, advanced reiki, and life coaching and now and beginning my own journey as an entrepreneur because of the seeds she planted in me when we first met. Definitely recommend h working with and learning from her!! You won't regret it :) read more

Britt's courses are forever life changing for me. In 2023, I took Reiki 1, 2 and advanced, life coaching and past life regression courses. It was the year that I focused on my mental health and really take the courage to learn something new. I ended up taking all of her courses because I could not stop wanting to learn more. Not only has it opened my mind and soul but it also helped me find my purpose. Her trainings paved a way where I can fulfill my purpose, heal others and heal myself. I feel like a brand new person who is learning to overcome the things that no longer serve me. And, I was able to find my community of people and supporters. Her network and connecting with other like-minded students made me feel whole again. I've made really amazing people who I'm proud to say are life-long friends and that includes Britt. Britt really helped me navigate through my issues. Her energy and healing gifts are incredible and it's something you would want to experience. If you're not ready or not interested in her courses, check out her Crystal live show on IG. It's pretty entertaining and really funny at times. You can't help but buy a few (or a lot) of beautiful crystals. Britt has an amazing life journey and has many endeavors, including 2 non-profit organizations (High Vibrational Child and Perpetuate Hawaiian Culture). I would at least check out her non-profits because you may know someone who may benefit from it. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Britt, she is a skilled, strong, and motivational practitioner and healer. I've participated in multiple virtual Mana Group Healing sessions, a vision board and law of attraction session, and recently received Reiki 1 & 2 certification. She provides strong foundational skills in Reiki, as was handed down to her, as well as a roadmap to harness one's potential and abilities. Although I have a degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in School Counseling, I was at a point where I felt it beneficial to recalibrate and hone my skills in other areas and ways. Britt was the perfect guide and teacher. If you are seeking personal and/or professional growth and advancement, and you're willing to open yourself up and work towards your potential, don't hesitate, schedule your session with Britt now! read more

I heard about Britt from a very good friend of mine years ago. She told me about how she had done a past life regression with Britt. She told me about all the different lives that Britt helped her tap into and all the lessons she learned from what she was made to see. I was transfixed with my friend's retelling of what she had experienced. It was then that I started reading up on Holomua Healing Arts. Fast forward to the beginning of the summer and I went in for an initial session with Britt to talk about what I wanted out of a past life regression and reiki session. Britt was able to meet me where I was at and used what she had learned from our conversations to inform the reiki session. She has a way of making you feel safe and secure. I had just finished my first year of grad school feeling off and discombobulated, but I felt lighter and more open all from a physical, mental, and emotional standpoint after she had performed reiki on me. I saw Britt for the past life regression a couple weeks later and the things I saw were eye opening in those 2+ hours. In that initial session, I had talked about difficult things in my life and Britt helped me find the answers on how to get through them. Later that night, I spoke with my friend who had told me about her experience years ago to unpack mine. At some point, I talked about how there was some uncertainty I was feeling. Was what I saw real or did I make it all up? We talked and talked and both agreed that it didn't matter. We saw what we felt we needed to see and I feel a deeper connection to myself because of it. It was actually through this experience that I went on to learn how to do reiki from Britt. The experience of learning reiki was a fun one, but also challenging because it lasted about 10 hours (with breaks). Britt walked us through the history of reiki (which I thoroughly appreciated) as well as all the positions and nuances of the practice. The amount of insight and knowledge Britt provided was pretty overwhelming, but I appreciated the care and attention to detail. We were given plenty of time to ask Britt questions and time to practice on one another throughout the day. I left confident and excited to apply what I had learned. Since then, I've gone on to apply self-reiki practices to my daily routine which I absolutely feel the benefits of and I'm steadily fine-tuning my practice with the people I know. read more

Britt is insightful, powerful, and straightforward - all things I really appreciate! This review is LONG overdue! I reached out to Britt because I was in search of a hypnotherapist in my (then new) area. But what I found at Holomua Healing Arts was SO. MUCH. MORE. I've seen Britt for Hypnotherapy, Reiki and most recently took the Reiki Class she offered. After working with her using the first two modalities over a short period of time, it really helped me clear a lot of junk that was keeping me 'stuck' - and helped get me aligned to find my soul's purpose...which is how I was lead to even consider taking the Reiki Class! Never in a million years would I have thought to consider putting "energy healing" in my personal toolbox. Taking a leap of faith, I reached out to Britt about the Reiki Class and reluctantly expressed my interest (again, never thought this was going to be my 'path') and asked a million questions. "Do you need any prior experience?" "Do I have to start my own healing practice?" (All of which the answer was 'no'). So I signed up and OMG was it such a wonderful and enriching experience! The tools I learned from her are invaluable. Having the knowledge that she shared with us in class has helped in SO many ways in my life. I use my new found skills on my toddler son to help him relax at night. I've worked on my husband most recently on his rolled ankle! I used it on my dog. And most importantly, I use it on myself to help me stay grounded and connected. If you're even slightly called or intrigued to consider working with Britt - do it! She is an amazing healer and I can't even imagine what my life would have been like if I never took that first step. read more

My experience in the FIRST virtual Reiki class Britt held was everything magical and NOTHING less. Everything was so perfect... the timing, the group, and Britt's way of teaching and holding space for us all. Britt answered all of our questions and provided us with so much information. I was supposed to go to the February in person course and ended up taking the virtual class. At first, I wasn't sure how it would go because I thought that I really NEEDED to be in person, seeing this to learn it. Learning how to do long distance Reiki first was truly mind blowing with my classmates. I was amazed all over again how powerful the healing energy of love and light is. I found more than just classmates also, I found a group of women who talk a similar language and are in this tribe. I am forever grateful for Britt and what she has created here with the Virtual class. At a time like this in the world it was perfect. I really cannot thank you enough, Britt! I look forward to everything you do in the future and being a student in more of your classes! You have given me something truly priceless. read more

Meeting Britt in the middle of cold summer here in Bay Area felt like an early Christmas gift for me. Just like when you get what you wanted for Christmas, I wanted to scream, shout, and laugh with joy. To me, she is simply a gift.    The initial reason I went to see Britt was to make a big career decision that I was so scared about. However as I was reading her website, I started noticing how she and I have so much in common. This became the ultimate reason that I actually called her. As I have a strong connection to Hawaii (and she's a Maui girl) and I have suffered from Ulcerative Colitis and IBS for so long, I really felt like I had to see her. I'm so glad that I did.    Talking to Britt doesn't feel like therapy or even a healing session, and that's what I love about her. It feels like I'm back on the island, "talking story" with a beautiful local girl, just full of aloha spirit. She's a tough woman with so much talent, but she has the kindest heart, the kind I hope every therapist would have. Being in her office made me feel so calm and sane as if I were sitting on the beach on a quiet, rainy day on Kauai.    Her book, "Shift On" talks about her childhood as the perfect little girl that every parent would want, the struggle of leaving Hawaii and adjusting to a new environment, fighting against UC, and slowly awakening as a spiritual light to guide others. I personally had very similar experiences, but even if I didn't, her writing is so powerful that I couldn't stop reading. If you want to know who she is, please do yourself a favor and read this book.   But maybe you are thinking, "I'm not looking for a cool Hawaiian girl to chat with (although it's a big plus). I'm looking for a good healer." If that's the case, congratulations! She is a cool Hawaiian girl AND an amazing healer. Even cooler, yea? :) Her Reiki and her ability to see various visions always gives me goosebumps. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm a total believer now. I feel better both physically and mentally with her treatment. For those who can't find the balance between mind and body, you're in good hands now. Britt will take care of you. read more

It was fate that Brittany and I crossed paths. We came across each other on Instagram and turns out her office is on the same street as my fiancé's old job. Going into our session I was a little hesitant. It was my first time trying Reiki, in person. However there was nothing to be weary of. Brittany is a genuine soul. She provides a comfortable, open, judgement-free space, which is extremely welcoming. When we had our session I was in transition mode--about to move across country. At the time, I couldn't relate to everything should was saying but within a week, everything made sense. Since our session I've been able to reflect on some of the things we spoke on and really act on it. She also performed Reiki on my fiancé and within a week he went back. I really do believe Brittany came into our lives at the perfect time. For anyone interested in Reiki in the Bay area I highly suggest Holomua Healing. No matter what you're going through Brittny has a way of showing you how to get through it, with your own reflection. read more

Prior to seeing Britt, I had gone to two other reiki masters, one for several years. I found out about Holomua Healing Arts through a friend who had seen her for herself and her boyfriend's dogs. I really trust my friend's opinion, so I knew I had to book an appointment. I had just had my fourth surgery on the same location to remove a tumor and the healing was not going as smoothly as in the past. I was feeling tired and had a few set-backs as I had a bad reaction to an antibiotic I was given. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew something was better than nothing. From the minute I walked in her office, I knew I made the right choice. I'm usually a private person, not one to share many aspects of myself. With Britt however, it was like talking to an old friend. We talked about so many different things and I think I learned as much about her as she did about me. When the reiki session began, I was totally relaxed and ready. I could feel the energy as Britt worked on me and by the end, the pain had diminished substantially and my body felt more relaxed and open. I really did not want the session to end. After the session we talked more and Britt told me what she saw and felt as she worked on me. It was quite amazing. Over the next year, I saw Britt several more times for reiki (I really looked forward to each session), had her do a reiki session on my dog, did a past-life regression and attended one of her workshops. Britt is the real deal. I plan on continuing to work with her long-distance or I might just need to book a trip to SF. I can't say enough about Britt and her gift for healing. read more

My boyfriend and I went to Britt for separate past life regression sessions, one right after another. We both were seeking clarity and deeper meaning in our lives, and were interested in seeing how our past lives may be affecting us in this lifetime. Although I did a lot of research on what to expect during hypnotherapy, I was still a bit nervous going in. Britt clearly explained what I should expect during the session, which helped put me at ease. She is also has a very calming yet strong energy, which makes you feel safe. She explained that although many people can actually "see" what's going on in their lives, some experience other senses. While I was hypnotized, I personally could not view anything in the two lives I visited; rather, I had innate "feelings" of this or that...that I was male/female, that I was wearing very little/a lot of clothes...that I was at ease, bored, sad, etc. Further, for me at least, it wasn't as if I was trapped in another world (which was a fear I previously had). Rather, I always knew that I was me, physically lying on the couch, as myself...I just had a "knowing" of what was going on as Britt guided me through my lives. For my boyfriend, he could actually "see" things and explained it as feeling like he was watching a movie going on in front of him. We had both experienced two past lives each, and with Britt's guidance and questioning, were able to get lessons from each life visited. After our individual sessions, we came back together with Britt to discuss our experiences. At the end of the day, I walked away both with some life lessons for myself and a better understanding of why my boyfriend is the way he is. It was an interesting and insightful experience, and I recommend it to anyone considering learning more about themselves. read more

When I first opened the door, I had no clue I was entering a Portal...on the other side of the door was Britt and little did I know how my life's trajectory would forever change. After our life coaching session she was able to get a clear understanding of who I was, my goals, and what obstacles stood in my way. Britt makes you feel very comfortable, non judgmental, and very relatable and the life coaching session was more of a release than I ever imagined. After the life coaching session we proceeded with Reiki, during the Reiki session Britt was able to pick up on the energy I was putting out there, as well as in the areas of my body I held tension or where there was a blockage, and Britt was able to use Reiki to release the energy and I felt the floodways of positivity and rejuvenation immediately. I never knew how powerful energy was and that other people can physically pick up on your energy. Britt has helped me grow leaps in bounds in my personal life and in my business. I've since became a Reiki Practitioner (through Britt course) and I HIGHLY recommend it for those people who want to grow spiritually, intuitively, and also use their energy to help others. Britt helps you heal physically, mentally, and also empowers you with the tools to heal from WITHIN. I am forever grateful. read more

I've heard of Reiki before, having a holistic background, but I've never had an actual session with a Licensed Reiki practitioner. My first session ever was with Britt, and I'm glad I made my first session with her. Britt met with me after getting off of work, which I appreciated because I wasn't able to meet with her earlier. The location of her office is in a beautiful setting in Harbor Bay in Alameda, right across from the Raiders facility. Upon entering her office, it was inviting, welcoming, and had a calming energy which made me relax quite a bit. Britt is an excellent listener and even better communicator. She was patient and listened to me while completing the consultation portion of the session. We talked about life: about what was going on personally, professionally, and everything in between. She empathized with different events which had happened in my life, and was able to relate to some when she could. Talking to her about life was easy and effortless, and put my mind to ease the more she listened to my story. I believe in good energy, and I believe in bad energy. I didn't know what to expect once she started the Reiki portion of the session, and any skepticism that I had went completely out the window. Even though there was no physical touch, I felt the warmth of her energy as she balanced out my body from head to toe. At one point in the session, I felt as if I had to scratch my eyebrow really bad. She later told me she was balancing out energy in that portion of my head/face. I could literally feel the energy flowing from one point of the body to another, and then out through my feet. After she was done, I truly felt as if my energy was more balanced than before, and I felt really good! What really blew me away was her sixth sense, or clairvoyance, of events that may happen in the future. Britt has my business, and I look forward to having another Reiki session again. I have no doubt that Holomua Healing Arts will be a hugely successful within the Bay Area. read more

I only kind of sort of knew what to expect when it came to hypnotherapy. I had done meditation and calming exercises before but was a bit nervous for my first hypnotherapy session. The mister and I went together for a join hypnotherapy session. The purpose was to help us attain more of our healthy living goals. My favorite story from my very first session is with one suggestion she made: choose whole grains instead of refined ones whenever possible. Kid you not, not even an hour after we left Britt, we stopped for a poke bowl at Poke Stop (we hadn't eaten lunch and were starving). When the lady asked me what kind of rice, without even thinking I said brown rice. Just so you know, I NEVER ordered brown rice before then. If served brown rice, I would eat it, but I would never oder it myself. I now only order brown rice. It might not seem like a big step, but I know it was one piece of a bigger puzzle, and a difference that was really tangible to me. Britt is really accommodating and thorough. She works with you to make sure the process is personalized to you and that it works for you in the best way. She gets to know you, your goals, and your comforts to ensure each session is productive and makes you feel good. I'm heading back to Britt for some personal hypnotherapy this weekend, and I am happy to know that I'll be in good hands. read more

Britt has helped me tremendously during a really tough transition in my life. Her kind Aloha spirit was exactly what I needed during a time when I felt so helpless. It was truly fate how I found her and happened all within divine timing. I was her first booked client after she moved to Alameda from Hawaii. And when we met for our first session, I felt so at ease. It was like I was talking with an old friend and felt super comfortable. We did a consult first and then Reiki. I love Reiki and have received it many times. But this past year I've had a tough time finding someone I trusted to perform it on me. So finding Britt was truly refreshing. I've also tried hypnotherapy with her and that alone was an experience I can't seem to describe with words. It was sooo moving and exactly what I needed to assist me in my healing process. It's only been a few months and I've already felt so much progress in my growth. Thanks Britt for coming into my life when you did. You truly have a gift and your empathy really helps heal. You're continued support is truly appreciated and I'm forever grateful that we have crossed paths! read more

On December 22, 2017, I had my very first Reiki Session with Britt and without a doubt I will be returning! Before starting our Reiki session, I was optimistic and very nervous. I wasn't so sure what the outcome would be. All I knew was that I was there to do a spiritual cleanse. What turned out to be a spiritual cleanse lead to answers I've been wanting to know for the past 16 years. My session with Britt has made me come to peace with a rough past. I honestly walked out of her office with a ton of tension leaving my body. I felt very relieved spiritually and physically. Holomua Healing Arts is definitely recommended. It has changed my life. I am more aware of my aura, my energy and most of all my inner peace. Thank you, Britt, for the amazing healing. read more

I went to Britt for a past life regression in order to obtain clarity in my present life. Britt helped me formulate a clear intention prior to going into the regression and she thoroughly explained the process, which helped me feel very relaxed. During the regression, I always felt safe since Britt provided a sturdy anchor for me as I went through the lives. For each past life, she had me identify how the lessons were applicable to my current life, which was a notably informative exercise. After the regression, Britt provides plenty of time to process the session and she reviews her notes with you. After having the past life regression, I feel a renewed sense of clarity and passion. Many synchronicities I have previously encountered now make more sense, and I have been able to become more clear about what I want to achieve. Most importantly, I feel a heightened sense of appreciation for my current relationships and the opportunities I have in this life. I highly recommend using Britt's services, particularly if you're looking for clarity and purpose. read more
