We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

The price was a tad bit high so I went and looked for some other companies. Most didn't respond but Giselle called me after she got home and matched and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Mad props. Took a look at our issue and didn't try to change things up right away (I was worried about this), no surcharges or anything. Very satisfied with their service. Would recommend. There are obviously a few things they could improve (look at the beginning) but they killed the execution so mad props.
