STAY AWAY! MONGOLS MC OWNED & OPERATED! I had to have the police come out twice to attempt to recover my bike from Jim Iams. He is a scumbag who lies and steals other people's property. The police gave me the complete rundown on him and his shop. The police department told me they have been out to IMZZ many times throughout the years and that IMZZ is under ongoing investigation by their gang unit because Jim Iams is a Mongols MC member. The police even told me how much of a scumbag Jim Iams is. He knows how much the police can and cannot do because of the difference of "civil" and "criminal" matters. Jim was supposed to do some work for me, and I was not given any paperwork or an estimate. He said the work would be done in one and a half weeks. Called two weeks later to check, he needed another week. I call a week later, he said half the custom work was done. I then decide to drop by the shop unannounced, I walk in to the shop and see my bike covered in dirt, with shoe burns all along the exhaust. My handlebars were moved forward, and the work Jim said was done was not even started. I said forget everything, I just want my bike back. Jim refused to give it to me and said schedule an appointment. He started yelling and throwing parts around in the shop, and to get out of his hair. Eventually I was able to get the bike back after police intervention. I filed a report with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. The police said Jim Iams gets his club members and friends to go on Yelp and give positive reviews. They also said it is common for Jim to put "mechanic liens" on titles then have them sold from under the unsuspecting owner. This happened with a hot rod that was dropped off at IMZZ for work. Again, this is all well documented and can be seen with a few google searches or a call to the police non-emergency line. Jim Iams has a "1%er" tattoo on his forearm and displays it proudly. Every other motorcycle shop in the area tells me all about Jim Iams and the problems they have heard from other people. Jim Iams was involved in a road-rage shooting with a Hells Angel member a few years ago in riverside. All of this is well documented, google the name "Jim Iams" and his shop "IMZZ Elite". Before going to this shop, I implore you to just call any of the other shops in the area and ask them about "IMZZ Elite" and "Jim Iams." Jim Iams is a documented Mongols MC gang member and gives a bad name to the motorcycle community as a whole. Call the police non-emergency line and ask them about their interactions with the motorcycle shop "IMZZ Elite" off Batavia and the owner "Jim Iams." read more

**This is the Absolute WORST shop in Orange County**. The Owners Jim & Nichelle Iiams are absolute Crooks. Any positive reviews on here or Yelp are fake reviews and comments from his Fellow Motorcycle Gang Members, make sure you scroll down to the real reviews about how he takes your bike in his shop and you will never see it again. I took my 2014 Harley Davidson to IMZZ Elite back in September of 2019 for repairs after an Accident. Jim Iiams swore to me that because it was an insurance job that all the repairs would only be a 2-3 week turn time. That was a year ago, and i still don't have my bike. IMZZ Elite was paid close to $6,000 by my insurance company on 12/12/2018. I was then promised by Jim Iiams that if i forwarded the full amount of the $6,000, that I would have my back back by Christmas. So i authorized AAA to send him the check. Worst decision ever made. After multiple phone calls, 20-30 emails and multiple visits to the shop (which is always locked up and cannot get access to). I finally emailed the shop explaining my plans to take them to small claims court. Within 10 minutes I received a call from the owner of the shop Jim Iiams who told me my bike would be ready next week and that I could come pick it up on 8/2/2109, and then proceeded to threaten me and tell me that if i ever sent another email like that, he would make a visit to my home. During one visit to IMZZ Elite to follow up on the progress and to see my bike after 6 months, i also brought my uncle who was a rather large man, and Jim Iiams became very intimated, so much so that he told us both that we better watch our backs, because he was the President of one of the Chapters of the Mongols Motorcycle gang. So when i went to pick up my bike on 8/2/2019, Jim Iiams the big bad gangster that he is, would not even open the doors and let me in the shop. This man is a crook and a coward. Jim & Nichelle Iiams (owners or IMZZ ELITE in Orange) basically lied to me about the completion of my bike. He still has my Harley Davidson in his shop and refuses to complete the work or return my bike back to me. He cashed that check for $6,000 back in December of 2018 with zero intentions of completing my bike. This individual does not keep his word, he is an embarrassment to the motorcycle community and if this complaint can stop people from having their bikes embezzled from them, then this was worth it. DO NOT EVER take your bike to this shop. read more

I was cussed out for leaving a bad private message to them about their poor quality product and overpriced, one time use bolts. They scratch very easily, I assumed they were solid black or solid gold the washers are anodized and discolor within a few days turning purple and when you complain You are told to you and everyone you know can suck a Di$k. And other very crude statements also not all their responses even fit. Even if I was wrong or whatever, I'm not, a company wouldn't never respond this way. Just updating this to get it seen again. I know I have been able to stop numerous people I know from going here and plan on telling everyone I ever talk to. I was looking at buying a bike but it had an IMZZ seat on it. So I told the shop I couldn't buy it because of that. Im not going to be able to make you all broke but your response has given me proof to show everyone I know. Ot helps me prove IMZZ should be avoided no matter what. I e cost them thousands of dollars and hope to keep as many people from doing business whit you all. Also it being a $13 part and getting this response make it even worse. I also bought more than just a $13 bolds kit. I was replacing all my bolts, nuts and washers and had spent over $100 on different stuff and ended up spending almost $1,000 with a shop that can be trusted and that has great customer service that cares about their customers. $13 parts and good customer service equals a returning customer. My experience made IMZZ lose my business and has cost them numerous other customers. And who knows who the people I kept from spending their money here would have told and so on. So I know I've kept IMZZ from making thousands of dollars. My friends and I spend a lot of money on our bikes. A lot!! I was new to Harley's here and have now put I. Over $10,000 into my bike with a company in Murrieta. It would have been spent here if this didn't happen. My friends I've kept from here have spent more then me on tow it bikes and. Who knows how many people go to the shop in Murrieta because of them saying where that got their parts. So the rude response for a $13 part has had to of cost IMZZ at least $1000,000.00 now. This Review is long overdue. Bar none IMZZ is the best shop around. Jim's knowledge and expertise has been above and beyond. Every time I have left my bike at IMZZ they have been quick to perform and it comes back cleaner than when I brought it in. In the last year I have had tons of questions on essential and performance parts for my FXDB and I know I am always going to get honest feedback from Jim. He is able to answer all of my questions not because he favors one company over another but because of his experience. He's actually tested all the parts he carries in his shop on his personal bikes; I have seen that first hand. Try finding another shop that does that. Not only does IMZZ bust there knuckles wrenching on bikes, they also build custom cars and trucks. This shop in unreal and they will have my business as long as I ride. Top quality work! I can't write a review long enough for IMZZ or thank Jim enough for his countless hours answering my questions and wrenching on my and my families bikes. First off, I really don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to write one on Jim and IMZZ. I special ordered hard bags for my Dyna from (FXR Division). The bracket system didn't fit, they rattled, they were heavy, the brackets broke from the vibration of the bike... twice. In short it was just bad design. I gave Jim a call at Imzz, and he said he would try and make my hard bags work with his system. And shit!! It was a world of difference. Everything fit perfect, the bags sit closer to the bike, and they look bad ass. While the bike was there he added his own custom rear fender, crash bar, and a couple of other things that set the bike off right. I couldn't be more happy with how it ended up. (And I'm PICKY) On top of that... When I decided to get more work done. He needed to keep my bike longer, So... He offered to give me a ride back to Inglewood. I can't hate on that. I've been to this shop now four times and I cannot express my gratification to the service of this shop. Jim has helped me about every time and got me back on the road instantly. The most recent problem with my Dyna FXDL is I got sideswiped last Friday and luckily I didn't go down... so I brought my girl in to get new right peg, brake assembly and brake push-rod. Rode out of there with everything I needed and some more. I'm glad they keep the Flo pegs in stock. I was out of there within the hour and I didn't even make an appointment, though I would suggest making one just in case. At the very least I would suggest checking their website for some parts you need for your bike, and if you can't find it then hit them up and they will get it. 10/10 in my opinion. This shop is great! I needed some repairs under an insurance claim so I brought my car here at the suggestion of a friend. They took a look at my estimate from the insurance adjuster and noticed a few discrepancies. I had a difficult time dealing with my insurance company to even get them to cover the repairs and it took forever to get an adjuster to come out and look at it and do an estimate. They were a real nightmare. After I dropped my car off at Imzz, they called the insurance company for me and dealt with them. They got a supplement for the additional work that wasn't accounted for and still had it done that week. The repairs were great and the paint is phenomenal. They took care of all of it for me. After riding all the way down from Utah, me and a buddy of mine stopped into the IMZZ Elite shop to pick up some parts for his bike. Not only did they help him out and install all the new parts he bought, but they came in on memorial day just to get him squared away. After talking their ears off for hours, I can assure anyone that they absolutely know what they are talking about when it comes to performance parts and how stuff works. I learned more about bikes and suspension in 3 hours, than I have in years. I HIGHLY recommend IMZZ Elite. I will for sure be going through them for all my bike needs, even being states away. Worked with Johnny on getting a custom seat made. Not only did he respond within minutes to any questions I had, even on weekends, he got me the custom seat made and at my door in under a week. Crazy fast, great service, and threw in a free seat bolt kit all for the price I would have paid for a generic non custom saddlemen off revzilla or some other site.
