I used to come here a lot more when I worked close by and it was $1.99 for everything. now it's so far away and not very convenient but I try to come by when I am in the area. They have the one day turn around service for free but I usually don't need that since I don't come back until in a few weeks after, however it is nice for peeps that want to pick it up the next day. I am writing to follow-up on my previous review. Within two days of posting my scathing review of Impressive Cleaners, the manager called me. She was very apologetic. She informed me that she had not been told of my situation by any of her staff. She seemed quite sincere and I believe that she was not properly informed by her staff. She asked what they could do to remedy the situation. I suggested that if my clothes were to be found and returned I would be happy. Additional financial damages were offered, but I said I would be fine with just my clothes being returned, as I did not file a complaint as a means to get money from the business. The following day, I received a call from her that my clothes were found. I picked the clothes up and they were in perfect condition. Of course, I was not charged. Needless to say, I am very happy with the personal attention paid to my situation, and I whole heartedly recommend this business. Their management is very professional. read more

This is my favourite go-to spot for dry cleaners. They use eco-friendly products, as well as very affordable $3.69 per item. It's a two day turnaround as well. So pretty convenient but if you need quicker, that's upon request. Always do a good job though. And if they mess up, (which that have only once) they add credit to your account! FYI - I don't write reviews...until now! They're "impressive" alright -- impressively BAD!!! Brought in a brand new/never worn item with the tag still on it that had been in my closet next to a sparkly NYE dress and got glitter all over it...after realizing I wouldn't be able to fit in it because I'm pregnant, I had full intentions of returning the TAGGED $199.99 item to the store, but thought it would be a good safety measure for returning it to get the glitter cleaned off first. For a $3 investment, it seemed pretty worth it to making sure they'd accept the return! The lady at the counter said that would be no problem and didn't mention anything out of the ordinary in regard to what I needed done. When I returned to pick it up, they had taken the tags OFF the item, rendering it worthless -- and then had the nerve to tell me it was MY fault for not telling them to leave the tags on. CiCi made sure to tell me that "if it was so important, I should have told them -- not the other way around -- and they would have cleaned the garment differently so they could have kept the tags on." Shouldn't the default be to CLEAN IT DIFFERENTLY to keep tags on a garment intact!? Unless you call the client and find out otherwise, shouldn't you just clean it the way that is necessary to keep an item in the condition it was delivered in?? I expressed that I had no idea I needed to tell them about the tags based on all their signage that said nothing about this (but listed all the other things they weren't liable for) and she continued with "We have thousands of disclaimers and can't list them all on a sign." Hmmmm, I don't remember signing off on all these 990+ unwritten disclaimers (i.e. they have maybe 10 listed on the sign)... Overall, she was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful -- and when I ultimately got the owner's information and left him a message about it (Amin), he still hasn't called me back to handle this situation. Customer service is definitely beyond them. Net-net, don't take your things here if you care about them at all; if something goes wrong, they don't care whatsoever what is right and wrong and TRUST ME, you get what you pay for -- in this case, I've paid $203 for a worthless dress. read more

I have been going to Impressive for almost 3 years...started going to the one on Hampden, moved and was so sad to have to find a new dry cleaners, just to discover they opened this location close to my house! You absolutely cannot beat the prices! And there is a little of the "you get what you pay for" in terms of the pressing isn't always perfect on shirts, especially women's laundered shirts, but just have them dry cleaned (assuming you don't want starch) and they do a much better job. They've never taken issue when I've asked them to redo pressing. And they won't replace buttons or similar like a pricier dry cleaners, but oh well. The clothes never smell like dry cleaning solution, which is why I usually avoid inexpensive dry cleaning in the past. And unlike other cheap dry cleaners, the solution they use doesn't wear down clothes prematurely. Dry cleaning uses chemicals so there is always going to be wear, but the wear here is no different than an expensive dry cleaners. They've never ruined anything or lost anything, and we drop off $30+ of stuff about every 2 weeks. The staff at this location are very nice. I've referred a lot of people here, but I think most people assume inexpensive=bad, not here!! I will continue to go here indefinitely. read more

I have not been back but I had a few items I need to drop off close by so I made the mistake of coming back here. Customers complain all the time. When a product/service falls short of its promise customers often make sure the business knows about it. And that's the good news, because at least they're giving you a chance to make things right. In worst-case scenarios, disappointed customers never tell you what went wrong, yet they talk to friends, family, or colleagues about their "horrible experience," which can really hurt your business. Well, I let them know (seconded by my previous review) and they did little to rectify it. I went in today and they informed me they cannot accept my dry cleaning due to a negative Yelp review. Talk about hopelessly destroying any opportunity to prove yourself and win a customer back! This speaks volumes about your commitment to customers (and how much you value their business). Something tells me you may have received a more favourable response with - "We saw your review on Yelp and want to win back your opinion and your business. This is the cheapest laundry place in 5 mile radius from my place. $1.50 for a shirt. $3 for a pair of trousers. 1 day service. For a guy who hates ironing clothes, this is a godsend. They don't provide the more advanced cleaning like wedding dresses, but for a n executive who doesn't want to spend his free time ironing shirts, this is just perfect. read more

Sitting right off Arapahoe near Greenwood Plaza Blvd (across from Macaroni Grill and in the shoppette with the Urgent Care) is Impressive Cleaners. Nothing special, but it has cheap Dry Cleaning prices ($2.50 a piece) and laundry ($1.75 a piece). They are friendly and get you in and out. Generally available next day after 4p. I don't do a ton of Dry Cleaning, but this is my go to place in my new neighborhood. read more

Moved to Denver 2 years ago. Tried five different dry cleaners (and spent 5 times more!) before I found Impressive Cleaners. One dry cleaner was literally over $100 for the exact same clothes that were $18 at Impressive. That was not my idea of paradise (hint hint). These guys are very affordable, always friendly, and do a great job. Stop unloading your wallet somewhere else. Unless you like to giveaway money needlessly. THEY STEAL YOUR CLOTHES!!!! I have been going there for a year or longer and the last time my husband picked up our clothes without knowing what I dropped off. Instead of his $300 perfect condition Burberry dress shirt only worn on a few special occasions we got some cheesy off brand shirt that doesn't even fit him and isn't his. They supposedly searched the store without finding it and then said we could fill out a claim. All claims require a receipt which of course we can find. Even if we could the shirt is a couple years old but barely worn and would be depreciated. I don't know if it's a racket or just one bad person but it's not worth it. This place is the best cleaners I've ever been to. They always have next day service even if I drop off right before they close. My clothes always come back clean and pressed very well and at ONLY $2.50 per piece. They stand behind their work and always take care of me and shockingly always remember me by name, even though they probably help hundreds of people a day. They are always nice and courteous and the store is always clean! To top it all off they are an organic dry cleaners and completely environmentally friendly and my clothes never smell like chemicals! If you value your nice clothing, I recommend not coming here. I went there with a load of expensive shirts to be cleaned before I start my new job. Upon picking up my shirts, I noticed that one of them was missing. I went back to ask them about my missing shirt and instead of searching for it, they promptly told me that I had not brought my shirt in and that the number of shirts that I got back is what I brought it. In taking my shirts from my house to Impressive Cleaners, I had apparently "lost" it. Take warning, pay the increased prices of other cleaners if you want quality customer service. read more

If you are smart, you will never, never, never ever, use this cleaner. Impressive prices. Depressive quality. Terrible customer satisfaction. Disconnected owner who does not care about his clients. Destroyed the buttons on my shirt and the owner basically said "too bad". My horror story follows. Minus zombies. Sorry. I have used Impressive 5 times. Every time, my shirts have come out indented around the collar and creased where the sleeve meets the shoulders. I am told it's "just the way the press works". Even for the low prices, I find this unnacceptable, and was looking for another cleaner when the following happened. Recently three of the buttons on my favorite shirt were destroyed by this press. They happily arranged to replace them, but didn't match the buttons. I asked for them to be matched (they are raised slightly and stand out nicely, which is one of the reasons I purchased the shirt) and was told I could find the buttons myself, and they would sow them on for me, or, I could accept a $5 dollar credit. A $5 dollar credit for ruining a $95 shirt. This did not come from the staff, who are extremely pleasant every time. This came directly from the owner. I may have to send him a copy of raving fans to let him know how business is actually conducted by people who want to be successful, or....wait for it, Impressive. Oh yes, and he didn't even have the decency to call me himself, after I invited him to. He relayed this through his staff to me. I will be going to Polo cleaners now, to try them out. If you want cheap dry cleaning and don't care if your clothing is destroyed, try out Impressive, but don't say I didn't warn you. read more

Ever wonder why they only charge $2 for dry cleaning (most garments), its because their cleaning service is poor and suspect. Smell the clothes when you pick them up - do you smell any cleaning fluids? They also do not stand behind their services. When you entrust your clothing to them you rightfully expect to have your clothes returned cleaned and undamaged. However, if your clothes are returned damaged and unusable they will make up an excuse and claim they are not responsible. The owners and clerks at the store are difficult to work with. Clerks are rude and helpless to resolve issues. You can leave a message for the owners, but don't expect a call back. I suspect the owner believes that if the issue is ignored it will go away. If I could've given them a lower rating I would have. read more

I've been going here for years with no problems and I'm quite surprised of the negative reviews. Being a person who has been in the service industry for a long time I've had plenty of experience with ridiculous clients .. First off, I'm sure the person who is complaining about going back after leaving a negative yelp comment had unrealistic expectations for a discount dry cleaners and is probably very hard to please in the first place ( if it was soooo terrible that you felt compelled to write a negative review on yelp why did you go back?) second , the person that took the clothes with cat vomit on them .... Definately go somewhere else please!! I don't want your cats bile and chewed up dinner all over my clothes as they are being washed together THANK YOU ! Both times my dry cleaning came back not clean and still having the creases from wearing them before taking them in. The second time they ruined a dress and a top. BUYER BEWARE !!! I wish I could give it a negative review !!!!! If you like having your property damaged with very little to do about it then this place is for you !!!! Ok so I recently moved to the area and I used these guys twice. With that being said they have Managed to burn a new $60.00 shirt on the sleeve, When i asked if i could be credited or compensated in some way they said "They don't do that" and that she said that she wanted to Re-run it through the machine again, which I declined for obvious reasons. In addition I brought a coffee stain on a tie that I had ask if it was something they could fix, I let them and needless to say it looked Exactly as it did before! So then I asked if I could get a credit for being mis-lead and practically waiting my money and I was told No they will not do anything and when I asked for their manager she said she is one her name was CECELIA which was odd because she didn't really seem qualified enough to open the door then she gave me a GOOGLE VOICE number to the COMPLAINT department IF THATS NOT A RED FLAG I DO"T KNOW WHAT ELSE IS of course I left a message with little hope for a resolution read more
