It happens, but the uncomfortable part was that while I was standing there, they argued as to who was going to take care of me. This last time, I picked up my clothes and two of my shirts had stains all over them and one even had a burn hole in it. I took the shirts back and showed them the stains and they immediately said that I made the stains on the shirt and brought them in that way. I certainly had not! She told me to look at how the stains are identical so I must've done it. I tried to explain to her that I hadn't worn the shirts at the same time and the only reason they had identical stains is because they had them hanging together when they stained them. She told me that my shirts were old and that they were dirty. I had just bought the shirts 3 weeks ago. She also said that they had been there 18 years and had never ruined a piece of clothing. I find that pretty hard to believe. I'm sure that even the best cleaner in the world ruins something from time to time, but they are reputable enough to replace the item. I was willing to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The guy who works there is actually pretty nice, but when you make an error, just own up to it and fix it. Use at your own risk and be aware that if they do mistake (which I understand happens from time to time), they will not fix it. Needless to say, time to find another cleaner.
