I would give this place 100 stars if I could! I found Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath when searching…read moreonline for nearby places I could visit to compare prices to a quote I had already received from elsewhere. After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! This is by far the longest review I have ever written. But they are by far one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with so I have to share this information!

The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.

Paramus Kitchen & Bath is a wonderful place! We had to go with all new cabinets, new counter choices and more, and John guided us patiently through the entire process, helping us choose the best options for us, from overall style, color scheme, and materials. When we had to make decisions while out of town, again, John came to the rescue -- he showed us designs via FaceTime, and when we weren't sure which granite to choose (all long-distance!), we trusted him to help us decide on which one worked best. He was accessible and beyond patient when we kept fretting about this or that detail. The folks behind the scenes were amazing to work with too: Tania and David at the quarry, who designed the granite slabs and backsplash to highlight the beautiful natural stone, and Slawek, whose expertise with cabinetry is above and beyond. The kitchen came together beautifully, with a keen eye to design, professionalism, exquisite craftsmanship, while maximizing use of every inch of space. Many thanks to John and his entire team for giving us our new dream kitchen: tiny but mighty!

She helped me pick out the most beautiful tile, fixtures, vanity, countertop and shower door, most were custom or special order. I had quite a few issues with my contractor and Courtney was so helpful and patient offering suggestions and swapping what didn't work. It was quite a long process and I got to know her through many months. She would always return my phone calls and e-mails. I would highly recommend Courtney Weaver for any project. I would work with her again.

I was doing a bathroom remodel and after the purchase, a wrong item was delivered. It was already installed when I discovered the error and not my contractors fault I called to see what can be done and I was told by the sales person they can give me the correct item but it was up to me to reinstall it at my cost. I raised this to the store manager and then to the district office (General Plumbing Supply) only to be told that it was my fault and that I should have checked the box upon delivery. Okay so perhaps maybe, but no one told me when I made the purchase. My advice, when you get delivery, ask the driver to wait, open up all the boxes, remove all the packaging, check the item and all the parts. Not sure a delivery person would wait for that but that is what I was told to do. Oh, and the district manager told me that I got the right item for my project. Hmmm, is he using my bathroom? Does he know my design? Does he know what I need? Don't think so. I was offered NO compensation just, sorry, but this is your fault. Love a business that blames the customer. Buyer beware of these guys, for sure! NEVER.AGAIN....

The vanity we ordered was severely damaged and we had to order a new one with no ETA of when we'll receive it. Our tile is over 2 weeks late from its delivery date, has not been delivered. We've had to delay our project for the third time now due to the incompetency of tilebar and whatever 3rd party shipping vendor. If you're working with a contractor or want to get a project finished in a timely manner, then save yourself the headache and avoid coming here. However, if you have no timeline, patience to wait an indefinite amount of time, and want to work with people who take zero accountability then look no further...this business is perfect for you.

Upon delivery I opened all the outer boxes to make sure there was no damage to inner boxes and order was fulfilled. Outer and inner boxes were pristine. My tiler, as he began project this week, discovered more than 18 sq ft of tile were broken inside the inner boxes. Totally unusable. Extremely poor packaging for porcelain tile. I called TileBar customer service immediately to ascertain possible solutions or a refund on damaged materials. Her response was we can send you ideas in 5-10 days, rush order not available. Then deliver alternative tile in another 5-10 days, no rush order. No discount. No refund, not even partial one as apology for crappy packaging. Customer service, Nora, repeatedly told me "company policy". I asked how to file a complaint about packaging. Nora said that wasn't an option.
