Great place, bought my Lexus there. Got a discount for future oil changes and other maintenance…read more Max and Gregory were very helpful.

I bought a 2015 Hyundai Accent from Auto Point in December of 2022. I brought it to my mechanic…read moreafter purchasing (I live about an hour and a half away from Toronto). My mechanic found that it should have never passed an inspection (it was purchased with a safety inspection). The bar under the front bumper was caved in, the bumper was falling off, there were issues with the Cadillac converter, the airbags werent working and the airbag lights were not on the dash, among other things. I asked for a refund and they refused, stating they would fix the issues. They had my car for about a month and refused to give me a free rental for the first three weeks. I'm a single mother and a full time student, I couldn't get myself or my children to school during this period of time. I was so behind on school work, although I had been doing it at home, I had missed much of the in class content, and nearly failed the entire semester. When I received my car back within a day the engine light was on again, the gas cap light was on again and it seems as if nothing was fixed. Additionally, the rental they gave me had parts inside that were literally glued together. I have been trying to figure out what my rights are (apparently I don't have many options) and trying to get time to bring it back to my mechanic while trying to pass my semester, be a full time mother and get through this brutal inflation that has hit so many of us hard... I can't afford to continuously drive to Toronto to get my car fixed when it was bought with a safety certificate......which has clearly been faked because there are too many issues to have passed. I got this car a little over a year ago now and need a new one already because it never should have been sold. Beyond disappointed with this place and would give it 0 stars if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Incompetent and untrustworthy. I had an excellence experience with gardiner motors, very honest people working there. Can't say the same for auto point.

they were nice at first but the moment i started complaining about the car everything changed…read more 2 star because they did not fix my car! i should have stuck to kijiji even though i got my car financed bought ford fiesta se 2011 in april 2015 battery light came on next day, then a week later. PJ maintenance manager removed the battery light. tried to sell me warranty after i came in with a problem they say the cars are inspected but that is a lie. they are only checked for safety purposes & then certified. oil as is when you buy - dirty or clean my point - if the previous owner took care of the car then you got yourself a good car if they didn't all the problem of the car is on you. i now have to fix my car out of pocket :( but thank god i found help. i wouldn't go back there saving myself the headache ( buy new car)

Im not sure how this place got so many 5 stars reviews, but my experience is far from that 5 stars…read morestandard. I happened to be shopping for a used car and this place was the first one i visited, everything was going smoothly until I tell the guy i need time to think about the price, i wasnt even haggling about it, all i said was "i need time to think about it, it's my first car so". He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. His name was Sam Ahmadi. And here's another rip off thing: they won't let you test drive the car until you bought it. Take your money somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like garbage.

I believe there are two partners who own this car dealership. They act like they are employees and…read morethey have little wiggle room to negotiate the price of cars, but I believe they have full authority as they're basically the owners. When you want to get a lower price they have this facade where they call the other partner pretending as if that partner is a manager and ask for approval for a lower final price. They'll say No and offer a higher price where they come down very little. Its cute but I wasn't convinced or fooled. At a later date when I had to go back for something I asked one of them if they were a partner (whereas earlier they were posing as manager), he confirmed that he was indeed a partner with the other sales person. I think one of the guys name is Sam. He talks like he has a stick up his ass. He oughtta be more friendly and have better phone manners. I dealt with his partner. If I dealt with the other guy (Sam?) ), I probably wouldn't have bought the car from then. He doesn't have a very warm and friendly attitude. Ya gotta work on that "Sam"!! Anyways, I got a cheaper price for my car here than I would have at another place.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I strongly advise against…read morepurchasing from this dealership. My experience with Sam and Carlo was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Sam's customer service was the worst I've ever encountered; during a call about my potential purchase, he yelled at me for asking simple questions. My boyfriend and I visited to look at a Mercedes B250, which was listed at $14,995, plus certification and tax. I confirmed this price during our test drive. However, when it came time to sign the contract, an unexpected $400 charge for rust-proof spraying appeared. When I inquired about this, Sam insisted it was "mandatory" for all their vehicles and not optional. Regrettably, I signed the contract and placed a $1,000 deposit. Less than 24 hours later, I requested an itemized bill of sale to clarify the charges before making the final payment. Sam refused to provide it. When I mentioned I would bring my mother to see the documents in person, he suddenly agreed to remove the rust-proofing charge. However, the revised total he sent still didn't add up. When I texted to clarify the breakdown and asked for the CARFAX report--which I had not received at the time of signing--Sam called me immediately and yelled, questioning why I was asking so many questions. I reminded him that I had a right to this information, especially for such a significant purchase. His aggressive tone made me uncomfortable, and I knew I didn't want to continue doing business with them. When I went to the dealership with my parents, Sam refused to refund my deposit, contradicting himself by claiming he had told me the spray was optional. His behavior was deceitful and disrespectful. He changed his answers to please my parents, showcasing classic scam tactics to salvage the deal. The entire situation escalated quickly, revealing how desperate they were to secure my money without addressing my valid concerns. It's shocking how I was treated after being compliant until I started asking questions. I ended up losing $1,000 in this process. Furthermore, the CARFAX situation raised red flags. Their listing claimed "!!!Carfax Clean No Accidents!!! !!!", yet there was no link to the report on their website, unlike most dealerships. During my initial visit, I was never shown this CARFAX, nor was it offered. They expected me to purchase the vehicle without providing crucial information regarding its accident and service history. When I requested a copy of the CARFAX, their defensive reaction only heightened my suspicion. As a customer, I have every right to know the vehicle's history, and their refusal to provide this information is concerning. Their misleading claims about the CARFAX are designed to lure buyers in without transparency. PLEASE learn from my experience and avoid this dealership at all costs.
