My insurance lady was pulling her hair out and once I had to drive to the shop at night to look for my car to see the status of it since we could not get anyone to ever call us back. Just awful service from that standpoint. So very frustrating. Oh, and the tow truck guy who convinced me to take my car there after my accident, told me they would wave the deductible if I used them.
