Kaizen was brought up by my adjustor and it was the right move. They were very quick with preparing a vehicle for me understanding how important it was to get me back on the road asap. They provided me with a brand new VW Taos SUV that was immaculate. They dropped it off on my doorstep in the same fashion I used to experience with National Car Rental's Emerald service. Their customer service people were very diligent and took on the burden of doing as much of the paperwork as possible to make the hand-off convenient and seamless for me. For a local business, their service is A1. It far exceeds their branded competitors. This business punches above its weight to provide the best service as possible. Drop-off was just as seamless and convenient--they did it at my workplace and I will always remember that if I am ever in need of a rental again, I will seek them out based upon this experience. If my family or friends were ever in need of a rental, I'd have no hesitation to point in them in the direction of Kaizen.
