Food and service was great. Birria tacos and octopus were both fantastic. Our server was outstanding. Highly recommend.

This place... wtf?…read more It's a tent attached to a semi-permanent structure. How do they even lock it up at night? The food was waaay overpriced for said structure. I ordered a martini and the waitress spilled it all over our table... didn't wipe it up... didn't offer me another. The Caesar salad dressing was sweet? My husband's food was fine, but this is like the only restaurant in town and it's a joke. The ambiance is "trying to be a restaurant" but let's be honest, it isn't. It's a glorified food tent with steakhouse pricing. I guess if you randomly wind up in a stupid little town called Silt, it's a "restaurant" per se.

We stopped here randomly on our way to Palisades Colorado and we were not disappointed! This place…read moreis in a small town with a beautiful wooden interior and patio. They even sat us at a table with south hanging lake pictured which we just came hiking from! For drinks i got an espresso martini which was average. It came with the shaker with some left over martini that didn't fit in the glass which was generous. I got the salad and the fillet with mashed potatoes for dinner. Also pictured is the 10oz bistro steak. The salad was crispy and fresh only thing that i thought was weird was that they didn't have Italian dressing. Everything about the steak and sides for the entrees were excellent which we were not really expecting to get from a smaller town. The cheese/house demi glaze on the fillet was phenomenal. One thing to add is that the steaks tasted completely different with the sauces we definitely preferred the fillet sauce but the bistro steak was not bad. We were not expecting sweet mashed potatoes which we normally aren't a fan of but these were thick and tasty. We even ate the carrots and zucchini which we also normally aren't a fan of. The sauce and everything put together elevated the whole dish and sides. Overall i would recommend stopping by this place! They have a huge martini selection and all of the food exceeded our standards. The prices were also reasonable. We had no complaints and the patio area was really nice with the fire pit.

As I mentioned before, it's never let me down in terms of freshness, quality, taste, and appropriate temperature. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. It is also a dog friendly place where my Dog Polly is always greeted by name and a compliment on her attire. ( she's a service dog who likes to wear dresses ) her favorite French fries in the entire continental United States are here at Butch's under a big umbrella with a great view of town and the other dogs. I also met a great friend who was working there last summer named Johnny. We still talk everyday!

I'm not even sure if I can recommend this place to my friends. Pricey is an understatement!…read moreI'm not going to lie, I enjoyed the food and the portion was generous but we misread the menu and thought the salad with lobster was $26, when in reality that was only the addition of lobster. The overall price was $45 for the strawberry and walnut salad with lobster. Ouch! My friend ordered a Cesar salad with lobster and it was $40. Including two sodas and one cup of clam chowder (for my friend) our bill was $120, not including tip. This was lunch, not dinner. Service was good. And the place has sitting outside, which is in the shade but it's wood benches that are very hard and uncomfortable. Again, food is not bad, but I don't think I will come back. Sorry!

I'm leaving yet another... 5 star review for The Pullman because every year I come dine at this…read morerestaurant I am blown away. First off, the most notable thing about this experience was the genuinely most amazing waitress I think I have ever encountered, Grace. Grace was the kindest soul, she took such amazing care of us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Me and my family will go out to eat now and say "she was good but not as good as Grace". Second off, The food was AMAZING per usual. I had the Wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly, I usually hate going out for steak because I find it to never be seasoned as much as I'd like but this took the cake. The blue cheese dip with chips was so delicious, like possibly one of the best things we have ever tasted. We also tried to carrot cake sorbet which I know sounds odd but it was so delicious, you can tell the kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into this food. My husband got the special, which was like a Turkish ricotta stuffed pasta and it was AMAZING. Even my sister who got the wagyu burger, AMAZING. My only critique was the hostess was very rude to my family for no reason when we walked in which almost turned my parents off from trying to the most amazing restaurant. Luckily, the service got amazing after that. Everyone was so kind and helping everyone, just a great atmosphere. They also had the Knicks game playing which was great haha. I can't wait to come back next summer for my favorite meal despite living states away we will always make it back to The Pullman.

I started with the pickled deviled eggs - little vinegar taste with a slightly sweet filling is a perfect combination. 10/10 The Steak Tartare is unlike any tartare I've ever had before. It comes on this homemade tater-tot that's shaped kind of like a piece of bread or a cracker. I wasn't expecting it, but it made the dish. There is some sort of sauce drizzled, which tastes like an egg yolk base. I scraped it with my fork so I could eat all of it! So delicious! Finished with the Pierogies. Handmade, thin wrappers with perfect, delicious filling. It comes in a bowl with an amazing sauce I couldn't get enough of. I literally used a spoon to drink it! If you're in town, get a reservation - they are very busy!!! It's worth it!
