I ordered a martini and the waitress spilled it all over our table... didn't wipe it up... didn't offer me another. The Caesar salad dressing was sweet? My husband's food was fine, but this is like the only restaurant in town and it's a joke. The ambiance is "trying to be a restaurant" but let's be honest, it isn't. It's a glorified food tent with steakhouse pricing. I guess if you randomly wind up in a stupid little town called Silt, it's a "restaurant" per se.

My dads wasn't even one steak, it was chunks of meat, probably the trimmings... they ordered it medium and it was past well done - we left dinner with half of a 5oz steak untouched. Our server was friendly but that only goes so far. We are gonna go somewhere else next time and not recommend this further. For 130 dollars for three people, I have to give this a 1/5 because of poor food and slow service.

We also had the crab cake and branzino, both were really good, the sides were also all nicely executed. I would come back and give the oysters another try. Don't put paper on the tablecloths, either have white cloths or a nice table you can clean, this is a personal preference obviously.

Waiters tried to deliver drink orders several times that were not ours, and one time spilled them everywhere. My favorite part was watching a restaurant absolutely melt down, with numerous, visibly unhappy tables and a staff in disarray, all while the owner Butch drank a beer with a smile on his face, not a care in the world. Clear that locals and friends of the proprietor are keeping the place busy, so don't expect it to change. But maybe let them keep this place for themselves, it was a truly hilarious disaster.
