It was confirmed verbally by DCM that we were lead free and that we would receive certificates / letters of compliance within a few days. We paid for these tests. However, no letter of compliance has been received. We have called and emailed multiple times and have not received a response. The deleaders (a separate company) have also contacted DCM on our behalf. Apparently, DCM has told them that the letters for both units were sent - but they have not been received and they are not responding to our calls, texts, or emails. It has been 4 months.
