Mayflower home inspections did a rush inspection on my home prior to closing they missed plumbing leaks there were obvious, electrical circuits that were shorted that they didn't test and a carpenter and infestation after having paid them extra for a pest inspection. read more

We can't recommend Mayflower Home Inspection enough! The owner Andrew and his colleague Derek were extremely professional and conducted our inspection for over 2 hours. From our initial inquiry, Andrew was very communicative, informative, and patient as he answered our many questions about the process. During the inspection, he was extremely thorough and went through every detail with us in simple language. He also gave us guidance and advice on how to navigate the issues the came up. The report was turned around quickly and was very detailed, highlighting everything we discussed with photos and ranking each issue based on priority. Andrew did two inspections with us. After the first one we decided the house we loved was actually an antique ready to start falling apart and we walked away. The second house was younger and in much better condition. What Andrew did was teah us what to look for as we were shopping so we could find a home that didn't need a laundry list of repairs on day one of home ownership.
