These are the things I value in a car body shop: knowledge of my particular make & model,…read morehonesty/transparency in diagnosing and recommending fixes with reasonable costs, easy communication throughout and strong follow through. You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I have to thank these guys for working with me so swiftly to replace my mirror.

We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. We purchased a Honda Civic about 12 years ago at Paragon Honda…read more When we did a test drive back then, the young and arrogant salesman who sold us our vehicle told us that he didn't drive Hondas since he drove a Lexus. Fast forward to last week when my wife and I went back to Paragon Honda looking to buy a brand new Civic. We walked around the lot outside looking at the few Civics they had. There were salesmen outside but not one of them greeted us or asked us if we had any questions. We then went into the dealership, walked around looking at cars for a while. No one greeted us; no one asked if they could assist us. Now, I don't know if the salesmen wouldn't help us because we were two women looking at cars, or if it was because the salesmen there realized we were looking for a Civic, which is one of their less expensive models. Needless to say, we left after about a half hour of no one speaking with us. The funny thing is we were ready to purchase the car and they WOULD have had a sale and our business (the dealership is the closest one to where we reside). Instead, we found a MUCH BETTER Honda dealership in Long Island. It was more of a trip for us, but they were very kind there and that's why we are purchasing our car from them. Paragon Honda is filled with douchey-dudes. Do not buy cars there. The salesmen there think they are better than everyone else. I still wonder if they would have assisted us if I walked in with a husband instead of my wife. Oh well. Their loss.
