My brother recommended that I take my car to Armando Auto Body because of the quality of their work, and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation I had. From the front office staff and scheduling team to everyone in the shop, the entire experience at Armando Auto Body was professional, helpful, and accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. What I appreciated most was how they kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. My 2012 Infiniti G25x had major front-end damage and honestly looked completely wrecked. But when I picked up my car, I could not believe the transformation. My Infiniti looked brand new again. The attention to detail and quality of work was absolutely amazing. Since getting my car back, people constantly stop me to compliment the car and even ask if I want to sell it. That says everything about the incredible restoration work Armando Auto Body did. I truly appreciate the extra mile the entire team went for me and the pride they put into their work. I would absolutely recommend Armando Auto Body to all of my friends and family. Thank you again for bringing my car back to life! Marvin Chambers read more

Extremely rude people here. I'll never recommend this spot to anyone that is a nice person as they'll abuse that fact and try to up-charge you read more

Very nice people, and they did a great job in a few days. Very reliable, friendly staff. I would recommend them any time.

I wish there were 10 stars! Ernie and staff are beyond professional and amazing. If you ever need help with your car, bring it here. They are honest and trustworthy. These days, businesses such as this one is hard to find. read more

I made the mistake of using the shop my car insurance promised would be smooth and guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I learned that is simply not true. Cheap parts were used, the paint and glass look nothing like the opposite side (it should be symmetrical) and I had to send it back once to get the scratches (caused by a break-in) removed from the adjacent panel. The door was repainted, but the scuffing from violently forced entry into my vehicle extended beyond the single door to the rear quarter panel. When my car was "finished" the steering wheel had a melted-on finger-shaped mark. Likely from a glove that contained a solvent? I'll never know. Workers insisted the mark was already there. It wasn't and I wouldn't send someone I dislike here, let alone trust them with my car again. read more

By far the best auto body shop in the Tri state area With over thirty employees working here every detail to attention is addressed. The body work and the painting is by far the best. The customer service is exceptional they handle the adjustment for most insurance companies and assist you in getting a rental car. I highly recommend Armamdos to anyone who needs the services of a body shop. When finished, your car looks brand new both inside and outside. read more

I was recently in two accidents and this is the first time I really had to go through an auto body. Long story short I wanted a jdm part for my car, and they did everything they could to make it happen, and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks to Junior( geico adjuster) and the Armando Auto Body I love D'Angelo (my cars name ) he looked nice before but I gotta say he looks great!!! read more

Armando = Amazing. Went there for a State Farm Insurance Claim. Rose called Hertz for me to confirm my pickup for the rental. They kept me in the loop about the repairs. When I picked up my car they had filled a tire that was going flat, cleaned the insides completely (looked new!) and even polished out a slew of scratches that were on the hood. read more

This place is very clean, professional, honest and all about the service. I've had my car fixed here several times (keeps getting hit while parked) and they've been nothing but great. The office works with a lot of the insurance companies and has a great partnership with enterprise rental cars making it super convenient. Bonus.. they detail the car before you pick it up! My car looked and smelled like a brand new car! read more

Above and beyond service. Super reliable, long history.

I had my car serviced here about a month ago. Though it took a little longer than expected, I'm very happy and pleased with the work that was done. They also arranged for my rental pickup and drop off. The only thing I would suggest is better communication as far as keeping customers updated (especially if work will take longer than expected) but I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Worst auto body shop ever! Bad attitude. Treated my mom and me like pure garbage, less than human. Because of insurance contracts I think this place believes they are way better than they really are. The attitude is like we are the best, we have been around for so long sonare great and don't question it. Do not fall for that. I would go to Parkway auto in Nutley where they actually care about you and do a good job. The other bad review here is on point and I believe it. I lived through it. read more

Geico sent me here for a repair as part of their premiere service program. Premiere service is exactly what I got from start to finish. This is a top level auto body shop that provides exceptional service with an incredible staff. Highly recommend this business! read more

Prompt, courteous and no BS. Second time I've used them. A+ so far. wsautter (dot) com

Armando's repaired my 1 month old car after an accident and I got it back looking like I just drove it off the lot. Repairs took about a month (not their fault - brand new car apparently means no one has the parts so they were waiting on them for a while!) but the car is back to being brand new again. My rental term with my own insurance expired during the repairs and Armando's even rented a car for me that they paid for while they finished up the work. I couldn't be happier with the service there. Great body shop! read more

Best Auto Body I have ever experienced working with. My car was fixed in a week, as promised and to perfection. All work and parts are lifetime guaranteed. Insurance company and rental company all available right within the shop itself. Took care of everything in one shot. Very professional, organized, and friendly. I highly recommend Armando Auto Body if you ever need to have auto body work done. Surpassed my expectations in both service and quality of work. read more

I got into a car accident a week ago and luckily the other driver admitted fault so his insurance covered the repair work done to my car and my rental. I was recommended by Geico of this place. I made an app't the next day and was my car's damage was quickly assessed by Derrick, the adjuster there. In minutes I was introduced to Ernie, the manager of the place, who knew immediately with his years of experience that the car was still salvageable. I was picked up Enterprise and they drove me to my car rental. It took a week for the work to be done and I was sent text messages during that time as to the progress. Exactly one week later I dropped off my car rental there and drove away in my car that looked like it came right out of the factory. Cleaned from the inside and out. They even sealed up open scratches to the car exterior. The car paint job is flawless and they also explained what they did under the hood which was pretty much replacing the AC, radiator, and the works. These guys are freaking artists. read more
