They came without a vacuum and there is a damage in my hardwood floor!!…read more I hired this cleaning service based on their great Yelp reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. For starters, the shower doors were still dirty after the cleaning, which is one of the main areas I expected to be spotless. Additionally, several of my glass end tables were left with visible spots, even though I specifically requested attention to detail on those surfaces. The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them. I had to call the company back to get a refund for the one bedroom they refused to clean, which was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. Given their glowing reviews, I expected much better. Unfortunately, their level of cleanliness and professionalism fell far short. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others. If you're looking for thorough and reliable cleaning, look elsewhere.

They are flexible on cleaners they use, giving us a choice between eco/allergy friendly solutions and also more traditional deeper cleaning options as needed. We are allergy-sensitive so being able to 'ask' for things to be cleaned in a couple different ways has been helpful. They also do a good job of dusting and use an allergen-capturing vacuum on our floors.
