I met the owner for our initial quote, her team arrive weekly on time for full house cleaning. I will say the services for weekly cleaning are fair and good. I think regarding dusting, base boards they need a reminder. They do not clean inside the window ceils, fridge or oven that is additional. Overall I a happy with the bathroom cleaning, kitchen and main living area. Communication for service is clear and replies via text are fast. read more

I emailed them twice...no response. Called them and was able to make an appointment for them to come by and give me an estimate. They never showed up and they didn't call me to let me know. Unreliable!! read more

Very poor and unprofessional people. They are not on time , poor service, not trustworthy. I had requested a quote from them. They came looked at my house and we went time and agreed on price. The day of the service they don't show I check on them and they say they 30mins late cause stuck in traffic. Even after 30mins they don't show up and I canceled. read more

I don't even want to give them that star. They were good the first cleaning. I used them 2 more times and it really went downhill from that. It was never the same. Got tworse and worse after the first time. It seems like this owner or whatever she supposed to be. She has a Big Problem in Communication and Commitment!! She kept messing up on the dates and got really mean saying I was mixed up on the dates! That would be calling me a LIAR!! Excuse me but aren't I'm employing you? Aren't I'm the one paying you? Very Bad Ownership! She Doesn't Know what she's doing! She Never Never Calls you back! Then tells me Her Employer that is Paying the Bill that I have it Wrong!! Buyer Beware! She Lies! She Never Communicates with you! She Will Blame You for Her Mistakes!! There are plenty of other business out there that you can Trust! Just Not Them!! I see you find that funny Eveilla the owner of this place. I Never Found it funny being a new customer of yours. It was Never Funny to me! read more

I have been using Evelia & team for a year or so and they have always been consistently thorough and great to work with. I usually make an appointment via text and Evelia is very responsive, her English very good. Even when she isn't there, or I'm not there, the quality of work is the same. I find their pricing more than fair for the work they do and how many they are. I only engage them for deep cleaning once every few weeks and they never rush it, and I have a big house that gets dust and spiderwebs. They use their own high quality tools & products and there is very little to explain, which is a big big plus for me. Last but not least, I think they enjoy the work. They are always in an excellent mood and they laugh and sing while cleaning. I think it speaks volumes on how this business is run and commands respect for these great ladies. I don't take good cleaning for granted, nor having a job I love! read more

They were only great the first time. Service quality went down every time after. Had them over 3x and the third time was only because I took pictures of the areas they didn't clean the 2nd time so they came back 3rd time to redo cleaning. Always late. Not a great experience overall. read more

What great cleaning! We have been living in our place for a year and were in dire need of a deep cleaning. Evelia and her team came over for a walk through then a few days later for the clean. Our house was sparkling after they left. They took the time and effort to clean every piece of a detailed chandelier, our windows looked great and there is no sign of dust around. What a great team! read more

I engaged with White Flowers for about two years, 2014 - 2016. For the first year and a half things were pretty good: the same crew each visit (every other week) and Evelia, the owner, was always there. In the final six months, though, the service went down substantially. The crew would make mistakes or accidents: something would be broken (fine) but not reported to me (not cool). Trash and recycling would be intermixed and might be left in either bin outside. On more than one occasion the door to the house was left unlocked (I'd left a key with White Flowers). And Evelia stopped coming with the crew, so I didn't have an immediate contact point during the cleaning. In 2014, I'd have given them 4 or 5 stars. Today, the "meh, I've experienced better" description is exactly right. I do hope Evelia can turn this around and get back to her earlier level of service. read more

My husband and I would recommend White Flowers Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a high quality cleaning service in the Bay area! Evelia returned my email in request for a quote almost immediately. She came to our home to provide the detailed quote the same day. The price was very reasonable as compared to other cleaning services in the area and the customer service was superior. We were so impressed with the quality of the clean. Every room and surface looked spectacular. We will be gladly using White Flowers Cleaning Surface for regular cleanings. read more

I have been requesting my receipt for a cleaning completed on September 18, 2018 verbally with onsite cleaning staff; via text with Edie on October 8, 2018 (at which time I was texted back by Edie stating that the invoice was in the mail and that she was sorry for my inconvenience); several times after by phone; another texted request on October 20th, and then my final request on November 5th. I don't understand. I paid for this service on September 18, 2018 - before the cleaning was even finished. Not a happy customer. Would like this resolved as soon as possible. I need this receipt for my records. read more

Evelia and Arcelia are wonderful! They do a great job cleaning. Plus, they are both very sweet, helpful, and accommodating of our cat and toddler. I highly recommend White Flowers. read more

very efficient and even got a reply of quote on weekend. Uniform working T shirt and have a whole set of cleaning tools. Easy to communicate, show on time, and very reasonable price. Amazing work! We have booked them for future regular cleaning! read more

Fantastic! Evelia was easy to schedule, showed up on time, and did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning at a very reasonable price. I highly, highly recommend White Flowers to Bay Area friends! :) read more

Evelia and her team did an amazing job with our move out cleaning. She was nice enough to make an exception and come on a Sunday to work around our schedule. They did a deep clean of every inch of the apartment. By the end of it, it looked more sparkling clean than it was when we moved in! We couldn't believe our eyes. Wish we had found her sooner. By far the best cleaning service I've used. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I recommended this service to my elderly family member who was ill and unable to clean the house. This group was asked to clean three small rooms and a bathroom weekly and charged $140- completely taking advantage of my ill relative. When I found out and asked them to return to clean the other rooms for an urgent need, they were four hours late and didn't update me about the delay. Terrible service and predatory practice. read more

Evelia and her team did an excellent deep clean of our new home. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she showed up with a team of four and spent about 8 hours deep cleaning our home, including taking apart light fixtures to dust them and cleaning the outside of our windows. I thought we were going to have to replace the kitchen cabinets relatively soon, but her team made them look better than I though they could. They did an amazing job overall! As if that wasn't enough, her team did the work at least-minute request on a Sunday. I recommend White Flowers Cleaning enthusiastically! read more

Evelia was great! She was very flexible and provided excellent service at a very good price. I will definitely seek her services again in the near future. read more

If you're looking for someone to come regularly or a one-time deep cleaning service, Evelia and her team will not disappoint you. Even though we already had a regular cleaning staff, White Flowers Cleaning made the house look better than it's ever been. They got every nook, every window sill (inside and out), above the curtains, above the furniture (where you didn't even know dirt could go), and did an extremely thorough job with all the bathrooms and plumbing fixtures. They're all kind women who are easy to work with. I have hired several cleaning services over my lifetime and can confidently say that this team is the best I've ever had. read more

We recently engaged Evlia and Arcelia based on their Yelp reviews. After several cleanings, we can say that those reviews were well deserved. They are very professional - conscientious with great attention to detail. They are also pleasant to be around, and communication is great. We highly recommend them. read more

I just had Evelia and her crew clean my home for the first time. They are outstanding! I have tried several regular bi-weekly cleaning services over the years, but White Flowers is far and away the best I have ever had. I recommend Evelia and White Flowers without reservation. read more

Sorry, really wanted to work with them. They started off great. I contacted them and within a few hours they came out to take a look at my house for an estimate. The owner said she would give me the estimate that day and she never did. I called her several times and she kept promising that she would get me the estimate right away and again, I never got it. I decided to go with another cleaning agency. read more
