He ordered over easy eggs and was served Scrambled and that was his first disappointment. We had already waited a little over 30 minutes for food to arrive (which is fine, it's all cooked from scratch assuming). So he didn't want to send it back or complain about it. Upon taking a bite of the potatoes, those were just below room temperature and semi cold to the touch. He described it as if they were sitting in the window done and ready while my food cooked (because my potatoes were warm). The onions in the potatoes weren't cooked down at all and still semi raw, so that was disappointment number 2 for him, but he continued to eat. A few moments later the bacon arrived, and as you can see by the photos, kind of undercooked as well. So it was a pretty underwhelming visit for us in whole. He did say the pancakes were good though. We will give them another try in the future, maybe not for breakfast necessarily, but we understand people and businesses have off days, and today was just that for him. He could have gripped and sent it back and waited even longer to eat, but it was good enough for him to just deal with it.
