It's common sense and comes off as cheap and lazy to not address this out of the gate. I now have a several months-out appointment to get this installed. In the past 2 weeks I have had 4 dead birds fall out onto the side yard and clear damages I'm hoping gets cleaned up prior to the netting install. All of this could be avoided with a thorough company that took pride in their work. Scott Czosnyka was my rep and I could not say enough good things about him. An excellent guy who is great at what he does. It was a pleasure working with him.

Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

The install went quick and the crew was professional and friendly. Our Project manager, Jacqueline was always cheerful and made sure she answered our questions adequately. My only disappointment if I can call it that, was the wait time from the install completion date to the APS connection date. Apparently the same wait time is industry wide.
