My husband rolled his eyes until he saw that it was exponentially nicer than our decades old one that kept throwing its belt off. It was only $500 (retail is $800). Then I saw the matching dryer (used 2016 model). It was only $200 (also $800 retail). They serviced it, so it is like new. Basically, we got two new and one like new appliance for a little more than the cost of one!. They even included extras like a new dryer vent and clamps, a dryer rack, and a cord to fit our box. John and his assistant are honest, helpful, and beyond fair. In a time of big box stores selling cheap junk, We Share Appliances offers top of the line stuff for less money. It is a work room, not a show room, but the appliances look perfect in our house. Our new washer has small scratches on the sides but it's built-in. The dryer has a couple scratches on the plexiglass door, but I'll gladly look at them and smile because I saved $600! We live almost 250 miles south of Reno, but We Share Appliances will be our first choice from now on. It's the real deal. And, I appreciate that they fix used appliances and get them back in service at affordable prices. It's good for the environment and the economy and us!

They negotiated a very fair price, a discount for cash, extended a 90 month warranty, and delivered it for free (they do that w/in 5 miles). They also delivered the frig that day and removed the ancient, dead one for a small recycling fee. They, and I, were very happy with the way we were treated by co-owner Amanda Davenport. Her husband delivered the frig and was also very nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I felt assured and went on my trip. When I got back, I called Amanda again to let her know that it was time to switch this dead heap of garbage out! She informed me that she couldn't help me since I was outside my 30 day warranty. Are you Fing kidding me??!! She claimed she didn't recall saying she could extend anything past the warranty date. She lied to get me off her back knowing that she was never going to help me to begin with. Stay Away!
