Even tho I…read moredidn't have a collision job, I was quoted a pretty decent price for a brand new transmission so I had my car dropped off on April 29. I finally got it back yesterday on June 9. They kept making up excuses as to why it took so long to replace the transmission until finally 7 days ago they said I could pick it up. $4400 later and the RPM was running high and my car was making a weird noise. Then my car started leaking fluid and eventually it shut down because the engine was too hot. So I had to get it to towed back to collision collision. Turns out the mechanic told someone at the shop that they did give me my car back way too soon. They kept telling me they were test driving it but the mechanic never did test drive it. The whole experience was a complete nightmare and the worst professional experience I've ever had in my life. And to end it all, I was trying to call the shop to see if my car was ready yesterday but Damien kept hanging up when I called. He just yelled THEYRE REPLACING THE TURBO YOUR CAR WILL BE READY TO PICK UP AT 1 and hung up. And kept hanging up when I was calling back. Don't fucking bother with this place.

I was told the delay was due to slow communication with the insurance company, but my insurer shared all correspondence with me, and they were consistently responsive. The hold-up was clearly on the shop's end. To make matters worse, I was told the car had been scratched at the car wash and needed extra work, yet when I picked it up, it didn't even look like it had been washed. And the final bill? It jumped from $1,900 to $3,200, with no clear explanation or heads-up. The staff were polite, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and basic follow-through made this a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this shop unless you're prepared for delays and unexpected costs. *** Update 9/19/2025 - Respond to the Owner's comment: *** I was contacted privately by the owner with messages on Facebook Messenger that I received messages that I considered harassing and unprofessional. and I report it to Facebook. It is clear to me why this shop does not have negative reviews. Please look at the owner's response. It only reinforces the concerns I raised in my review. Particularly the lack of accountability and transparency. Let's address a few key points: Safety: I didn't feel safe driving a car with a damaged bumper that was hanging off. That's called being responsible. Not misleading. Drop-off timing: You told me it was okay to drop off the car and that I could pick it up the following Friday. You later called to extend the timeline twice, asking for additional weeks. Car wash damage: You claimed the car was scratched at the car wash and needed extra work, yet when I picked it up, it didn't appear to have been washed at all. Insurance billing: You quoted me $1,900, then billed the insurance company $3,200 for the same work. I've already shared this discrepancy with my insurer, and they're reviewing it. I've shared my experience based on documented facts and communications. Your response seems driven more by emotion than accountability. Your accusations of fraud are not only false, but they're also reckless. I am prepared to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels if necessary. *** Update 9/21/2025 *** The owner previously posted a lengthy comment filled with accusations, which has since been deleted. I've saved a screenshot and uploaded it to this review for transparency.

I had fast scheduling over the phone then a calendar link was sent in choosing appt. Owner Chris was prompt to returning My call then replying with text messages in regards to having your vehicle set up for repairing. It took 5 days to set up the day and time to meet and greet him. It took him 35 minutes to remove a small Door Dent and a couple of door scratches too were touched up and buffed shiny new! I can say that Chris did show his expertise with detail and gave Me great Service Completion and of course His Quality. The Service Value and My cost of $125.00 was totally acceptable! I've attached photos too of before and after with Dent and paint scratches. I noticed other satisfied customer's reviews and photos to back up his work which helped Me make the call quickly instead of dealing with a collision shop. Thanks other Yelpers too for trusting Chris with his Auto Shop Business! Sincerely, Karen N. :-)

He even provided safety instructions to follow and said not to get out of the car. Within about 15 minutes, Jeff came to my rescue and got me and my vehicle off of the highway to safety. He took me about 2 miles away to an auto shop and he actually figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it right then and there. From there, I didn't even have to leave my vehicle to be fixed. I was able to drive home. Jeff was extremely friendly and did his job above and beyond. I can never thank him enough. An amazing guy.
